Claims (2)

  1. Installation (1) pour le transfert et le transport de bandes métalliques enroulées en bobines (4), en particulier fabriquées à partir de feuillards, comportant au moins un moyen de transfert pour la récupération d'une bobine (4) par un mandrin de bobineuse (5) et pour la livraison d'une bobine (4) à un moyen de chargement de l'installation, un premier moyen de chargement étant un siège à bascule (6) pour le pivotement de la bobine (4) de la position horizontale vers la position verticale, ainsi qu'un premier moyen de transport pour l'évacuation de la bobine (4) déposée sur le moyen de chargement dans la position verticale, le premier moyen de transport étant un chariot de livraison de bobines (3),
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins un deuxième moyen de chargement (13) à construction suspendue est disposé et supporté au-dessus du plan pour le siège à bascule et le chariot de livraison de bobines à l'intérieur de l'installation, le deuxième moyen de chargement étant un chariot à mandrin déplaçant la bobine (4) vers la position horizontale, et en ce que l'installation comporte un deuxième moyen de transport pour l'évacuation de la bobine (4) dans la position horizontale, le deuxième moyen de transport étant un chariot de transport de bobines (11).
  2. Procédé de transformation d'une installation (1) pour le transfert et le transport de bandes métalliques enroulées en bobines (4), d'une installation (1) assurant une évacuation exclusivement verticales des bobines (4) en une installation (1) selon la revendication 1 assurant une évacuation au moins partiellement horizontale des bobines (4), comportant les étapes de mise en place d'au moins un deuxième moyen de chargement sous la forme d'un chariot à mandrin (13) à construction suspendue au-dessus du plan pour le siège à bascule (6) et le chariot de livraison de bobines (3) à l'intérieur de l'installation (1) et de mise en place d'un deuxième moyen de transport sous la forme d'un chariot de transport de bobines (11) pour l'évacuation horizontale des bobines (4).
