Claims (15)

  1. Joint de chaussée, composé d'une cage (30) et d'une plaque à doigts (20) vissée dessus par le biais au moins d'une garniture de fixation (10), caractérisé en ce que la vis et une rondelle de la garniture de fixation (10) sont insérées dans au moins une rainure dans la cage (30), qui comprend plusieurs largeurs différentes pour loger la tête de vis, la rondelle et la tige de vis, en ce que la tête de vis est positionnée bloquée en rotation dans la rainure et en ce que le couple de serrage est appliqué par le biais de l'écrou de la garniture de fixation (10).

  5. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'étanchéité comporte une plaque d'étanchéité avec une certaine géométrie extérieure et des évidements pour des vis et éventuellement des boulons.
  6. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'étanchéité dans la cage (30) est introduite positionnée dans un léger renfoncement et que l'étanchéité positionne de son côté la vis.
  7. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un mandrin de poussée (25) est placé entre la cage (30) et la plaque à doigts (20) pour recevoir des forces de poussée.
  8. Joint de chaussée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ce mandrin à pousser (25) comporte une géométrie en section transversale rectangulaire, arrondie au niveau des cotés courts.
  9. Joint de chaussée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la géométrie en section transversale du mandrin de poussée (25) est réalisée en tant que renfoncement aussi bien dans la plaque à doigts (20) qu'également dans la cage (30).
  10. Joint de chaussée selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le renfoncement dans la plaque à doigts (20) et dans la cage (30) est entre 2 et 30 mm, de préférence entre 2 et 10 mm.
  11. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire libre entre la plaque à doigts (20) et la cage (30) est entre 0 et 200 mm, de préférence entre 5 et 130 mm.
  12. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin de poussée mesure entre 4 et 260 mm de hauteur.
  13. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les différentes hauteurs des mandrins de poussée (25) sont repérées par des couleurs.
  14. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que toute la garniture de fixation (10) peut être échangée sans opération de soudage ou de fraisage ou de perçage.
  15. Joint de chaussée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la plaque à doigts (20) est plus mince, de 0,5 à 5 mm, dans la zone de face de contact avec la cage (30).
