Claims (16)
- Appareil de commande fluidique, avec un distributeur de fluide modulaire (7), qui présente plusieurs modules de distributeur (16) juxtaposés dans la direction axiale d'un axe longitudinal (14), qui sont mis en place l'un contre l'autre par paire avec interposition de respectivement un joint de module de distributeur (18) avec des surfaces de jonction tournées l'une vers l'autre (17a, 17b) et dotés au moins en partie d'au moins une soupape de commande (2) à commande électrique, dans lequel le distributeur de fluide (7) est traversé par un système de canaux de fluide de distributeur (8) communiquant avec les soupapes de commande (2), qui se compose de canaux de fluide de module de distributeur (43) réalisés dans les modules de distributeur (16) et dans lequel le distributeur de fluide (7) est traversé dans sa direction longitudinale par une chaîne de transmission de signaux (35) reliée électriquement aux soupapes de commande (2), réalisée pour la transmission de signaux électriques, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un ou chaque joint de module de distributeur (18) présente une plaque de support indéformable (46), qui est traversée par une ou plusieurs ouvertures (48) pour la liaison fluidique de canaux de fluide de module de distributeur (43) des modules de distributeur (16) qu'ils flanquent et qui porte au niveau d'au moins une de ses deux surfaces de plaque tournées vers les modules de distributeur adjacents (16), une structure d'étanchéité (53) élastique appliquée de manière étanche sur la surface de jonction (17a, 17b) du module de distributeur opposé (16), dans lequel la plaque de support (46) est équipée en plus d'au moins un capteur de pression (64) réalisé pour la détection de la pression de fluide régnant dans un canal de fluide de module de distributeur (43), qui est en contact électrique avec la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de pression (64) est en contact électrique, en particulier de manière amovible, avec la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35) par le biais d'un dispositif d'interface de capteur de pression (66) agencé au niveau de la plaque de support (46).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque capteur de pression (64) est relié à un dispositif d'interface de capteur de pression (66) agencé au niveau de la plaque de support (46) à distance du capteur de pression (64) concerné par le biais de pistes conductrices (67) s'étendant sur la plaque de support (46), dans lequel les pistes conductrices (67) sont appliquées de manière appropriée en technologie MID et/ou dans lequel les pistes conductrices (67) sont agencées en particulier sur les deux surfaces de plaque opposées l'une à l'autre de la plaque de support (46).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'interface de capteur de pression (66) est réalisé en tant que dispositif enfichable, dans lequel le dispositif d'interface de capteur de pression (66) est formé de manière appropriée d'une patte enfichable (73) d'un seul tenant avec la plaque de support (46), pliée en dehors du niveau de plaque de la plaque de support (46) et dotée de pistes conductrices (67).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35) dispose d'un dispositif d'interface de raccord (72) compatible avec le dispositif d'interface de capteur de pression (66) pour le contact avec un capteur de pression (64).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35) est construite de manière modulaire et se compose de modules de transmission de signaux (57) des différents modules de distributeur (16) reliés l'un à l'autre de manière amovible dans la zone de jonction de modules de distributeur (16) respectivement adjacents.
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les modules de transmission de signaux (57) sont dotés au niveau de leurs zones d'extrémité opposées l'une à l'autre de dispositifs d'interface de transmission de signaux (62a, 62b) complémentaires l'un à l'autre, par le biais desquels ils sont couplés l'un à l'autre de manière électromécanique pour la formation de la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon la revendication 7 en liaison avec la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'interface de raccord (72) est réalisé séparément par rapport aux dispositifs d'interface de transmission de signaux (62a, 62b) et/ou est agencé de manière adjacente à un dispositif d'interface de transmission de signaux (62b) au niveau d'un module de transmission de signaux (57).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35) s'étend à travers une ouverture (52) de la plaque de support (46).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un capteur de pression (64) est agencé au niveau d'une surface de plaque de la plaque de support (46) tournée vers un module de distributeur (16) adjacent et/ou qu'au moins un capteur de pression (64) est agencé au niveau d'une patte de support (76) de la plaque de support (46) pénétrant dans un module de distributeur (16) adjacent.
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support (46) présente au moins une section de paroi (56), qui sépare l'un de l'autre des canaux de fluide de module de distributeur (43) en alignement l'un avec l'autre des deux modules de distributeur (16) adjacents et au niveau de laquelle est agencé sur au moins un côté un capteur de pression (64) servant à la détection de la pression de fluide régnant dans un des canaux de fluide de module de distributeur (43) séparés l'un de l'autre, dans lequel le canal de fluide de module de distributeur (43) concerné est en particulier un canal de travail (5) pouvant être relié à un consommateur à actionner, pouvant être commandé par les soupapes de commande (2).
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support (46) du joint de module de distributeur (18) porte au niveau des deux surfaces de plaque opposées l'une à l'autre une structure d'étanchéité (53) élastique, s'appliquant de manière étanche sur la surface de jonction (17a, 17b) du module de distributeur (16) opposé.
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des deux surfaces de jonction (17a, 17b) de chaque module de distributeur (16) présente un évidement (54) recevant au moins partiellement le joint de module de distributeur (18) associé, de telle sorte que le joint de module de distributeur (18) est encadré par des sections de surface de jonction (17c) appliquées l'une sur l'autre des deux modules de distributeur (16) flanquant le joint de module de distributeur (18) et ainsi blindé de manière appropriée de manière invisible depuis l'extérieur.
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le système de canaux de fluide de distributeur (8) contient un ou plusieurs canaux de fluide de traversée de distributeur (15) traversant le distributeur de fluide (7) dans sa direction longitudinale, qui se composent respectivement de canaux de fluide de module de distributeur (43) communiquant l'un avec l'autre des modules de distributeur (16) juxtaposés et qui communiquent fluidiquement avec les soupapes de commande (2) présentes.
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les modules de distributeur (16) présentent respectivement un module de support de soupape (23) traversé par le système de canaux de fluide de distributeur (8) et au moins une soupape de commande (2) logée sur le module de support de soupape (23) et communiquant avec le système de canaux de fluide de distributeur (8), dans lequel les surfaces de jonction (17a, 17b) sont réalisées au niveau des modules de support de soupape (23) et les joints de module de distributeur (18) sont agencés entre des modules de support de soupape (23) respectivement adjacents.
- Appareil de commande fluidique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un module de commande et/ou de communication électronique (37), qui est relié du point de vue de la technique des signaux à la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35), dans lequel des signaux de commande électriques pouvant être émis par le module de commande et/ou de communication (37) peuvent être transmis aux soupapes de commande (2) par le biais de la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35) et dans lequel des valeurs de mesure électriques pouvant être émises par les capteurs de pression (64) peuvent être transmises au module de commande et/ou de communication (37) par le biais de la chaîne de transmission de signaux (35).
