Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de traitement de câbles (1) comprenant
    - une station de confection (2) destinée au traitement des extrémités des câbles (3, 4),
    - un dispositif de transport de câble (8) s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal de la machine (x) et pouvant être commandé par un dispositif de commande (11) pour transporter le câble (3, 4) à la station de confection (2),
    - une station de prétraitement de câble (5) dotée d'une ou de plusieurs unité(s) de dressage (6, 7) destinée(s) au dressage d'un câble (3, 4), l'unité de dressage (6, 7) pouvant être amenée dans une position de travail dans laquelle l'unité de dressage (6, 7) s'étend sur l'axe longitudinal de la machine (x), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de traitement de câble (1) comprend en outre :
    - un dispositif de détection (9) permettant de détecter la position de travail d'au moins une unité de dressage (6, 7), le dispositif de détection (9) étant fixé au dispositif de commande (11) et le dispositif de commande (11) étant conçu pour activer le dispositif de transport de câble (8) afin d'enfiler le câble (3, 4) lorsque la position de travail est atteinte et/ou pour activer le dispositif de transport de câble (8) afin de défiler le câble (3, 4) lorsque la position de travail est quittée.
  2. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la station de prétraitement de câble (5) présente au moins deux unités de dressage (6, 7) destinées au dressage d'un câble (3, 4), les au moins deux unités de dressage (6, 7) formant un système de changement de câble (10) permettant d'acheminer éventuellement les câbles (3, 4) vers la station de confection (2).
  3. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les unités de dressage (6, 7) du système de changement de câble (10) sont disposées sur un support (12) pouvant se déplacer linéairement et de préférence transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de la machine (x) ou sur un support rotatif (13) pouvant tourner par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la machine, la position de travail et de préférence une position de repos pouvant être atteinte grâce au déplacement du support (12) ou grâce à la rotation du support rotatif (13).
  4. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la station de prétraitement de câble (5) présente un dispositif d'accouplement (14) destiné à coupler de manière amovible l'unité de dressage (6, 7) respective dans la position de travail.
  5. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accouplement (14) comprend un boulon de verrouillage (15) qui peut être inséré dans un logement (16) complémentaire spécifiant une position de travail d'une unité de dressage (6, 7) ou retiré de ce logement (16).
  6. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la station de prétraitement de câble (5) présente au moins deux logements (16), chacun des deux logements (16) spécifiant une position de travail d'une unité de dressage (6, 7) respective des au moins deux unités de dressage (6, 7) du système de changement de câble (10).
  7. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection (9) comprend un capteur de proximité (19).
  8. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la station de prétraitement de câble (5) présente un trou d'indexage (21, 22) destiné à déterminer une position de travail respective de l'unité de dressage (6, 7) respective, le capteur de proximité (18) coopérant avec le trou d'indexage (21, 22) pour détecter la position de travail de l'unité de dressage (6, 7) respective.
  9. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1), de préférence selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur de détection de câble (19) est disposé sur le côté entrée du dispositif de transport de câble (8), et en ce que le capteur de détection de câble (19) est fixé au dispositif de commande (11) pour commander le dispositif de transport de câble (8) afin de transporter le câble (3, 4) à la station de confection (2) et le dispositif de commande (11) est conçu pour activer le dispositif de transport de câble (8) afin d'enfiler le câble (3, 4) dès que le capteur de détection de câble (19) détermine qu'une extrémité d'un câble (3, 4) est conduite vers un dispositif de transport de câble (8).
  10. Dispositif de traitement de câble (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de détection de câble (19) est conçu comme une barrière lumineuse.
