Definitions

  • the invention relates to a holder for fixing an object in a weapon barrel.
  • weapon tubes are used to pick up and eject objects. Under a gun barrel, a tube is understood in a first approximate round cross-section.
  • Typical weapon tubes are, for example, torpedo tubes or ejectors for decoys or sonar devices.
  • Objects include according to the invention weapons such as torpedoes, missiles, mines and decoys but also storage containers.
  • Storage containers for the purposes of this invention are storage containers such as these used, for example, in submarines for application by torpedo tubes use. These storage containers are used to transport equipment for example for divers and deploy in case of application, especially under water from a submarine. To stably store these objects in the barrel, the objects on the object shell have a fixing device.
  • this fixation device is typically called a teat.
  • the weapon barrel preferably has a rail in the interior, in which the fixing device can run. This prevents rotation of the object.
  • the fixing device is fixed by a holding pawl.
  • a cuboid fixing device with a central groove for fixing the weapon in the barrel.
  • the objects for use in weapon tubes are fixed by a holding pawl with only one pawl.
  • the pawl lies positively in the groove.
  • a weapon trough for holding a weapon which has a holding pawl.
  • the fixing device of the weapon has a groove into which the retaining pawl engages positively. So that the pivotally mounted retaining pawl lifts automatically when the weapon is inserted, the fixing device must be bevelled in the direction of insertion. This leads to the weapon having to be specially designed for the holding device of the weapon barrel.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a holder with which an object can be securely held with a quarry-shaped fixing device without a groove and a loading, unloading, draining or ejection of the object can be done safely and reliably and operating errors are ruled out as far as possible.
  • the invention relates to a weapon barrel with an attitude, wherein the holder for fixing an object in the weapon barrel has a first pawl and a second pawl, wherein the first pawl and the second pawl are each independently movable.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are arranged so that in a fixation of the object, the first pawl and the second pawl are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the fixing device, for example, the first pawl in translation of the object when introduced into the barrel before the cuboid Fixing arranged, the second pawl behind the cuboid fixing device.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are movably mounted.
  • the pawls are movably mounted, they can both fix the object (for storage) and release it (for loading and unloading or when leaving or ejecting).
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are mounted individually movable.
  • the pawl is preferably made of high strength steel so that it can absorb the forces occurring.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are elastically mounted.
  • the elastic mounting of the first pawls and the second pawl can for example be carried out in that the pawls are made in the form of a spring, in the form of a spring means that the pawl is resiliently mounted.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are elastically supported by the fact that the pawls are rotatably mounted and that an external force acts elastically in the direction of the object.
  • the external force can be generated for example by a spring.
  • other mechanisms for adjusting an external force are conceivable which allow resilient movement of the pawl, for example magnetism.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are spaced so that they form-fit the fixing device of the object.
  • the term "encompassing” is understood to mean that the two pawls are located at least on two opposite sides of the fixing device and thus fix them in a direction of movement, preferably in the longitudinal direction of the weapon barrel. This prevents the object from being able to move in the weapon barrel. This may be particularly important if the position of the gun barrel changes, for example when diving or diving a submarine or when swell in a surface ship.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are arranged parallel to one another at right angles to the direction of movement of the object in the weapon barrel.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl in this case are so far apart that the fixing device of the object fits exactly between the first and the second pawl.
  • the first pawl is bevelled on the side facing away from the second pawl.
  • Beveled in the sense of the invention means that the pawl has a shape, so that when the quarter-shaped fixing device is pushed against the chamfered side of the pawl, the object pushes under the pawl and lifts the pawl here.
  • the chamfer has an angle between 5 ° and 70 ° to the direction of movement of the object, particularly preferably an angle between 10 ° and 50 °, most preferably between 15 ° and 40 °. The angle is relative to the longitudinal direction of the weapon barrel, which also corresponds to the direction of movement of the object.
  • the first latch when inserting the object from the side of the first latch, preferably from the ship's interior.
  • the object can be inserted into the weapon barrel until the fixation device of the object abuts the second pawl. To fix the first latch is lowered again.
  • the second pawl is bevelled on the side facing away from the first pawl. This makes it possible, from the side of the second pawl, preferably from the outside of the ship, to introduce an object into the weapon barrel.
  • the quarter-shaped fixing device meets the beveled elastically mounted second pawl and pushes them out of the path of movement of the object.
  • the object may be further inserted into the weapon barrel until the fuser abuts the first pawl.
  • the object can be inserted into the weapon barrel until the fixing device of the object abuts the first pawl. To fix the second pawl is lowered again.
  • both the first and the second pawl are chamfered. This makes it possible to load an object in the weapon barrel both from the ship's interior and from the sea side.
  • the first pawl or the second pawl or both pawls are raised. As a result, the fixing device is no longer fixed and the object can be moved freely.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl are mounted in a holding pawl frame.
  • the holding pawls can be replaced by a holding pawl frame should an object with a differently shaped fixing device be used.
  • At least one first buffer is attached to the holding pawl frame.
  • the buffer serves to take over the kinetic energy of an inserted object. Usual torpedoes with a diameter of 533 mm have a mass of 1.3 to 1.7 tons. When these are inserted into the gun barrel, the movement would abruptly stop as soon as the fixator abuts against the second jack. To avoid damage to the object by the impact, a buffer is attached to the retainer frame to absorb the kinetic energy of the object and gently decelerate it.
  • the buffer is designed in the form of an elastic plastic compound, which is glued between two metal plates.
  • the buffer acts to capture a pulse along the direction of movement of the object through the buffer.
  • the buffer on guide rods, which allow the possibility of movement of the buffer and thus also the pawl only in the direction of the guide rods.
  • the guide rods are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the weapon barrel.
  • the guide rods are preferably designed as pins.
  • the buffer is disposed between the holding pawl frame and the holder.
  • the holder is rigidly connected to the gun barrel and transmits thus the pulse received by the holding pawl frame of the inserted object on the weapon barrel.
  • At least a first buffer and at least a second buffer are attached to the retaining pawl frame. This allows buffering during loading both from the ship's interior and from the ship's outside.
  • the retaining pawl frame has a torsion bar spring which acts on the first pawl and the second pawl in the direction of the object.
  • the torsion bar spring generates a force F D with which the first pawl and the second pawl act on the object.
  • Advantage of a torsion bar spring is the good integration into a flat construction of the holder, in particular the simple integration in the holding pawl frame and thus a good integration into the gun barrel.
  • the torsion bar is encapsulated watertight.
  • the holder has a wedge.
  • the wedge is movable relative to the first pawl and the second pawl. With the wedge, the first pawl and the second pawl are movable in the direction away from the object. In particular, for running or ejecting the object, the pawls must be removed from the object so that it can move freely. This can be ensured with the help of the wedge in a simple manner.
  • the wedge is preferably operated hydraulically or manually.
  • the object is a torpedo
  • the fixing device is a teat, as is customary for torpedoes.
  • the first pawl is arranged in the direction of the torpedo behind the teat and the second pawl is arranged in the direction of the torpedo in front of the teat.
  • the first pawl and the second pawl form-fit the teat.
  • the position of the pawls is detected on the basis of the position of the drive mechanism coupled to the wedge.
  • the position of the pawls can also be detected by means of sensors in the frame.
  • FIG. 1 a gun barrel with a gun barrel 2 is shown.
  • an object 1 here for example a torpedo loaded.
  • the object 1 is held in position by means of a holder 13.
  • the area X of the FIG. 1 is in FIG. 2 shown enlarged.
  • welding retaining pieces 7 are welded.
  • the holder 13 has holders 8.
  • the holders 8 are screwed to the welding retaining pieces 7.
  • FIG. 3 shows the holder 13 according to FIG. 2 in the plan view.
  • the holder 13 has a holding pawl frame 6, in which a first pawl 4 and a second pawl 5 are arranged. Between the first pawl 4 and the second pawl 5, a fixing device 3 of an object 1 can be held.
  • the holding pawl frame 6 is connected via pin 9 and buffer 10 with the holders 8.
  • the buffers 10 are used to absorb the shock that occurs when the fixing device 3 of an object 1 when loading against the first pawl 4 or the second pawl 5 abuts.
  • the first pawl 4 and the second pawl 5 are pivotally supported by pins 14.
  • the holder 13 has a torsion spring 11 (shown in FIG. 8 ) on.
  • the torsion spring 11 is located on both sides in clamping pieces 15.
  • the force F D with which the first pawl 4 and the second pawl 5 are pressed down, is achieved by turning clamping pieces 15 with subsequent countering by means of lock nuts 16.
  • the holder 13 In order to raise the first pawl 4 and the second pawl 5 against the pressure of the torsion spring 11, the holder 13 further comprises a wedge 12.
  • the operation of the holder 13 according to the invention is intended to bring in an object 1 in FIG. 4 , the fixation of the object 1 in FIG. 5 and expiring or expelling the object in FIG. 6 to be shown.
  • the velocity v indicates the movement of the object.
  • the fixing device 3 When inserting an object 1 with a fixing device 3 in a gun barrel with holder 13, the fixing device 3 first encounters the first pawl 4. This is, as in FIG. 4 shown, bevelled. Thereby lifts the fixing device 3, the first pawl 4 against the force F D , which is generated by the torsion spring 11 at. The object 1 can be further inserted until the fixing device 3 abuts against the second pawl 5. By the force F D , the first pawl 4 returns to the original position. The force of the impact of the fixing device 3 against the second pawl 5 is absorbed by the buffers 10 to prevent damage to the holder 13 or the object 1. It turns the in FIG. 5 illustrated situation.
  • the securing of the object 1 in correct positioning can be tested by retracting the object 1 after insertion.
  • To remove the object 1 from the gun barrel either to take this into the boat interior, for example, to bring in another object 1, or to drain or expel the object, by the wedge 12 as in FIG. 6 shown, the first pawl 4 and the second pawl 5 raised.
  • the fixing device 3 of the object 1 is freely movable and the object 1 can either be removed into the boat interior or the object 1 can run off or be ejected.
  • FIG. 7 shows a cross section BB FIG. 3 By the point of the pawl bearings with torsion bar spring 11.
  • pins 14 preferably as a square pin, attached and attached via lock nuts 16 clamping pieces 15, with which the torsion spring 11 is stretched.
  • the fixed thrust bearing of the torsion spring 11 is located in the middle of the holding pawl frame 6. Since the gun barrel is flooded to expire or expulsion of the object, the holder 13 is at least temporarily exposed to water, especially salty seawater. For this reason, the device has sealing systems 17 to prevent corrosion of the rotary tension spring 11 and thus a reduction in the force F D.
  • FIG. 8 is the cross section CC off FIG. 3 represented by the pawls 4, 5.
  • the pawl 4, 5 is arranged in the holding pawl frame 6 and is pressed by means of the torsion spring 11 with the force F D down and is rotatably mounted on the pin 14.
  • the wedge 12 is arranged under the pawl 4, 5.
  • a force must be exerted on the pawl 4, 5 via the wedge 12, which force compensates the torque M D of the torsion spring 11.
  • the wedge 12 is profiled in such a way that there is sufficient compensation in the profile surface for bumps in the longitudinal direction that the pawl 4, 5 will not be raised inadvertently.
  • the wedge can be operated hydraulically or pneumatically as well as manually.
  • the wedge 12 is in FIG. 9 in detail as a cross section DD FIG. 3 shown.
  • the first pawl 4 and the second pawl 5 are in the lowered position. If the wedge 12 is displaced to the left, the first pawl 4 and the second pawl 5 are raised. As a result, the fixing device 3 is no longer fixed, the object 1 can leak, ejected or removed.
