  • the holding device is better protected by a flush closing the screw body against pollution and weather.
  • the screw stop may be formed by a chamfer in the through hole, and the screw body having a Senckopf cooperating with the chamfer. This embodiment is visually appealing and easy to manufacture.
  • the screw stop may be formed by an annular shoulder of a stepped through hole.
  • the screw head of the screw body may be formed, for example, as a cylinder head or hexagon, wherein the screw head cooperate with the shoulder of the through hole and in the screwed state, in particular with the surface of the through-hole having thigh can complete.
  • the canopy plate can be securely supported on the holding device. That way is the Canopy plate particularly well secured against tilting, which could be caused by forces outside the holding device on the canopy plate forces in the direction of gravity.
  • the insertion of the canopy plate is simplified in the holding device. The canopy plate can first be inserted horizontally and then lowered downwards at the free end area. In this deflated condition the canopy plate is already held by the holding device and can then be secured by inserting the screw body.
  • the upper support portion defines an upper level and the lower support portion defines a lower level spaced from the upper level.
  • the two support sections, respectively, the two planes are aligned parallel to each other.
  • the screw body protrudes into the part of the receiving space delimited between the two planes, so that the screw body can engage in the recess of the canopy plate. Since the screw body does not assume a direct holding function, but only serves to secure the canopy plate, the ratio of the length of above the lower level arranged portion of the screw, in particular the securing portion, and the distance between the two levels less than or equal to 1: 2, in particular between 1: 2.2 and 1: 5. In this way, the necessary weakening of the canopy plate in the region of the recess is reduced to a minimum.
  • the two support portions may be arranged on the holding device such that in the assembled state of the holding device on a supporting component, for example on a vertical wall of the house to be held canopy plate between the two legs is held slightly inclined downwards.
  • the canopy plate to be kept at an angle of 91 degrees to 120 degrees, in particular 95 degrees to 105 degrees, in particular 101 degrees to the supporting component, such as the house wall, be inclined downwards, so that mainly rainfall from Roof can drain independently.
  • the holding device prevents the canopy plate from tilting. In this way, the holding device counteracts a torque that is generated by acting on the canopy plate in the direction of gravity force. As a result, the canopy plate can be easily inserted into the holding device.
  • the upper support section has a shoulder projecting towards the lower leg. This ensures that the canopy plate to be held on the upper leg is supported only along the upper support portion. Overall, the canopy plate to be held is thus supported at two defined locations, namely the upper and the lower support section, whereby a stable 2-point support of the canopy plate to be kept is provided.
  • an investment profile is provided at the lower support portion, with which the canopy plate can be brought into abutment.
  • the investment profile can be located in a groove of the lower support section.
  • the investment profile is made of a rubber, for example of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber).
  • EPDM ethylene-propylene-diene rubber
  • another rubber, plastic or the like which has high weather resistance and high thermal resistance may also be used.
  • At least one abutment member for securing the canopy plate against wind suction lift is disposed on the lower leg, at least one abutment member being disposed from the lower support portion toward the wall-side end portion of the lower leg.
  • the holding device secures the canopy plate against a force acting against gravity, which may be caused for example by a wind suction.
  • the at least one contact element in the mounted state of the canopy plate, in which the canopy plate is supported on the upper support section and on the lower support section lies flat against the underside of the canopy top. In this case, the canopy plate lies flat on the at least one contact element, without being lifted by the at least one contact element in the direction of the upper leg.
  • the At least one contact element is thus prevented, on the one hand, that the canopy plate can tilt or lift off by a torque generated by the wind suction.
  • the at least one contact element prevents rattling or vibrating of the canopy plate held in the holding device.
  • the at least one contact element may be made of a rubber, for example of EPDM. In this way, a non-positive connection between the at least one contact element and the canopy plate is generated, whereby a displacement of the canopy plate on the at least one contact element is prevented, as long as caused by the static friction counterforce is not exceeded. As soon as the canopy plate shifts relative to the holding device, however, the canopy plate is retained by the at least one support screw.
  • At least one of the abutment elements is arranged on the screw body, in particular on a shoulder between the threaded portion and the securing portion.
  • at least one of the contact elements is arranged on the at least one screw body, which is screwed into the lower leg.

Due to the design made of EPDM, the at least one contact element can certainly be pressed against the canopy plate without raising the canopy plate or pressing in the direction of the upper leg. Because EPDM is dimensionally stable and yielding, so that the at least one contact element when approaching the canopy plate, that is when screwing the screw or the support screw in the direction of the inserted canopy plate, under the load of the applied canopy can deform elastically. In addition, the static friction between the canopy plate and the holding device is increased by the at least one contact element.

  • the projection advantageously serves as a holder for the sealing profile, which can be mounted on the projection. As a result, the penetration of precipitates into the receiving space is reliably prevented at the weather conditions particularly exposed top of the holding device.
  • the sealing profile may for example be made of a silicone or EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber).
  • the sealing profile In the held state of the canopy plate in the holding device, the sealing profile is pressed against the canopy plate. As a result, a frictional connection between the sealing profile and the canopy plate is produced, whereby a displacement of the canopy plate relative to the sealing profile is prevented, as long as the counterforce caused by the static friction is not exceeded. As soon as the canopy plate shifts relative to the holding device, however, the canopy plate is retained by the at least one support screw. Due to the surface pressure between the sealing profile and the canopy plate, the sealing profile is advantageously pushed later after the onset of the canopy plate in the holding device laterally on the projection. This simplifies the installation of the canopy top.

  • the screw stops are each formed by a chamfer 46 in the respective threaded bore 45.
  • the support screws 42 each have a screw head 47 in the form of a countersunk head, which cooperates with the respective chamfer 46.
  • the bevels 46 are arranged such that the countersunk head 47 of the respective support screw 42 in the screwed state is flush with the inner surface 44 of the lower leg 6.
  • the screw profiles of the screw heads 39, 47 of the screw body 31 and support screws 42 are formed as a safety profile, here in the form of a tensioner.
  • the tensioner profile has two wells 48 in a conventional manner.
  • the screw body 31 and the support screws 42 are arranged in the longitudinal direction X in alignment with each other. Due to the advantageous combination of the contact elements 41 with the screw 31 by which the canopy plate 2 is not only secured against slipping, but also against lifting in case of wind suction, here both the screw 31 and the support screws 42 are screwed in the lower leg 6. Specifically, the canopy arrangement here has two screw bodies 31 and three support screws 42 arranged between the screw bodies 31. But it would also be possible that the screw body 31 are screwed only in the upper leg 7 and have no contact elements 41. The protection of the canopy plate 2 against lifting in wind suction could then be completely taken over by the contact elements 41 'of the support screws 42. Further denominations and possible combinations for the screw body 31 and the support screws 42 are also possible and conceivable.
  • the holding device 1 At both longitudinal ends of the holding device 1 panels 48 are placed.
  • the panels 48 may be screwed to a groove 49 of the lower leg 6 by means of a screw 50.
  • the holding device 1 has a bore 51 extending in the longitudinal direction X, which is formed here in the transition region between the upper leg 7 and the web 14.
  • the bore 51 serves to receive a centering rod, not shown, to connect a plurality of the holding devices 1 together and align each other.
