Description

The invention relates to a network with belt-like mesh legs such. B. security or sports network.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Square mesh nets with visually similar net mesh thighs have long been made by diagonally cutting rhombic nets.

The resulting trimming creates additional time and material loss. In addition, the diagonal blank leads to a stepped thread pattern in the square mesh, whereby no coherent stretched threads are present in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

Simple square mesh nets with cord-like loop legs can be produced by a fringe-weft combination as known from the DD Industrial Pattern MP1378.

Derartige Netze sind Gegenstand der Technischen Normen, Gütevorschriften, Lieferbedingungen in der früheren DDR TGL 16-666075/01 und TGL 16-666075/02.Such nets were used as ornamental plant palate in horticulture. Such networks are the subject of technical standards, quality specifications, delivery conditions in the former DDR TGL 16-666075 / 01 and TGL 16-666075 / 02.

Such structures could be particularly economical according to the DD 269 298 A3 described method for producing a Nähgewirkten reticulated fabric are generated.

The production of nets with belt-like mesh legs is not possible by this method, because according to this method, the sheathing of ribbons is provided by Fransenlegungen, resulting in a cord-like structure of the mesh legs.

In DE 199 57 019 C2 a warp knitted fabric and a method for producing a warp knitted fabric with large grid openings are described. In this grid or network structure Band-shaped longitudinal mesh legs are connected with transverse mesh legs, which are formed by yarn sheets. The crossing areas of longitudinal and transverse mesh legs are connected by knit stitches.
To improve the slip resistance, the knits are much smaller in the region of the binding sites than in the longitudinal mesh limbs.
Square mesh nets, especially for load securing are in DE 20 2010 007 280 U1 described. To form the network structure longitudinally and transversely presented straps are sewn together at the crossing points.
Such nets have high strength and dimensional stability. Sewing is associated with high costs.
In DE-OS 40 08 477 A1 For example, a method of making accurate and rectangular mesh nets and a net made according to this method are described.
In this case knitted warp knitted in the distance of the mesh size with transversely fed Schussbändchen be forfeited in the region of the joints.
In the Kettbändchen metal Stehfäden can be incorporated as electrical conductors. Such nets are used to limit livestock cattle.
The structure of the warp and weft ribbons is relatively loose, so that a slight puncture in the region of the joints is achieved.
For this purpose, it is proposed to connect the longitudinally extending fringes only with a meandering weft.
Although the proposed net is highly productive to produce, it does not have high-density and low-elongation belt-like mesh legs.
Another network structure with right-angled mesh legs is in the DE 91 16 083 U1 proposed.
The mesh network with electrically conductive wires described here, which serves to deter animals when touched, consists of 2-3 active mesh rods each mesh leg, which are loosely connected by part weft threads. The longitudinally extending mesh legs are connected during their production at the crossing points with the continuous shot supplied transverse mesh legs by knitting. The mesh legs have an open, grid-like knitted structure. The conductive wires are alternately positioned between adjacent knit stitches so that through the loose openwork knit structure the electrically conductive wires protrude on both sides of the fabric between the knit stitches. This is not a belt-like warp knit, but an open, lattice-like knit structure, so that a displacement of the wales can be done so that the electrically conductive wires can emerge on both sides of the fabric to the outside. For this purpose, a connection of the fringe weave produced knit by a weft, which allows only a frictional connection of the wales. Due to the manufacturing process, each web page has a different look.

In DE-PS 10 2010 031 052 B4 a method for the production of technical networks and a corresponding network is described. According to the method, in particular load securing nets are to be produced. For this purpose, it is proposed that in the longitudinal direction at a distance of the transverse mesh width extending yarn bundles are forged to gauze-like longitudinal mesh legs and at the distance of the longitudinal mesh woven webbings are fed with weft gaps as a parallel shot.

The woven webbings with weft gaps, which correspond to the width of the yarn sheet for the longitudinal mesh legs, are brought in exact position to the yarn sheets of the longitudinal mesh legs and forfeited together with them. The advantage here is that the puncture forces of the knitting needles are significantly reduced in the area of the wiping gaps and the thickness of the knitted connection points turns out to be relatively flat.

What is unfavorable is that the net consists of a combination of woven and knitted loop legs, which is disadvantageous for various fields of application in which a uniform appearance is emphasized.

From the DE 20 2012 101 216 U1 is a two-dimensional securing means is known, which has at least two interconnected in at least one intersection point straps, which are each formed as woven or knitted bands of plastic threads.

From the DE 10 2013 014 586 A1 is a knotless knitted net with diagonal weft thread course and a method for its production is known, wherein the weft threads consist of coarse high-performance threads.

Problemproblem

Based on the prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a knitted square mesh with belt-like mesh legs, which are connected by knit stitches and have the same look from each side of the network. To achieve fixed edges in warp knits with long underlays, it is customary, depending on the binding in the edge region to arrange wales in fringe placement. This results in a continuous covering same needles with stitch thread. Due to the resulting thickening, there are problems when piercing the transverse mesh legs in the region of the joints.

Erfindung und vorteilhafte WirkungInvention and advantageous effect

The problem is solved by a network with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to the invention, the knitted square mesh with belt-like mesh legs consists of knitted longitudinal mesh legs and knitted transverse mesh arms with knitted connection points. The transverse mesh limbs according to the invention correspond in their structure and appearance to the longitudinal mesh limbs, so that the mesh has the same appearance on each mesh side.
By "belt-like" is meant here a knitted narrow fabric with firm edges and high strength and low elongation due to integrated high-strength stretched threads. These features have woven straps. Through experiments it has been found that a problem-free piercing of the transverse mesh legs in the region of the connection points is possible if the fringe rods have about half the thread count of the remaining wales.

The further embodiment of the invention provides that the belt-like warp knit fabric of the transverse stitching leg has a center distance of its knit stitches, which is about the effective mesh length of the longitudinal mesh legs. This makes it possible in the manufacture of the network to direct the knitting needles during piercing in the region of the joints targeted in the clear distance of the knitted swabs. The low-elongation, high-strength threads arranged here, which are arranged between the knitted swabs, consist of untwisted filament yarns which are easy to pierce.
In order to enable a setting of these threads in the direction of the left binding side, is a Basic bond with long underlays, such. B. jersey or cloth provided. The lengths Underlays normally hide the low-stretch, high-strength threads seen from the left side of the binding.
By means of a known laying technique and two guide bars for guiding the low-stretch threads, these can alternately protrude on the left side of the binding, resulting in a fabric-like effect. Due to the two guide bars, a separate groupwise lateral offset of the threads is possible, whereby alternately the long linings on the left binding side are on top or the load-absorbing threads cover them. The guide bars are comb-like thread guide members, which have for the leadership of the low-stretch threads at a distance of the needle pitch arranged Legeröhrchen and can be offset laterally.

For the production of nets with the same binding sides of the longitudinal and transverse loop legs for each net side of the belt-like warp knit prefabricated transverse leg is to be guided with its left binding side of the back of the machine to the yarn sheets of the longitudinal mesh legs. This creates a common left binding site in the network through the knitting process. The left side of the binding is characterized in a known manner by overlying deposits. On the right side of the binding, however, the mesh legs are visible.
As a result, the longitudinal and transverse mesh legs form a common or right binding side.
Within the scope of the development of the invention, it is also possible to supply nonwoven fabric or gauze behind the transverse mesh legs from the back of the machine, whereby a connection of these fabrics to the longitudinal mesh legs takes place.

Show it
Fig. 1
a schematic representation of a square mesh with belt-like mesh legs,
Fig. 2
a section of a compound of longitudinal and transverse mesh legs seen from the right side binding with 3 knitted sticks per loop legs and
Fig. 3
a section of the knit stitch structure of the belt-like mesh legs seen from the left side binding with the partial setting of the high-strength threads through the long underlays.
The square mesh 1 with belt-like mesh legs 2 according to FIG. 1 consists of longitudinal mesh legs 3 and transverse mesh legs 4, which are connected at their intersection points, the knitted connection points 21, fixed by knitting stitches.
The knitted rods 5, 6 of the longitudinal mesh legs 3 and the transverse mesh legs 4 are arranged in a large number over the width of the belt-like mesh legs.
In the example of FIG. 1 show the active mesh rods 5 and 6 with their right binding side to the outside. The number of active mesh rods 5, 6 over the width of the belt-like mesh legs 2 depends on the width 14 of the longitudinal mesh legs 3 and the width 15 of the transverse mesh leg 4. Depending on the width and thickness of the mesh legs 2, these z. B. have a density of 40 wales / dm. The distance 9, 10 of the longitudinal mesh leg 3 and transverse mesh leg 4 depends on the desired longitudinal mesh size 7 or on the transverse mesh width 8.
In the square mesh 1, both mesh sizes 7, 8 are the same.
Depending on the width of the mesh leg 2 results in the same mesh size 7, 8, a different clear distance 9, 10 of the transverse mesh leg 4 and the longitudinal mesh leg 3. The width 14 of the longitudinal mesh leg 3 can on the Network width 23 be different. As a result, locally differentiated gains can be arranged.

In the edge region, an extreme broadening of the longitudinal mesh legs 3 can be used as an aid for subsequent manufacture.

FIG. 2 shows a simplified representation of the connection of longitudinal 3 and transverse mesh legs 4 seen from the right side binding. For a better understanding, the structure is extremely relaxed. The effective mesh length 12 of the longitudinal mesh legs 3 corresponds approximately to the center distance 11 of the active mesh rods 6 in the transverse mesh leg 4.

As a result, during the knitting process, the needles can slip into the clearance 13 of the knitted swab 6 during insertion into the knitted fabric of the transverse leg 4.

In both mesh legs 3, 4, the right binding sides are on top, resulting in a uniform appearance.

In FIG. 3 is a section of the knit stitch structure of the belt-like mesh legs 2 seen from the left side of the binding with the partial setting of the high-strength threads 16 through the long underlay 19 shown. In the direction of the right side of the binding is prevented by weft threads 17, which rest on the left binding side of the mesh that fall in the clear distance 13 of the knitted bars 5, 6 arranged high-strength, low-elongation threads 16 in direction right binding side of the stitches. In Fig. 3 it is a meandering reverse shot, but it can also be replaced by several partial shots.

Towards the left binding side, the threads 16 are covered by long underlays 19 of the plain weave.

In Fig. 3 was chosen as a basic tie jersey. The setting of the high-strength threads 16 by the long underlays 19 can be interrupted by a known laying technique, which arise on top of the left binding side lying on threads 22. In a separate control of the high-strength low-stretch threads 16 by different guide bars fabric-like effects can arise. The guide bars are comb-like thread guiding organs, which are used to guide the low-stretch threads in the Have pitch of needle pitch arranged Legeröhrchen own and can be offset laterally.

To form solid edges of the fabric, the edge mesh rods 18 were made in suspending fringe. Through experiments it has been found that a secure piercing of the transverse mesh leg 4 can take place when the connecting points 21 act, when the thread count for the fringe corresponds approximately to half the thread count of the other meshes.

Due to the selected plain weave, it is possible to produce belt-like mesh legs 2 with a closed surface.

To improve the rigidity and abrasion resistance and to color the net 1 can be impregnated or coated after the knitting process.

It may also be envisaged to apply to the net 1 directly during its manufacture closed or lattice-like fabrics, such as e.g. Nonwoven fabric or gauze to act on. The fabric is applied from the direction of the right side binding on the longitudinal mesh legs 3.

The network 1 according to the invention can be used in a variety of ways, wherein the mesh sizes 7, 8 can vary within relatively wide limits.

In addition to sports networks, applications in the field of construction networks and transport networks are possible.
