Claims (8)

  1. Une machine (1) pour pulvériser des peintures ou des poudres (P) sur des surfaces (S) d'articles manufacturés (M), comprenant:
    - des premiers moyens de guidage longitudinal (2) adaptés pour être ancrés au sol et définissant une zone de support inférieure (3) pour un article (M) à pulvériser;
    - une structure de support (6) qui est montée coulissante sur ledit premier moyen de guidage longitudinal (2);
    - un second moyen de guidage transversal (7) associé à ladite structure de support (6) et comprenant une première paire de guides transversaux (15, 16) en relation mutuellement opposée et décalée longitudinalement pour définir un premier espace (17);
    - au moins une première tête de pulvérisation (22) qui est montée coulissante sur ledit second moyen de guidage (7);
    - un ou plusieurs réservoirs (23) pour les produits (P) à pulvériser qui sont connectés de manière opérationnelle à ladite première tête de pulvérisation (22);
    dans lequel ladite au moins une première tête (22) est fixée à un premier poteau (24) sensiblement vertical fixé à un premier chariot (25) pouvant se déplacer le long dudit second moyen de guidage transversal (7), ledit premier chariot (25) étant monté coulissant sur ladite première paire de guides transversaux (15, 16) pour coulisser dans ledit premier espace (17), un troisième moyen de guidage (26) étant associé audit premier chariot (25) afin de guider ledit premier poteau (24) dans une première direction sensiblement verticale (V1), de manière à permettre une pulvérisation dans trois directions perpendiculaires;
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une deuxième tête de pulvérisation (29) montée sur un deuxième poteau (30) sensiblement vertical qui est fixé à un deuxième chariot (31), ledit deuxième moyen de guidage transversal (7) comprenant une deuxième paire de guides transversaux (18, 19) mutuellement opposée et longitudinalement décalée pour définir un second espace (20), ladite structure de support (6) comprenant une paire de poteau (8, 9) sensiblement verticaux, ladite première paire (15, 16) et ledit une seconde paire (18, 19) de guides transversaux ayant des extrémités longitudinales fixées aux extrémités supérieures desdits poteaux (8, 9), ledit second chariot (31) étant monté coulissant sur ladite seconde paire de guides (18, 19) pour coulisser dans ledit second espace (20), ledit second poteau (30) pouvant être déplacé dans une seconde direction sensiblement verticale (V2) sur un quatrième moyen de guidage (32), relié de manière rigide audit second chariot (31).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite structure de support (6) définit un plan de symétrie sensiblement vertical (π), ladite première (15, 16) et ladite seconde (18, 19) paires de guides transversaux étant situées sur les côtés opposés dudit plan de symétrie (π).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacune des têtes de pulvérisation (22, 29) comprend au moins un support (35) qui est monté à rotation sur l'une des extrémités (33, 34) d'un poteau (24, 30) respectif pour tourner autour d'un axe (T1, T2) sensiblement vertical.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que chacune desdites têtes de pulvérisation (22, 29) comprend au moins une buse (36), qui est montée à rotation sur ledit support (35) pour tourner autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal (R1, R2), de telle sorte qu'elle puisse être orientée dans les trois dimensions de l'espace.
  5. Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits premier (24) et second (30) postes ont des têtes de pulvérisation respectives (22, 29) montées sur des extrémités opposées (33, 34), notamment une extrémité supérieure et une extrémité inférieure, respectivement, pour pulvériser les articles (M) situés dans ladite zone de support inférieure (3) ou dans une zone de support (3') située au-dessus de ladite structure de support (6).
  6. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le ou les réservoirs (23) pour les produits (P) à pulvériser sont sélectivement en communication fluidique avec les têtes de pulvérisation respectives (22, 29) via des tuyaux flexibles appropriés au moins partiellement logés dans ledit premier (17) et ledit second (20) espaces coulissants.
  7. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'aspiration (38) comportant un orifice d'aspiration (39) placé dans ladite zone de support (3) pour aspirer les particules dispersées desdits produits (P) à pulvériser et des moyens d'irradiation (40) fixés à ladite structure de support (6) pour sécher les produits déposés sur les surfaces (S) des articles (M) en cours de traitement.
  8. Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de contrôle de processus (41) connectés à des moyens moteurs (12, 27, 28, 37) conçus pour assurer un mouvement contrôlé de ladite structure de support (6), lesdits chariots (25, 31), lesdits montants (24, 30), lesdits supports (35) et lesdites buses (36) en fonction de la forme et de la taille des articles (M) à pulvériser.
