- Tricot élastique (10) de type filet,
en tricot composé de fils non élastiques (12) formant une matrice (11) qui présente des fils supplémentaires (30) composés eux-mêmes d'un matériau élastique,
sachant que le matériau tricoté (10) de type filet présente une extensibilité en raison des fils élastiques (30) supplémentaires utilisés, sachant que du fait de la dimension des mailles propre au procédé de tricotage de la matrice (11), l'élasticité des fils élastiques (30) supplémentaires n'est pas restreinte ou que peu,
sachant qu'avec les fils élastiques (30) supplémentaires est traité au moins un fil non élastique (20) supplémentaire, sachant qu'au moins ce fil non élastique (20) supplémentaire est incorporé sous forme de boucles (21) dans la matrice (11) de sorte que la matrice (11) demeure extensible
et sachant que l'extensibilité de la matrice (11), due à la longueur des boucles (21) d'au moins ce fil non élastique (20) supplémentaire utilisé, est inférieure à l'élasticité maximale du fil élastique (30) supplémentaire en tenant compte de la longueur des boucles des fils élastiques (30) supplémentaires

respectivement un fil élastique (30) supplémentaire et un fil non élastique (20) supplémentaire sont toujours traités parallèlement dans la même colonne de mailles et en ce que les fils élastiques (30) supplémentaires et au moins ce fil non élastique (20) supplémentaire sont guidés parallèlement et en boucles en zigzag sur toute leur longueur respective. - Tricot (10) de type filet selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fils non élastiques (20) supplémentaires et/ou les fils non élastiques (12) dont est composée la matrice (11) sont en polypropylène, polyamide, polyester ou en un autre matériau artificiel ou naturel non élastique.
- Tricot (10) de type filet selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les fils élastiques (30) supplémentaires sont en caoutchouc, en élastomère ou en un autre matériau ayant l'élasticité du caoutchouc.
- Procédé pour fabriquer un tricot élastique (10) de type filet selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tricot élastique (10) de type filet est fabriqué sur un métier à tricoter à fonture simple ou à fonture double, sachant que respectivement un fil élastique (30) supplémentaire et un fil non élastique (20) supplémentaire circulent sur la même aiguille et la même barre à passettes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que du fait du réglage du tirage du tricot, l'ouverture des mailles (21) du fil non élastique (20) supplémentaire est modifiable.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le métier à tricoter est un métier à tricot chaîne.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les fils élastiques (30) supplémentaires et les fils non élastiques (20) supplémentaires sont introduits comme fil distinctif dans la matrice (11) du tricot (10) type filet au moyen d'une aiguille séparée et/ou d'une barre à passettes séparée.
