Claims (5)

  1. Bande de ceinture de sécurité comportant :
    - une pluralité de fils de chaîne (1, 3),
    - un fil de trame (2), qui s'étend d'un bord à l'autre bord de la bande de ceinture de sécurité sous inversion de sens périodique à des points d'inversion et qui est tissé avec les fils de chaîne (1, 3),
    - le fil de trame (2) étant rabattu aux points d'inversion dans une zone périphérique (B) en formant une bouche, et
    - un fil de retenue (5), qui est passé à travers les boucles du fil de trame (2),
    - le fil de retenue (5) étant disposé entre les fils de chaîne (1, 3) et étant recouvert vers la surface de la bande de ceinture de sécurité par le fil de trame (2) et/ou les fils de chaîne (1, 3), et
    - des fils de chaîne (3) plus fins étant prévus dans la zone périphérique (B) que dans la zone centrale (A) de la bande de ceinture de sécurité, caractérisée par le fait que
    - le fil de trame (2) est tissé à travers les fils de chaîne (3) de la zone périphérique (B) dans un motif tissé répétitif, formé par trois fils de chaîne (3) à la suite sur un côté (III) et puis par un fil de chaîne (3) sur l'autre côté (I).
  2. Bande de ceinture de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les fils de chaîne (3) plus fins dans la zone périphérique (B) sont tissés sur au moins deux couches (6, 7).
  3. Bande de ceinture de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que le fil de retenue (5) est disposé entre les fils de chaîne (3) plus fins de la zone périphérique (B).
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'une bande de ceinture de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les forces de traction dans le fil de retenue (5) et dans le fil de trame (2) sont déterminées de telle manière que le fil de trame (2) entraîne le fil de retenue (5) lors du mouvement vers l'arrière.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le mouvement d'entraînement du fil de retenue (5) est limité par l'armure différente des fils de chaîne (1, 3).
