Claims (10)

  1. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) comprenant :

    l'élément de support (20B) comprend une partie de montage-insertion (24) conçue pour être insérée dans le trou d'évidement (20C), la partie de montage-insertion (24) comprenant une partie supérieure de grand diamètre (24a) et une partie inférieure de petit diamètre (24b), et
    l'élément de support (20B) est inséré de manière fixe dans le trou d'évidement (20C) dans au moins l'une d'une position dans laquelle la partie supérieure de grand diamètre (24a) est montée dans le trou supérieur de grand diamètre (20Ca) ou d'une position dans laquelle la partie inférieure de petit diamètre (24b) est montée dans le trou inférieur de petit diamètre (20Cb).
  3. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle
    l'élément de support (20B) est inséré de manière fixe dans le trou d'évidement (20C) dans une position dans laquelle la partie supérieure de grand diamètre (24a) est montée dans le trou supérieur de grand diamètre (20Ca) et un espace est prévu entre une périphérie intérieure du trou inférieur de petit diamètre (20Cb) et une périphérie extérieure de la partie inférieure de petit diamètre (24b), et
    l'orifice de soupape (22) est situé en dessous d'une extrémité inférieure de la partie inférieure de petit diamètre (24b), et dans la partie inférieure de petit diamètre (24b) est formé un trou horizontal communiquant avec l'orifice d'introduction Pd (25) de l'élément de corps (20A) via l'espace.
  4. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une partie de scellement de copeaux (20P) entre l'élément de corps (20A) et l'élément de support (20B), la partie de scellement de copeaux (20P) étant conçue pour sceller les copeaux d'au moins l'un de l'élément de corps (20A) ou de l'élément de support (20B).
  5. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la partie de scellement de copeaux (20P) est définie par une saillie annulaire (24B, 20D) prévue sur l'une d'une surface inférieure du trou d'évidement (20C) ou d'une surface opposée de l'élément de support (20B) qui est opposée à la surface inférieure du trou d'évidement (20C).
  6. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la partie de scellement de copeaux (20P) est définie par une saillie annulaire (24D) prévue sur l'une d'une surface étagée vers le haut du trou d'évidement (20C) sur laquelle est formée une marche ou d'une surface opposée de l'élément de support (20B) qui est opposée à la surface étagée vers le haut du trou d'évidement (20C).
  7. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle une extrémité de pointe de la saillie annulaire (24B) présente un angle aigu.
  8. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle
    chacune d'une périphérie intérieure du trou d'évidement (20C) et d'une périphérie extérieure de la partie de montage-insertion (24), qui est adaptée pour être insérée dans le trou d'évidement (20C), de l'élément de support (20B) possède une marche formée sur celle-ci, et
    la partie de scellement de copeaux (20P) est définie par une surface annulaire inclinée (24C) qui est prévue sur une surface étagée vers le bas de la partie de montage-insertion (24) de telle sorte que la surface inclinée annulaire (24C) bute contre un coin sur un côté intérieur d'une surface étagée vers le haut du trou d'évidement (20C).
  9. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle l'élément de support (20B) est formé d'un matériau ayant une dureté supérieure à celle d'un matériau de l'élément de corps (20A).
  10. Soupape de commande de compresseur à capacité variable (1 ; 2 ; 3 ;) selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle
    l'élément de support (20B) est formé d'un matériau en acier inoxydable, et
    l'élément de corps (20A) est formé d'un matériau en aluminium, en laiton ou en résine.
