Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de mise en place d'un élément d'ancrage à expansion au moyen d'une machine-outil, comportant les étapes consistant à : appliquer des percussions rotatives à un élément d'ancrage à expansion en fonction d'une première vitesse de rotation jusqu'à ce qu'un angle de rotation par percussion rotative d'un arbre de sortie d'une machine-outil soit inférieur à une valeur seuil prédéterminée; et appliquer des percussions rotatives à l'élément d'ancrage à expansion en fonction d'une deuxième vitesse de rotation réduite pendant une durée prédéterminée. L'invention concerne également une machine-outil comportant un dispositif d'entrée pour déterminer un type d'un élément d'ancrage à expansion ou un couple de serrage de l'élément d'ancrage à expansion; un mécanisme de percussion pour produire des percussions rotatives; un dispositif pour détecter un angle de rotation d'un arbre de sortie; et un dispositif de commande. Le dispositif de commande est conçu pour régler une première vitesse de rotation de manière à appliquer des percussions rotatives dépendantes de la première vitesse de rotation à l'élément d'ancrage à expansion jusqu'à ce qu'un angle de rotation par percussion rotative de l'arbre de sortie soit inférieur à une valeur seuil prédéterminée, et pour régler une deuxième vitesse de rotation réduite, des percussions rotatives dépendantes de la deuxième vitesse de rotation pouvant être appliquées à l'élément d'ancrage à expansion pendant une durée prédéterminée pour écarter la douille d'expansion de l'élément d'ancrage à expansion.
