Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shoe for a human foot.
- the shoe comprises an outsole arranged on the underside of the shoe, a shoe body arranged above the outsole for receiving the foot and a support surface for the underside of the foot.
- the support surface of the shoe is designed so that the underside of a human foot can be placed on it, in particular an in the Shoe body introduced foot can be placed with its underside on the support surface.
- the shoe can have a plurality of midsoles between the shoe body and the outsole.
- the upwardly directed surface of the uppermost midsole then usually forms the support surface.
- the midsoles and also the outsole can have a certain elasticity, so that the contact surface adapts to the contour of the underside of the foot and thus enables comfortable standing.
- the heel, the metatarsus (between heel and ball of the foot), the ball of the foot and the toes of the foot touch areas of the support surface, which in the context of the invention are referred to as heel area, metatarsal area, ball of the ball area and toe area will.
- the support surface extends in the longitudinal direction from a rear end, at which the heel area is arranged, to a front end, at which the toe area is arranged.
- Each intermediate layer or midsole arranged between the shoe body and the outsole also has a heel area, a ball of the foot area and a toe area, each of which is arranged in the vertical direction below the corresponding area of the support surface.
- the heel area of the functional section is loaded when a person who has put on the shoe according to the invention shifts their weight onto their heels.
- a burden of a sub-area of the functional section can be accompanied by a downward displacement of this sub-area relative to the shoe body.
- the features according to the invention lead to a continuous upward displacement of subregions of the functional section relative to the shoe body while walking or running. Since the foot is surrounded by the shoe body and is thus essentially fixed relative to the shoe body, the displacement of a sub-area of the functional section results in the sub-area pressing from below against the sole of the wearer's foot.
- the underside of the foot is stimulated in the area of the functional section, which has a positive influence on the blood circulation in the feet and legs.
- the first step is to put the heel on the ground.
- the heel area of the functional section is initially loaded, so that the underside of the foot is stimulated in another area of the functional section, for example between the heel area and the ball of the foot.
- the first partial area of the functional section is therefore arranged in the heel area of the support surface.
- the second partial area of the functional section is preferably arranged between the heel area and the ball of the foot area of the support surface.
- the veins running through the foot are increasingly stimulated to contractions and expansions by the periodic stimulation during walking or running, so that the blood circulation is increased. This can lead, for example, to a reduction in the risk of thrombosis and to a general improvement in the state of health.
- the outsole is curved outwards on its underside.
- the curvature preferably extends in the longitudinal direction of the outsole. This configuration leads to the fact that a defined rolling of the foot can take place when running or walking, which leads to improved periodic stimulation of the sole of the foot.
- the second partial area of the functional section is arranged on the inside of the support surface. Investigations have shown that stimulation in the inner area of the sole of the foot, in particular between the heel and the ball of the foot, leads to an effective stimulation of the venous return flow.
- the functional section has a material depot in which a displaceable material is arranged.
- the displaceable material is preferably displaced in the direction of the second sub-area of the functional section.
- the definition that “the functional section has a material deposit” does not require the material deposit to rest on the functional section of the support surface.
- the material depot is below the support surface is arranged.
- One or more intermediate layers or midsoles can also be arranged between the material depot and the support surface.
- the vertical extent of the material depot in the second sub-area increases.
- pressure is exerted on the foot by the displaceable material within the material depot and the underside of the foot is stimulated.
- the heel is initially loaded, so that the displaceable material moves into the metatarsal area between the heel and the ball of the foot and exerts pressure on the foot.
- this pressure is initially increased further.
- the displaceable material is shifted back towards the rear end of the support surface.
- the pressure on the underside of the metatarsal area is reduced again. This process is repeated in subsequent steps, so that the metatarsal area of the sole of the foot experiences periodic mechanical stimulation.
- the material depot can be arranged between two soles or midsoles.
- this can have the disadvantage that the material depot leads to an undesired permanent increase in the support surface in the vertical direction, ie independent of a load on the material depot. This can be inconvenient for the user.
- the shoe according to the invention therefore comprises a sole or midsole which has a recess for the material deposit, wherein the material deposit is arranged in the recess. Because the material depot is arranged in the recess, there is only a lesser or no undesirable increase in the support surface in the vertical direction.
- the material depot preferably consists of a preferably flexible shell which encloses an interior space in which the displaceable material is arranged.
- the material depot can be completely filled with the displaceable material. In this case, the interior space is completely filled with the displaceable material. A displacement of the displaceable material can then be accompanied by an elastic expansion of the casing.
- the material depot is preferably not completely filled with the displaceable material. In this case, at least part of the interior of the material depot is free of displaceable material. A shift is more easily possible if the filling is not complete, since there is a free space within the interior space into which the displaceable material can be shifted.
- the displaceable material can comprise a liquid, a gel, a paste, elastic or flexible solid bodies, or also a gas, for example air.
- the displaceable material can also comprise particles of a solid, for example a plurality of spheres.
- the extent of the second sub-area of the functional section in the transverse direction of the support surface is preferably smaller than the extent of the first sub-area of the functional section.
- This configuration is particularly advantageous when the functional area has a material depot.
- the area of the first sub-area of the functional section can also be larger than the area of the second sub-area of the functional section.
- the shoe has a midsole, which has an elastic material in the second partial area of the functional section.
- the elastic material ensures that the displacement of the second partial area of the functional section is passed on as unimpeded as possible to the desired location on the sole of the foot.
- the midsole is preferably arranged above the material deposit. The midsole then on the one hand protects the material deposit and on the other hand allows an unimpeded expansion of the material deposit in the vertical direction in the second partial area of the functional section.
- the elastic material is more extensible in the longitudinal direction than in the transverse direction. This enables pressure to be transferred precisely to the desired point on the sole of the foot. For example, an undesired deflection of the material depot in the transverse direction is prevented by the reduced extensibility of the elastic material in the transverse direction.
- FIG 1 shows a shoe according to the invention in a three-dimensional exploded view obliquely from above.
- the shoe includes a shoe body 14 with an opening 15 through which a foot can be inserted into the shoe body 14.
- Three midsoles 16, 17 and 18 are arranged below the shoe body 14.
- the midsole 18 has a material depot 21, which in FIG Figure 3 is shown in more detail.
- the midsole 17 also has an elastic material 23, which in Figure 4 can be seen in more detail.
- a honeycomb structure is from FIG DE 20 2010 010 359 U1 known and is used to reduce the hold of the foot when walking.
- the foot muscles are strengthened by the reduced hold, as the body must be actively kept in balance.
- the effect of the present invention is enhanced because by Strengthening the foot muscles, the blood circulation in the feet and legs is further improved.
- the honeycomb structure 25, however, is not a necessary part of the present invention.
- FIG. 1 When a foot (not shown in the figures) is inserted into the shoe body 14, the bottom of the foot comes with an in Figure 1 contact surface, not shown, in contact.
- the support surface 30 is in Figure 2 shown in a top view.
- a heel area 22 At a rear end 19 of the support surface 30 there is a heel area 22 which is in contact with the heel of the foot.
- the heel area 22 In the direction of the front end 33 of the support surface 30, the heel area 22 is adjoined by a metatarsal area 31, a ball of the foot area 20 and a toe area 32.
- the corresponding partial areas of the midsoles 16, 17 and 18 as well as the outsole 13 are also referred to as heel area 22, metatarsal area 31, ball of the foot area 20 and toe area 32.
- Figure 3 shows the midsole 18 in a view from above.
- a material depot 21 is arranged between the rear end 19 and the ball of the foot area 20.
- the midsole 18 comprises a recess corresponding to the material depot 21.
- the material deposit 21 is inserted into the recess and glued to the midsole 18.
- the material depot 21 is an in Figure 3 not shown displaceable material arranged.
- the material depot 21 has a smaller extent in the transverse direction than in the heel area 22.
- the material depot 21 runs between the heel area 22 and the midfoot area 20 to the front end of the support surface pointed to.
- the material depot 21 is arranged in the metatarsal region 31 on the inside of the midsole 18.
- Figure 4 shows the midsole 18 and the midsole 17 resting on it in a plan view. Between the heel area 22 and the ball of the foot area 20, the midsole 17 has an elastic material 23.
- the elastic material 23 is more extensible in the longitudinal direction than in the transverse direction.

Description
- Figur 1:
- einen erfindungsgemäßen Schuh in einer Explosionsansicht von schräg oben;
- Figur 2:
- eine Ansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Auflagefläche von oben;
- Figur 3:
- eine Aufsicht auf eine erste Zwischensohle eines erfindungsgemäßen Schuhs;
- Figur 4:
