Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein in einem Schaltereinsatz befindliches Kontaktsystem eines elektrischen Installationsgerätes gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 und wird bevorzugt in Schaltern von Unterputz- und Aufputzinstallationsgeräten eingesetzt.
- Auf den bekannten Schaltereinsätzen elektrischer Installationsschalter ist auf dessen Schaltergehäuse eine Schaltwippe schwenkbar oder drehbeweglich befestigt, wobei die Schaltwippe über einen in das Schaltergehäuse eintauchenden Betätigungsarm auf eine Kontaktwippe bzw. eine Kontaktfeder einwirkt. Die Kinematik eines Schalters bedarf üblicherweise einer Schrägstellung der Kontaktwippe, um die Zustände "Ein" und "Aus" zu gewährleisten. Dabei liegt der Kontaktpunkt nicht optimal im Zentrum der Kontaktstelle bzw. Kontaktfläche des Kontaktstückes.
- Der Schaltereinsatz ist weiterhin mit Anschlussklemmen für den Anschluss von Elektroleitungen ausgestattet, die mit mindestens einem Kontaktstück und mit der auf einem Kontaktwippenlager gelagerten Kontaktwippe zusammenwirken. Die Elektroleitungen sind mittels der durch die Schaltwippe beaufschlagbaren Kontaktwippe elektrisch miteinander verbindbar. Die Kontaktwippe ist typischerweise aus einem Biegeteil aus elektrisch leitendem Metall hergestellt.
- Aus der
DE 10 2009 038 234 A1 ist ein Schaltwerk eines Installationsschalters mit einem Schaltergehäuse bekannt, in welchem eine Schaltwippe schwenkbar gelagert ist und ein bewegliches Kontaktstück beaufschlagt, welches ebenfalls schwenkbar gelagert in zwei stabilen Endstellungen jeweils ein Festkontaktstück kontaktiert. Das bewegliche Kontaktstück ist als Kontaktwippe ausgebildet und federnd gelagert. - Aus der
DE 37 40 022 C1 sind bewegbare als Kontaktfedern ausgebildete Kontakte bekannt, die an ihren freien Enden jeweils einen aufgenieteteten, aufgelöteten oder aufgeschweißten Kontaktniet tragen, der beispielsweise mit einer abbrandfesten Silberlegierung, wie Silber-Nickel, Silber-Metalloxiden oder verschweißresistenten Silber-Graphit, versehen ist. Bei einer entsprechenden Betätigung eines mit den beweglichen Kontaktfedern in Verbindung stehenden Betätigungsgliedes in axialer Richtung kommen die Kontakte mit entsprechend angeordneten festen Kontakten in stromführende Anlage. - Aus der
DE 196 18 014 A1 ist ein als Wippschalter oder Wipptaster ausgeführtes elektrisches Schaltgerät bekannt, welches einen Gerätesockel mit Schaltkammern, mit Anschlusskontakten für anzuschließende elektrische Leiter sowie mit wenigstens einer darin angeordneten, von ersten und zweiten festen Kontakten und wenigstens einem beweglichen als Schaltwippe ausgebildeten Kontakt, gebildeten Kontaktsystem. Der bewegliche Kontakt ist von einem zugeordneten Betätigungselement betätigbar. Hier sind die festen Kontakte mit einem Kontaktlappen versehen, an welchem ein Kontaktplättchen angebracht ist, das mit dem beweglichen Kontakt zusammenarbeitet. Das mit dem Kontaktplättchen zusammenarbeitende Ende der Kontaktwippe ist ebenfalls beidseitig mit weiteren Kontaktplättchen belegt. Die Kontaktplättchen haben eine planparallele Oberfläche. - Die auf den Kontakten oftmals aufgeschweißten Kontaktplättchen sind auf Grund ihrer konstruktiven Ausgestaltung und der durch die Kinematik des Schalters bedingte Schrägstellung der Kontaktwippe, einem natürlichen Abrieb während des Schaltvorganges unterworfen. Dies ist dadurch bedingt, dass sich die Kontaktstellen der Kontakte nicht senkrecht zur Richtung der Bewegung der Schaltwippe erstrecken, so dass der Kontaktpunkt nicht optimal im Zentrum der Kontaktstelle bzw. Kontaktfläche liegt. Dadurch kann eine sichere Kontaktierung am Kontaktpunkt beeinträchtigt sein. Auch sind die durch die Schaltvorgänge verschlissenen Kontaktplättchen gar nicht oder nur unter großem Aufwand auswechselbar.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde ein Kontaktsystem für ein elektrisches Installationsgerät, insbesondere eines Schalters anzugeben, welches vorab genannte Nachteile vermeidet und insbesondere einen einseitigen Abrieb des Kontaktmaterials auf dem Kontaktstück der Kontaktwippe des Schalters reduziert.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch ein in einem Installationsgeräteeinsatz befindliches Kontaktsystem gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1. Das erfindungsgemäße Kontaktsystem wird bevorzugt als Aufputzschalter oder Unterputzschalter im Innen- oder Außenbereich eines Gebäudes eingesetzt.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen, Verbesserungen des erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktsystems sind in weiteren Ansprüchen und in der Beschreibung angegeben.
- Das, vorzugsweise in einem Schaltereinsatz eines Installationsschalters, integrierte erfindungsgemäße Kontaktsystem ist aus einer Kontaktwippe mit wenigstens einem Schaltkontakt, nachfolgend auch Kontaktstück genannt, aufgebaut.
- Das Kontaktstück übt bei einer Betätigung der Kontaktwippe auf wenigstens einen Festkontakt eine Kontaktkraft aus, wodurch das Kontaktstück in seiner Endstellung den Festkontakt kontaktiert. Der Festkontakt ist vorzugsweise einstückig mit planer Oberfläche ausgebildet.
- Eine auf dem Kontaktstück, beispielsweise aufgeschweißte oder aufgelötete Kontaktstelle ist erfindungsgemäß aus einem Hybridmaterial gebildet, dessen auf dem Kontaktstück aufgebrachtes Basis- oder Trägermaterial aus einem unedlen, verschweißbaren Werkstoff, wie beispielsweise Nickel, Kupfer- Nickel-, Kupfer-Zinn- oder Kupfer-Nickel-Zink-Legierungen, und der darauf aufgebrachte edelmetalhaltige Verbundwerkstoff, nachfolgend als Kontaktmaterial bezeichnet, aus einem Werkstoff mit hohen Leiteigenschaften aber geringer Verschweißfähigkeit, wie beispielsweise einer Silberlegierung, besteht.
- Das auf dem Kontaktstück oder dem Festkontakt, vorzugsweise aufgeschweißte, Basismaterial ist keilförmig abgeflacht oder abgeschrägt.
- Der Neigungswinkel des keilförmig ausgestalteten Basismaterials ist abhängig von der Schrägstellung der Kontaktwippe. Die Schrägstellung der Kontaktwippe ist notwendig, um die Zustände "Ein" und "Aus" des Kontaktsystems zu gewährleisten.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Kontaktstelle des Schaltkontaktes beträgt der Neigungswinkel des auf den Schaltkontakt aufgeschweißten unedleren Basismaterials ca. 13 Grad, wodurch eine optimale Positionierung des Kontaktpunktes beim Ein- bzw. Ausschalten des Schalters erreicht wird.
- Der auf das Basismaterial aufgebrachte Verbundwerkstoff ist vorzugsweise ein ballig geformtes Kontaktmaterial.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, dass die aufgeschweißte Kontaktstelle bzw. Kontaktfläche des Schaltkontaktes mit seiner keilförmigen Ausgestaltung des Basismaterials eine ungleichmäßige Abnutzung des verhältnismäßig zum Basismaterial teuren Kontaktmaterials verhindert.
- Ein weiterer Vorteil ergibt sich daraus, die das Kontaktmaterial soweit reduziert werden kann, dass ein minimaler Edelmetalleinsatz die Kosten des Kontaktsystems und damit des gesamten Installationsschalters reduziert.
- Weiterhin wird durch die Verringerung eines einseitigen Abriebes des Kontaktmaterials auf den Kontaktstellen nicht nur eine sicherere Kontaktierung am Kontaktpunkt des Schaltgerätes erreicht sondern auch die Lebensdauer des Gerätes deutlich erhöht.
- Das erfindungsgemäße aus der Kontaktwippe, dem darauf befindlichen Schaltkontakt und dem Festkontakt gebildete Kontaktsystem lässt sich in verschiedenen Schaltervarianten, wie beispielsweise Schaltern mit einer oder mehreren Schaltkammern, Schaltern mit einer oder mehreren Schaltwippen, Einfachschaltern, Wechsel- bzw. Zwischenstellungsschaltern oder Doppel- bzw. doppelpoligen Schaltern verwirklichen.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend an Hand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele erläutert. Es zeigen:

- In
Fig. 1 ist ein Schnitt durch einen Schaltereinsatz 1 eines als Ausschalter ausgeführtem Installationsschalters gemäß dem Stand der Technik gezeigt, in dem zwei Kontaktwippen 10 jeweils schwenkbar gelagert sind. Um die die Zustände "Ein" und "Aus" des Schalters zu gewährleisten, ist eine Schrägstellung der Kontaktwippen 10 vorgesehen. Die Kontaktwippen 10 sind an ihrem freien Ende mit einem Kontaktstück 20, auch Schaltkontakt genannt, ausgestaltet, welches bei einer Betätigung des mit dem Kontaktstück 20 in Verbindung stehenden Schalters jeweils ein Festkontakt 30 kontaktiert. - Die Kontaktstelle 40 ist durch ein auf dem Kontakt 20 angeschweißtes Kontaktplättchen gebildet, dass bei einer entsprechenden Betätigung des Schalters in axialer Richtung mit dem Festkontakt 30 in stromführende Anlage kommt.
- In
Fig. 2 ist ein Ausschnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktsystems, welches in einem Schaltereinsatz 1 eines Ausschalters eingebaut ist, gezeigt, auf dessen Schaltergehäuse die Kontaktwippen 10, wie bereits inFig. 1 gezeigt, schwenkbar gelagert sind. Die Kontaktwippen 10 weisen auch hier an ihren Endabschnitten jeweils einen Schaltkontakt 20 für die Kontaktierung mit den Festkontakten 30 auf. - Der Schaltkontakt 20 übt bei einer Betätigung der Kontaktwippe 10 auf den Festkontakt 30 eine Kontaktkraft aus, wodurch der mit dem Schaltkontakt 20 zusammenwirkende Festkontakt 30 elektrisch verbunden wird.
- Die auf dem Schaltkontakt 20 aufgebrachte als Kontaktplättchen ausgeführte Kontaktstelle 40 ist aus einem Hybridmaterial gebildet, dessen Basismaterial aus einem kostengünstigen, unedlen, verschweißbaren Werkstoff, üblicherweise einer Kupferlegierung, besteht. Der auf das Basismaterial aufgebrachte Kontaktwerkstoff ist aus einem höherwertigen Material, beispielsweise einer Silberlegierung, mit hohen Leiteigenschaften aber geringer Verschweißfähigkeit gebildet, um ein Verschweißen der Oberflächen des Schaltkontaktes 20 und des mit dem Festkontaktes 30 miteinander zu verhindern.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist das Basismaterial keilförmig abgeflacht oder abgeschrägt.

Fig. 3 zeigt den Ausschnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktsystems eines Schalters mit eingezeichneter Tangente 21 im Scheitelpunkt eines ballig geformten Kontaktmaterials 42 des Schaltkontaktes 20. Der Festkontakt 30 verfügt ebenfalls über ein Kontaktstück 50, das im dargestellten Fall einstückig mit planer Oberfläche ausgebildet ist. - Das Basismaterial 41 des Schaltkontaktes 20 ist so keilförmig abgeflacht oder abgeschrägt, dass die Tangente 21 im Scheitelpunkt des ballig geformten Kontaktmaterials 42 in einer ersten Kontaktlage 11 zur senkrecht stehenden Achse 51 im Kontaktstück 50 des Festkontaktes 30 einen rechten Winkel aufweist und die senkrecht stehende Achse 51 zur planen Oberfläche des Kontaktstückes 50 ebenfalls einen rechten Winkel aufweist. Die erste Kontaktlage 11 ist hier die erste Stellung der Kontaktwippe 10, bei welcher der Schaltkontakt 20 den Festkontakt 30 kontaktiert (Ein- Stellung).
- Der Winkel α, welcher von der Kontaktwippe 10 in der ersten Kontaktlage 11 gebildet ist, und der Keil- oder Neigungswinkel α' der Oberfläche des Basismaterials 41 des Kontaktstückes 20 sind annähernd gleich groß. Wie hier gezeigt ist das Ende bzw. der Endabschnitt der Kontaktwippe 10 in der ersten Kontaktlage 11 nicht parallel zur Tangente 21, welche hier parallel zur planen Oberfläche des Kontaktstücks 50 des Festkontaktes läuft.
- In der
Fig. 3 ist weiterhin eine zweite Stellung der Kontaktwippe 10 dargestellt, bei der das Kontaktstück 20 vom Festkontakt 30 beabstandet ist (Aus-Stellung). -
Fig. 4 zeigt einen weiteren Ausschnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Kontaktsystems angeordnet im Schaltereinsatz, wobei der Schaltkontakt 20 auf die bewegliche Wippe 10 und/oder der Festkontakt 30 aufgeschweißt oder aufgelötet, und das Basismaterial 41, 61 zusätzlich mit der Kontaktwippe 10 bzw. dem Festkontakt 30 verprägt ist. - Das hier gezeigte einstückiges Kontaktstück 50 des Festkontaktes 30 hat eine plane Oberfläche und ist ebenfalls als Hybridbauteil ausgelegt, wobei das Basismaterial 61 aus einem unedlen, verschweißbaren Werkstoff und das darauf aufgebrachte Kontaktmaterial 62 aus einem Werkstoff mit hohen Leiteigenschaften besteht und mit planer Oberfläche ausgebildet ist.
- Auch hier ist die senkrecht stehende Achse 51 zur planen Oberfläche des Kontaktstückes 50 eingezeichnet.
- Alternativ kann das Kontaktmaterial 62 des festen Kontaktstückes 50 mit einer balligen Oberfläche ausgebildet sein oder wenn das Basismaterial 41 des Schaltkontaktes 20 nicht keilförmig sondern planparallel ist, kann das auf dem Festkontakt 30 befindliche festen Kontaktstück 50 als Hybridkontaktstück mit einem keilförmigen Basismaterial 61 im Winkel α' und einem Kontaktmaterial 62 zum Kontaktstück 20 ausgeführt sein (in dieser Darstellung nicht gezeigt).
- Ist die Oberfläche des Kontaktstückes 50 des Festkontaktes 30 ballig, dann steht die Achse 51 senkrecht auf der Tangente im Scheitelpunkt des Kontaktstückes 50.
- In einer hier ebenfalls nicht gezeigten Ausführungsvariante kann der Winkel α' auf die beiden Basismaterialien 41, 61 der Kontaktstücke (20, 50) aufgeteilt sein.

Fig. 5 zeigt eine Ausführungsform der Kontaktwippe 10 mit dem Schaltkontakt 20 und dem darauf angebrachten Kontaktplättchen 40 gemäß der Erfindung, wobei das Basismaterial hier mit dem Bezugszeichen 41 und das Kontaktmaterial mit dem Bezugszeichen 42 gekennzeichnet ist. Das Kontaktplättchen 40 bildet mit seiner abgeschrägten Oberfläche bzw. Deckfläche, auf der das ballig geformte Kontaktmaterial 42 aufgebracht ist. - Der Neigungswinkel des keilförmig ausgestalteten Basismaterials 41 ist abhängig von der Schrägstellung der Kontaktwippe 10 beim Ein- bzw. Ausschalten des Schalters.
- In der hier gezeigten bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Kontaktstelle 40 des Schaltkontaktes 20 beträgt der Neigungswinkel des auf den Schaltkontakt 20 aufgeschweißten unedlen Basismaterials ca. 13 Grad, wodurch eine optimale Positionierung des Kontaktpunktes zwischen Kontaktstück 30 bzw. Festkontakt 30 erreicht wird.

Claims (11)
- Kontaktsystem eines elektrischen Installationsgerätes, insbesondere eines Schalters, dessen Kontaktwippe (10) an wenigstens einem ihrer freien Enden mit einem Kontaktstück (20) ausgestattet ist,- wobei das Kontaktstück (20) bei einer Betätigung der Kontaktwippe (10) auf wenigstens ein Kontaktstück (50) eines Festkontaktes (30) eine Kontaktkraft ausübt, wodurch das Kontaktstück (20) in seiner Endstellung den Festkontakt (30) kontaktiert,- wobei eine auf dem Kontaktstück (20) und/oder den Festkontakt (30) aufgebrachte Kontaktstelle (40) aus einem Hybridmaterial gebildet ist, dessen Basismaterial (41, 61) aus einem unedlen, verschweißbaren Werkstoff und das darauf aufgebrachte Kontaktmaterial (42, 62) aus einem Werkstoff mit hohen Leiteigenschaften besteht,- und das Basismaterial (41, 61) auf dem Kontaktstück (20) und/oder dem Festkontakt (30) keilförmig abgeflacht oder abgeschrägt ist.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basismaterial (41) des Kontaktstückes (20) so keilförmig abgeflacht oder abgeschrägt ist, dass eine Tangente (21) im Scheitelpunkt eines ballig geformten Kontaktmaterials (42, 62) in einer ersten Kontaktlage (11) zu einer senkrecht stehenden Achse (51) im Kontaktstück (50) des Festkontaktes (30) einen rechten Winkel aufweist und die senkrecht stehende Achse (51) zur planen Oberfläche des Kontaktstückes (50) ebenfalls einen rechten Winkel aufweist.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel des keilförmig ausgestalteten Basismaterials (41) von der Schrägstellung der Kontaktwippe (10) abhängig ist.
- Kontaktsystem nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Winkel (α), welcher von der Kontaktwippe (10) in der ersten Kontaktlage (11) gebildet ist, und ein Keil- oder Neigungswinkel (α') der Oberfläche des Basismaterials 41 des Kontaktstückes (20) annähernd gleich groß sind.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basismaterial (61) des Kontaktstückes (50) des Festkontaktes (30) mit planer Oberfläche und/oder das aufgebrachte Kontaktmaterial (42, 62) mit balliger Oberfläche ausgebildet ist, wobei dann eine Achse (51) senkrecht auf der Tangente (21) im Scheitelpunkt des ballig geformten Kontaktmaterials (42, 62) des Kontaktstückes (50) des Festkontaktes (30) steht.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt der Kontaktwippe (10) nicht parallel zur Tangente (21) des Kontaktstückes (50) des Festkontaktes (30) steht.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktstück (20, 50) auf die Kontaktwippe (10) und/oder auf den Festkontakt (30) aufgeschweißt oder aufgelötet ist und/oder Basismaterial (41, 61) zusätzlich mit der Kontaktwippe (10) bzw. dem Festkontakt (30) verprägt ist.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Basismaterial (41) am Kontaktstück (20) nicht keilförmig sondern planparallel ist, und das dafür das auf dem Festkontakt (30) befindliche Kontaktstück (50) des Festkontaktes (30) als Hybridkontaktstück mit einem keilförmigen Basismaterial (61) im Winkel (α') und einem Kontaktmaterial (42, 62) zum Kontaktstück (20) steht.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel α' auf die beiden Basismaterialien (41, 61) der Kontaktstücke (20, 50) ist.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, welches in Schaltern mit einer oder mehreren Schaltkammern, Schaltern mit einer oder mehreren Schaltwippen, Einfachschaltern, Wechsel- bzw. Zwischenstellungsschaltern oder Doppel- bzw. doppelpoligen Schaltern einsetzbar ist.
- Kontaktsystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kontaktsystem in einem Aufputzschalter oder in einem Unterputzschalter im Innenoder Außenbereich eines Gebäudes einsetzbar ist.
