Down-Draft-Systeme auf, bei denen der Wrasenabzug seitlich oder hinter dem Kochfeld angeordnet ist und im Nutzungszustand aus der Arbeitsplatte nach oben heraus gefahren ist. Das Anordnen dieser Systeme bedingt, dass seitlich und hinter dem Kochfeld ausreichend Raum für die Abzüge vorgehalten wird. Bei kleineren Küchen ist eine derartige Anordnung daher nur eingeschränkt möglich. Wenn nicht auf eine Dunstabzugshaube oberhalb des Kochfeldes ausgewichen wird, muss ein kleineres Kochfeld installiert werden. Dies ist vom Kunden oft nicht gewünscht. Zudem weist die Kochfeld-Einheit aber auch noch mindestens eine Einrichtung zur Zufuhr von Luft als Spülmedium auf. Bei Bedarf werden die einzelnen Kochstellen sogar durch abgedeckte Kanäle voneinander getrennt, die für den Fall der Nutzung geöffnet werden können. Gemäß eines Ausführungsbeispiels kann der Vorrichtung aus einem umlaufenden Kanal frische Luft zugeführt werden, die dann zentral über einen Kanal gemeinsam mit den Kochdünsten abgesaugt wird. Nachteilig ist, dass mit erhöhtem Aufwand eine Zufuhr von Frischluft gewährleistet werden muss. Um die Filterfläche zu vergrößern und gleichzeitig einen Spalt zu vermeiden, kann es aber auch vorgesehen sein, dass das Filterelement im Rahmen entlang einer Längsseite parallel zum Kochfeld gelagert ist und mit der anderen Längsseite entweder auf Grund einer Vorspannung oder durch eine Führung in Schienen einen Abschluss mit dem Kochfeld bildet. Der Reinigungserfolg des Filterelements wird dadurch erhöht. Um einem geringeren Raumbedarf gerecht zu werden, kann es auch vorgesehen sein, dass das Filterelement im Ruhezustand weitestgehend senkrecht zum Kochfeld in einer Filterelementaufnahme platziert ist und nach dem Einschalten des Wrasenabzugs bzw. nach dem Verfahren des Rahmens in den Betriebszustand automatisch in eine Betriebsposition geklappt wird, die ein optimales Reinigen der Kochdünste gewährleistet.In a further particularly preferred embodiment of the cooking device according to the invention, the filter element can be moved from a rest position into a working position when the frame is moved from the rest state into the operating state. Claims (8)

  1. Cooking device (1), comprising a hob (2), an extractor hood having a fan device that is arranged below the hob (2) when the cooking device (1) is in the installed position, and a frame (3) that encompasses the hob (2), the cooking device (1) being arranged substantially in one plane with a worktop, characterised in that the frame (3) is arranged, at least in portions, so as to be vertically movable relative to the hob (2) and is located, in a rest state, in one plane with the hob (2) and is raised at least in portions with respect to the hob (2) in an operating state, in particular of the extractor hood, and, in the operating state, exposes at least one suction opening (4) of the extractor hood.

  3. Cooking device (1) according to either of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one filter element (5) is arranged in the suction opening (4).

  5. Cooking device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame (3) is vertically displaceable by no more than the height of the cooking device (1), preferably by no more than the height of the hob (2).
  6. Cooking device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame (3) can be displaced manually.
  7. Cooking device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame (3) can be displaced by a motor.
  8. Cooking device (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that the frame (3) is automatically displaced from the rest state into the operating state when the hob (2) and/or the extractor hood is switched on.
