  • the fixing members (540) may consist of a plurality of the same for the stable fixing of the first housing (110) and the second housing (210), and the shape of fixing member and the clamping method could be variously selected.
  • the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus (100) and the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus (200) are fixed on the first bracket (510) and the second bracket (520) of the plate (500), respectively, forming the integral structure wherein the second exhaust gas treatment apparatus (200) is positioned at the upper side of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus (100) and has the slanted configuration towards the engine (400).
  • the plate (500) is interconnected with the top surface of the cowl frame (600) which is fixed perpendicularly to the one side of the upper frame (700) while the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus (100) is connected to the exhaust pipe (410) of the engine (400).
  • the installation of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus can be made simple and due to the enough room along the length direction of the engine (400), the installation efficiency can be increased allowing the inspection or replacement of the diesel particulate filter (114) to be done readily without the interference with the surrounding devices.

  • the exhaust gas is delivered to the exhaust pipe (410) and passes through the diesel oxidation catalyst device (113) of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus (100) where the hydrocarbon and the carbon monoxide are reduced by the oxidation catalysis while the particulate matters are filtered by the diesel particulate filter (114) of the first exhaust gas treatment apparatus (100) and burnt off periodically leaving the ash to be cleaned.
  • the exhaust gas passing through the diesel particulate filter (114) is delivered to the mixing pipe (300) where the urea water is injected, and the nitrogen oxide is converted into the nitrogen and water in the second exhaust treatment apparatus (200) connected to the mixing pipe (300).
  • the construction vehicle according to the present invention is provided with the efficient configuration of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus installed in the one side of the diesel engine, which can reduce the width in the axial direction of the engine, thereby not only improving the installation workability of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus, but allowing the efficient inspection and maintenance of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus.
