Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for mounting a wall formwork and a system produced by the method.
  • An anchor system in the context of the present invention is used in formwork technology in the concreting of reinforced concrete structures in order to mount wall formworks.
  • a wall formwork includes a formwork on the front and on the back of the formwork supporting elements such as side members, crossbar and frame. In the erected condition of a wall formwork, a side member extending in the vertical direction and a cross bar in the horizontal direction.
  • the two sides of a wall to be concreted are bounded by wall formwork.
  • the front of each wall formwork then adjoins the concrete with its formwork.
  • Opposing wall formworks are usually held by a plurality of anchor systems.
  • the anchor rods are inserted through openings in the wall formworks and attached at their ends to the respective formwork skin supporting elements by means of locking devices so that at least the force acting on the anchor rods during concreting tensile force is absorbed.
  • These openings passing through the wall formwork are also called anchor rod bores.
  • An adjustment formwork is a wall formwork, which is set up first. Following this, the closing formwork opposite the formwork is set up. Adjusting formwork and closing formwork are connected to one another during assembly by one or more anchor systems. Concrete is poured into the space between the shuttering and shuttering. By curing the concrete creates a wall.
  • an anchor rod on a thread on which nuts are screwed as Ankerfix micha.
  • the middle region of such an anchor rod, to which concrete can adjoin during concreting advantageously either has a smooth surface or is at least during the Concreting enveloped by a sleeve with a smooth surface. Otherwise, a thread of an anchor rod would be embedded in concrete. The anchor rod can then no longer be easily pulled out of the hardened concrete.
  • the maximum effective length of the anchor rod and thus the thickness (thickness) of the wall to be concreted is therefore regularly determined by the length of the central anchor rod region with a smooth surface.
  • the pressure exerted on the formwork by the liquid concrete during concreting is dissipated via the nuts on the tie rods.
  • the tie rods are loaded on train.
  • Spacers may be placed between the shell skins in the volume of the wall to be concreted, which can absorb the compressive forces created during concreting, thereby ensuring that these compressive forces do not undesirably affect the wall thickness, i. Reduce.
  • the locking devices can be attached to the wall formwork, so that they are able to absorb pressure forces.
  • the anchor rod is released from a locking device and pulled out of the concrete wall. If necessary, the upper side of a closing formwork is previously hung, for example, on a hook of a crane, so that it does not fall over once all tie rods have been pulled out. For example, with the help of the crane, the wall formworks are finally suitably displaced to produce a next wall or a next wall section. If the wall formwork has been moved, then the anchor systems are mounted or attached to the wall formwork again.
  • WO 2008/089737 A1 is an anchor system with two locking devices and an anchor rod for a wall formwork with a first and a second formwork element known.
  • the anchor rod has at its two ends in each case a thread, which are screwed into the screw nut elements of the locking devices.
  • Each locking device comprises a dome plate, which is fastened by means of fastening means to a rear side of a wall formwork.
  • the anchor system can therefore absorb both tensile and compressive forces of a wall formwork.
  • the publication DE 10 2010 002 108 A1 discloses a system having a first and a second formwork element and an anchor system.
  • the anchor system comprises an anchor rod and two locking devices.
  • the two formwork elements are placed opposite each other.
  • An anchor rod with split pin holes at one end and threads at both ends is pushed through anchor rod bores of the two wall formworks.
  • the end without pinholes is connected to a locking device at a predetermined position by a stop by screwing.
  • the end of the anchor rod with the grid is connected to the locking device provided here so that this connection is aligned with the selected grid. Kalottenplatten the two locking devices are attached to the back of each adjacent formwork element by a fastening means.
  • the publication US 2,048,151 discloses a system with opposing shuttering elements supported by armature systems with anchors and two locking devices.
  • the length of the tie rods can be adjusted. To do this, there is a section with a rod pushed into a tube. A selected position can be fixed with grooves and a rod.
  • the anchor rod of an anchor system at the end which is not pulled out by wall formwork for disassembly or vice versa for mounting in anchor rod holes is inserted, a grid for the production of different thickness walls.
  • a grid for the production of different thickness walls.
  • anchor rod first pushed through anchor rod holes of closing and setting formwork and the pushed-through end connected to a locking device and screwed.
  • This locking device is fixedly mounted on the back of the corresponding wall formwork, so for example screwed to a side rail of this wall formwork.
  • this wall formwork is a setting formwork, so as to be able to assemble particularly quickly.
  • the anchor rod is connected at a predetermined position with the locking device, such as bolted. To locate the given position quickly and easily, there is a stop. If the pushed-through end of the anchor rod reaches the stop, the predetermined position has been reached. The stop prevents further screwing in. The anchor rod is thus screwed in the maximum possible way in the thread of the locking device.
  • the not inserted end of the anchor rod is connected to the locking device provided here on the opposite side so that this connection is aligned with the selected grid. It is so particularly quickly and easily set the desired distance between the two formwork.

  • the bore is arranged and arranged so that the anchor rod 4 in the erected state shown the setting formwork 40 is substantially perpendicular when the tie rod 4 as in the FIG. 6 has been inserted into the hole and the locking device 41 is attached to the back of the shuttering 40.
  • the bore is also such that the end 48 of the anchor rod 4, which has been inserted through the bore, for example, in the context of disassembly, on a cross bar 49 of the wall formwork 40 touches.
  • the end 48, which has been inserted, is not opposite the back of the wall formwork 40 as shown.
  • the bore is such that the anchor rod 4 forms an acute angle with the back of the wall formwork 40 as shown when the tie rod 4 has been attached to the locking device 41.
  • the part of the anchor system, which must be detected for pulling out the pull-out part 4, 27 of the anchor system, is then particularly easy to reach.
  • FIG. 7 shows a particularly preferred embodiment of another stop 28.
  • the further stop 28 which in the FIG. 4 is shown points this a recess or passage with a region 29.
  • the region 30 can be hooked into a groove 21 of an anchor rod such that the further stop 28 can no longer be displaced along the anchor rod ,
  • the diameter of the region 30 is selected so that the anchor rod can be inserted therethrough.
  • adjusting nut 13 moves in the direction of the further stop 28, so finally reaches the part of the adjusting nut 13 which protrudes from the flange 26, into the recess 60 into it.
  • the recess 60 adjoins the two recesses or passages 29 and 30 in such a way that the further stop 28 can not be released from the anchor rod when the aforementioned part of the adjusting nut 13 has been screwed into the recess 60.
  • the further stop 28 is then fixed by positive locking.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates that the passage 29 with the larger diameter adjacent to the edge of the recess 60.
  • the passage 30 with the smaller diameter is not adjacent to the edge of the recess 60. This allows the desired fixation.
  • the passage 29 with the larger diameter approaches closer to the edge of the recess 60 than the passage 30 with the smaller diameter in order to enable the positive fixing in a technically simple manner.
  • the region of the adjusting nut 13, which protrudes from the flange 26, is preferably designed as a polygon. If the adjusting nut has been moved into the recess 60 in a maximally possible manner, a region designed as a polygonal stop preferably remains between the stop 28 and the lock nut 14, which can be reached by a tool in order to be able to screw the adjusting nut 13 with the aid of tools.
