- Method for assembling a system comprising a first and a second wall formwork (1, 2, 3, 40) and an anchor system, comprising the steps:the two wall formworks (1, 2, 3, 40) are set up opposite one another,an anchor rod (4) having a grid spacing (21) at a first end and a thread at the other second end is pushed through anchor rod bores of the two wall formworks (1, 2, 3, 40) in such a way that the first end of the anchor rod (4) not pushed through the anchor rod bores has the grid spacing (21),the second end with the thread (48) of the anchor rod (4) pushed through the anchor rod bores is connected by screwing, at a position predetermined by a stop, to a locking device (41), which is present on the rear side of the second wall formwork (40) and is fixedly mounted, namely fixed on the rear side to a supporting element (43) of said second wall formwork (40) with a fastening device (44), the predetermined position of the anchor rod (4) being reached when the second end of the anchor rod (4) pushed through reaches the stop, this stop preventing the anchor rod (4) from being screwed in further,the first end with the grid spacing (21) of the anchor rod (4), which is not pushed through the anchor rod bores, is connected to a locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) provided here in such a way that this connection is aligned with the selected grid spacing (21),the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) aligned with the grid spacing is connected to the adjacent first wall formwork (1, 2, 3), namely fixed to a supporting element (1) of the first wall formwork (1, 2, 3) by means of a fastening device,whereina part of the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) aligned with the grid spacing is connected to the anchor rod (4) when the anchor rod (4) is pushed through the anchor rod bores and said part comprises a control element (13),wherein the control element (13) is part of the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) aligned with the grid spacing (21), the control element (13) being positioned in accordance with the grid spacing by a further stop (28), the control element (13) being a sleeve through which the anchor rod (4) is inserted,characterized in thatthe grid spacing (21) is formed by a plurality of grooves,wherein a wall region of the further stop (28) extends into a corresponding groove (21) and the further stop (28) is held in its intended position such that it serves as a stop for the control element (13).
- Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the further stop (28) has an opening with a region which permits displacement along the anchor rod (4) until a desired grid spacing position is reached.
- Method according to one of the two preceding claims, characterized in that the further stop (28) has a region which is tapered towards one end so as to be able to hang the further stop (28) stably into a groove (21) of the grid spacing.
- Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the control element (13) is indirectly connected to the rear side of the adjacent first wall formwork (1, 2, 3).
- Method according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) comprising the control element (13) comprises a flat underside which, in the assembled state, rests flat against a supporting element (1, 2) of the first wall formwork (1, 2, 3).
- System, manufactured by a process having the features of claim 1, comprising a first and a second wall formwork (1, 2, 3, 40) and an anchor system,
the two wall formworks (1, 2, 3, 40) are set up opposite each other,
an anchor rod (4) with grid spacing (21) at a first end and with a thread at the other second end is pushed through anchor rod bores of the two wall formworks (1, 2, 3, 40),
the second end with the thread (48) of the anchor rod (4) pushed through the anchor rod bores is connected by screwing to a locking device (41) at a position predetermined by a stop, the locking device (41) being present and fixedly mounted on the rear side of the second wall formwork (40), namely fixed on the rear side to a supporting element (43) of this second wall formwork (40) with a fastening device (44),
the predetermined position of the anchor rod (4) being reached when the second end of the anchor rod (4) pushed through reaches the stop, this stop preventing the anchor rod (4) from being screwed in further,
the first end with the grid spacing (21) of the anchor rod (4), which is not pushed through the anchor rod bores, is connected to a locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) provided here in such a way that this connection is aligned with the selected grid spacing (21),
the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) aligned with the grid spacing (21) is connected to the adjacent first wall formwork (1, 2, 3), namely fixed to a supporting element (1) of the first wall formwork (1, 2, 3) by means of a fastening device,
wherein a part of the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) aligned with the grid spacing (21) can be connected to the anchor rod (4) when the anchor rod (4) is pushed through the anchor rod bores and said part comprises a control element (13),
the control element (13) being a part of the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) which is aligned with the grid spacing (21),
wherein the control element (13) is positioned by a further stop (28) according to grid spacing,
wherein the control element (13) is a sleeve through which the anchor rod (4) is inserted,
characterized in that
the grid spacing (21) is formed by a plurality of grooves,
wherein a wall region of the further stop (28) extends into a corresponding groove (21),
the further stop (28) being held in its intended position such that it serves as a stop for the control element (13). - System according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the further stop (28) has an opening with a region which permits displacement along the anchor rod (4) until a desired grid spacing position is reached.
- System according to one of the two preceding claims, characterized in that the further stop (28) has a region which is tapered towards one end so as to be able to hang the further stop (28) stably into a groove (21) of the grid spacing.
- System according to one of the three preceding claims, characterized in that the locking device (5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15) comprising the control element (13) comprises a flat underside which, in the assembled state, can rest flat against a supporting element (1, 2) of the first wall formwork (1, 2, 3).
