Claims (8)
- Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables conçu pour verser un produit par renversement du récipient et exercice d'une pression sur celui-ci s'il est fabriqué dans un plastique flexible, ou sur le bouchon lui-même, ledit bouchon étant composé d'un couvercle supérieur (2) et d'une base inférieure (3) destinés à être fixés au col (4) du récipient ; la base inférieure (3) est formée d'un obturateur (6) logé dans un trou de passage complémentaire (7) prévu à cet effet ; le couvercle supérieur (2) comprend un canal d'évacuation du liquide en forme de goulotte (5) située sur l'obturateur (6), et une plate-forme inférieure (8) située dans la partie inférieure de la goulotte et fixée aux parois de la goulotte sur toute sa longueur à l'exception d'une ouverture latérale (9) rendant possible le passage du liquide ; l'obturateur, en position de repos, reste immobile, fixé sous la plate-forme inférieure (8) de la goulotte (5), avec laquelle il est en contact, et une zone du trou de passage (7) sur laquelle il s'appuie ;
ledit bouchon se caractérise par le fait que le couvercle supérieur (2) et la base inférieure (3) sont deux parties faites d'un matériau plastique flexible unies l'une à l'autre ; et
la plate-forme inférieure (8) est située à une très courte distance au-dessus du bord supérieur du trou de passage (7) de sorte qu'en cas de tentative d'introduction de liquide à travers la goulotte pour remplir le récipient, elle appuie sur une base supérieure (13) de l'obturateur, ce qui entraîne la fermeture de la zone du trou de passage où loge l'obturateur, tandis que ladite plate-forme inférieure ferme le bord du trou de passage. - Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables, conformément à la revendication 1, se caractérisant par le fait que l'obturateur (6) contient des éléments flexibles (12) auxquels est unie une base supérieure (13), rendant l'obturateur partiellement flexible,
lesdits éléments flexibles étant configurés de telle sorte que la base supérieure (13) de l'obturateur reste en contact avec la plate-forme inférieure (8) de la goulotte lorsque le bouchon est monté, et permettant un passage intermédiaire (14) dont la taille diminue et augmente en fonction des positions de fonctionnement du récipient et du flux du liquide. - Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables, conformément à la revendication 2, se caractérisant par le fait que l'obturateur (6) présente une forme de clou et est composé d'une tige inférieure (10) et d'une tête (11) plus large comportant les éléments flexibles (12), et par le fait que la configuration du trou de passage (7) est complémentaire à celle de l'obturateur (6), comportant un orifice (17) destiné à recevoir la tête (11) de l'obturateur (6).
- Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables, conformément à la revendication 3, se caractérisant par le fait que la partie inférieure de la tige (10) de l'obturateur (6) comporte un déflecteur périmétral (15).
- Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables, conformément aux revendications 1-4, se caractérisant par le fait que la partie formant la base inférieure (3) du bouchon comporte un fond (3a) incliné, au sommet duquel où se trouve le trou de passage (7) où loge l'obturateur (6).
- Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables, conformément aux revendications 1-5, se caractérisant par le fait que la base supérieure (2) contient sur le côté intérieur de sa paroi supérieure (2a) des goupilles (18) qui dépassent à des points correspondants avec des bosses perforées (19) conçues de façon complémentaire en haut du fond (3a) de la base inférieure, afin d'assurer l'union des deux parties par imbrication des goupilles (18) dans ces bosses perforées (19).
- Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables, conformément aux revendications 1-6, se caractérisant par le fait que la base inférieure (3) présente une paroi périmétrale (3b) fixée de façon interne à la paroi latérale (2b) du couvercle supérieur (2), les deux parties comportant deux jupes (3c, 2c), destinées à être fixées dans une fente (4a) sur le bord du récipient (4).
- Bouchon pour récipients non remplissables, conformément à la revendication 7, se caractérisant par le fait que la hauteur de la paroi périmétrale (3b) de la base inférieure (3) et de la paroi latérale (2b) du couvercle supérieur (2) est suffisante pour permettre l'exercice d'une pression sur le bouchon pour remplir sa fonctionnalité de versement du liquide.
