Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de transport (25) pouvant être fixé à un véhicule de levage, avec un dispositif de fixation (1), avec un dispositif de dents de fourche (2) comprenant au moins une dent de fourche (3), en particulier une paire de dents de fourche (3), avec au moins un dispositif de transport (26) avec un entraînement à chaîne disposé comme une chaîne d'entraînement (24), pour l'entraînement d'un mouvement latéral du dispositif de fixation (1), et avec un dispositif de transport longitudinal (4) disposé pour le transport longitudinal de marchandises le long de la au moins une dent de fourche (3), le dispositif de transport longitudinal (4) comprenant une chaîne de transport (6), le dispositif de transport (26) présentant au moins un dispositif de tension (5) pour la chaîne d'entraînement (24), en particulier pour un dispositif de rouleau de déviation (27), le dispositif de tension (5) comprenant au moins un piston moteur (7), à savoir un piston hydraulique (8), au moyen duquel le dispositif de tension (5) doit être maintenu à une tension prédéterminée, soit le piston moteur (7) étant un cylindre plongeur (9) dans lequel la tension du dispositif de transport (26) doit être maintenue sur le dispositif de tension (5) par la force de compression du cylindre plongeur (9), ou le piston moteur (7) est un cylindre différentiel (10), dans lequel la tension du dispositif de transport (26) doit être maintenue sur le dispositif de tension (5) par la force de traction du cylindre différentiel (10).
  2. Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (26) comporte deux dispositifs de tension (5), notamment le dispositif (23) pour entraîner un mouvement latéral du dispositif d'attache (1), deux chaînes d'entraînement (24), notamment disposées pour circuler en sens inverse.
  3. Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le piston hydraulique est alimenté en huile par un moteur à huile (11) qui est associé au dispositif de transport (26), en particulier au dispositif de serrage (5).
  4. Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pression générée dans le piston moteur (7) est maintenue par un dispositif de maintien de pression (12), notamment un clapet anti-retour (13).
  5. Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une soupape de précontrainte (14) est prévue en amont d'au moins un piston moteur, en particulier la soupape de précontrainte (14) est prévue en combinaison avec un clapet anti-retour (13).
  6. Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une soupape de surpression, par laquelle de l'huile peut s'échapper du piston moteur (7), notamment en cas de moyenne.
  7. Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif tendeur (5) comprend deux pistons moteurs (7), notamment hydrauliques.
  8. Procédé d'actionnement d'un dispositif de transport (25) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, qui doit être fixé à un véhicule de levage, avec un dispositif de fixation (1 ), avec au moins un dispositif de transport (26) à dents de fourche (3) avec un entraînement par courroie et/ou un entraînement par chaine, avec un dispositif de tension (5), dans lequel le dispositif de transport (26) est sollicité au moyen d'un piston moteur (7), à savoir un cylindre plongeur (9) et/ou un cylindre différentiel (10), avec une force de tension, en particulier une force de compression et/ou une force de traction, qui est établie proportionnellement à la tension de transport du dispositif de transport (26), avec une chaîne d'entraînement.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la pression générée au niveau du piston moteur est maintenue par un dispositif de maintien de pression (12), en particulier un clapet anti-retour (13).
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (26) est raccourci d'une longueur prédéterminée adaptée après un allongement longitudinal prédéterminé, notamment du fait de l'utilisation du dispositif de transport (26).
