A single-acting cylinder, such as a plunger cylinder 9, has only one piston side to which hydraulic fluid is applied. Work can only be carried out in one direction, with the return movement being carried out by an external force, e.g. a spring. A plunger cylinder 9 still has no actual piston, but the piston rod serves as a piston. A feed opening 15 is exemplified Oil is pumped from the oil motor 11 into the hydraulic piston. Hierbei kann ein Durchlaufen eines Rückschlagventils 13 im Sinne einer Druckhaltevorrichtung 12 vorgesehen sein, damit der aufgebaute Druck gesichert werden kann. Zudem kann noch ein Vorspannventil 14 vorgesehen sein, das einen Öldurchfluss erst bei Erreichen eines Minimaldrucks sicherstellt. Der Ölzufluss zum Ölmotor 11, der beispielhaft an einem hubfahrzeugseitigen Ende 18 der Gabelzinke 3 angeordnet ist, erfolgt beispielhaft über eine Ölleitung 17. Eine oder beide Antriebsketten 24 werden mittels einer Spanneinrichtung 5 umfassend insbesondere eine Umlenkrolleneinrichtung 27 bei einer vorbestimmten Spannung gehalten, so dass ein sicheres und zuverlässiges Verfahren gegeben ist. Claims (10)

  1. Carrier device (25), which can be attached to a lifting vehicle, with an attachment device (1), with a fork- toe device (2) comprising at least one fork (3), in particular a pair of forks (3), with at least one transport device (26) with a chain drive arranged as a drive chain (24), for driving a lateral movement of the attachment device (1), and with a longitudinal transport device (4) arranged for longitudinal transport of goods along the at least one fork (3), wherein the longitudinal transport device (4) comprises a transport chain (6), wherein the transport device (26) has at least one tensioning device (5) for the drive chain (24), in particular for a deflection roller device (27), the tensioning device (5) comprising at least one power piston (7), namely a hydraulic piston (8), by means of which the tensioning device (5) is to be maintained at a predetermined tension, wherein either the power piston (7) is a plunger cylinder (9) wherein the tension of the transport device (26) is to be maintained on the tensioning device (5) by compressive force of the plunger cylinder (9), or the power piston (7) is a differential cylinder (10), wherein the tension of the transport device (26) is to be maintained on the tensioning device (5) by tensile force of the differential cylinder (10).
  2. Carrier device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transport device (26) has two clamping devices (5), in particular the device (23) for driving for a lateral movement of the attachment device (1), two drive chains (24), in particular arranged to run in opposite directions.
  3. Carrier device according to one of the claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the hydraulic piston is supplied with oil by an oil motor (11) which is associated with the transport device (26), in particular the clamping device (5).
  4. Carrier device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the pressure generated in the power piston (7) is held by a pressure holding device (12), in particular a check valve (13).
  5. Carrier device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a preloading valve (14) is provided upstream of at least one force piston, in particular the preloading valve (14) is provided in combination with a check valve (13).
  6. Carrier device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a pressure relief valve is provided, via which oil can escape from the power piston (7), in particular in the event of an average.
  7. Carrier device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the tensioning device (5) comprises two power pistons (7), in particular hydraulic pistons.
  8. Method for actuating a carrier device (25) according to one of claims 1 to 7, which is to be attached to a lifting vehicle, with an attachment device (1), with at least one fork (3) transport device (26) with a belt drive and/or a chain drive, with a tensioning device (5), wherein the transport device (26) is acted upon by means of a power piston (7), namely a plunger cylinder (9) and/or a differential cylinder (10), with a tensioning force, in particular a compressive force and/or a tensile force, which is set up proportionally to the transport tension of the transport device (26), with a drive chain.
  9. Method according to claim 8, characterized in that the pressure generated at the power piston is held by a pressure holding device (12), in particular a check valve (13).
  10. Method according to any of the claims 8 to 9, characterized in that the transport device (26) is shortened by an adapted predetermined length after a predetermined longitudinal elongation, in particular due to the use of the transport device (26).
