  • the felt system or capillary system for bringing the fluid is schematically illustrated in FIG. figure 19 the reservoir 204 of fluid partially receives a felt 206 (or a porous wick) against which is provided at least one vent 209. The fluid is transported via the felt by capillarity out of the reservoir.
  • the felt 206 and the heater 207 are relatively movable. When closing the clamp (for example but not necessarily), the out-of-tank portion of the felt 206 and the heater 207 are brought into contact at the vaporization chamber 201 and the fluid in the felt is evaporated and then exits of the device.
