Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de spectrométrie de masse, utilisant un dispositif de spectrométrie de masse (10) comprenant une plate-forme d'échantillons (11) sur laquelle sont disposés un premier échantillon (13) et un échantillon de correction de position (20), une source de faisceau ionique (12) configurée pour irradier un faisceau ionique vers un échantillon sur la plateforme d'échantillons (11) en appliquant une tension à une électrode de déviation (12a) de la source de faisceau ionique (12), une source de lumière laser (14) configurée pour irradier une lumière laser vers une région au-dessus de la plate-forme d'échantillons (11), et une unité de spectrométrie de masse (16) configurée pour analyser des particules ionisées,
    caractérisé en ce que l'échantillon de correction de position (20) a un corps empilé (LB1), le corps empilé (LB1) comprenant :
    une première couche (201) comprenant un premier matériau ;
    une deuxième couche (202) prévue sur la première couche (201), la deuxième couche (202) comprenant un deuxième matériau ; et
    une troisième couche (203) prévue sur la deuxième couche (202), la troisième couche (203) comprenant un troisième matériau,
    le premier matériau, le deuxième matériau et le troisième matériau étant différents les uns des autres,
    le corps empilé (LB1) ayant un premier évidement (R1) atteignant la première couche (201) à partir de la troisième couche (203), le corps empilé ayant une première surface (S1), la première surface (S1) comprenant une partie exposée via le premier évidement (R1) de la première couche (201), une partie exposée via le premier évidement de la deuxième couche (202), et une partie exposée via le premier évidement de la troisième couche (203), dans lequel un angle entre la première surface (S1) et une surface supérieure (TS1) de la troisième couche (203) est un angle obtus,
    le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    irradier le faisceau ionique sur le premier échantillon (13) et utiliser une lumière laser pour ioniser des premières particules naissant dans le premier échantillon (13) ;
    effectuer une spectrométrie de masse des premières particules ionisées ;
    régler la tension de l'électrode de déviation (12a) à une valeur de tension déterminée pour irradier le faisceau ionique sur la partie de la première surface (S1) où la deuxième couche (202) est exposée, et irradier le faisceau ionique sur une partie de la première surface (S1) de l'échantillon de correction de position (20) tandis que la tension de l'électrode de déviation (12a) est réglée à la valeur de tension déterminée ;
    utiliser une lumière laser pour ioniser des secondes particules naissant dans la partie irradiée de la première surface (S1) de l'échantillon de correction de position (20) ; et
    effectuer une spectrométrie de masse des deuxièmes particules ionisées, et corriger une position d'irradiation du faisceau ionique par rapport au premier échantillon (13) sur la base d'un résultat de spectrométrie de masse des secondes particules en détectant si un matériau inclus dans une couche autre que la deuxième couche (202) est détectée par l'unité de spectrométrie de masse (16).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une spectrométrie de masse des premières particules ionisées est à nouveau effectuée après la correction de la position d'irradiation du faisceau ionique par rapport à la plate-forme d'échantillons (11).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel l'énergie du faisceau ionique irradié sur la cible de correction de position (20) est inférieure à l'énergie du faisceau ionique irradié sur le premier échantillon (13).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le troisième matériau est un conducteur et la troisième couche (203) est conductrice.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les énergies d'ionisation respectives du premier matériau, du deuxième matériau et du troisième matériau sont chacune supérieure ou égale à un multiple entier de h/(λ-Δλ), et inférieure ou égale à égal à un multiple entier de h/(λ+Δλ), où h est la constante de Planck, λ est la longueur d'onde de la lumière laser irradiée par la source de lumière laser (14) et Δλ est la largeur à la moitié maximale de la distribution de longueur d'onde de la lumière laser irradiée à partir de la source de lumière laser (14).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un diamètre du faisceau ionique irradié sur l'échantillon de correction de position (20) est inférieur à d/sin(180-θ), où d est l'épaisseur de la deuxième couche (202) et θ est l'angle entre la première surface (S1) et la surface supérieure (TS1) de la troisième couche (203).
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier matériau, le deuxième matériau et le troisième matériau comprennent un composé commun, et la composition du composé commun varie continuellement du premier matériau au troisième matériau.
