Claims (3)
- Zweistufige Kompressionskälteanlage (1) mit einem Kältemittelkreislauf (10), die Folgendes umfasst:einen zweistufigen Kompressor (2), der einen Niederdruckkompressor (21) in einem unteren Abschnitt, einen Hochdruckkompressor (22) in einem oberen Abschnitt und einen Elektromotor (23) in einem Zwischenabschnitt in einem geschlossenen Gehäuse (20) aufweist, wobei der zweistufige Kompressor (2) so konfiguriert ist, dass er ein vom Niederdruckkompressor (21) verdichtetes Mitteldruckkältemittel in das geschlossene Gehäuse (20) entlädt und das Mitteldruckkältemittel durch den Hochdruckkompressor (22) ansaugt und verdichtet und dann das resultierende Kältemittel entlädt;eine Ölabscheidevorrichtung (3), die an einer Ablaufleitung vom zweistufigen Kompressor (2) vorhanden und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie das in verdichtetem Kältemittelgas enthaltene Öl abscheidet;eine Ölrücklaufleitung (13), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie das durch die Ölabscheidevorrichtung (3) abgeschiedene Öl unter einem Zwischendruck in das geschlossene Gehäuse (20) zurückführt;einen Gaskühler (4), der so konfiguriert ist, dass er das Kältemittelgas kühlt, nachdem das Öl durch die Ölabscheidevorrichtung (3) abgeschieden wurde,eine Gas-Flüssigkeits-Abscheidevorrichtung (6), die so konfiguriert ist, dass das durch den Gaskühler (4) gekühlte Kältemittel in Gas und Flüssigkeit abgeschieden wird, oder einen internen Wärmetauscher, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er das durch den Gaskühler (4) gekühlte Kältemittel teilweise spaltet, um mit dem gespalteten Kältemittel ein durch den Kältemittelkreislauf (10) strömendes Kältemittel zu unterkühlen, undeine Gaseinspritzleitung (14), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie ein Mitteldruck-Kältemittelgas aus der Gas-Flüssigkeits-Abscheidevorrichtung (6) oder aus dem internen Wärmetauscher in das geschlossene Gehäuse (20) des zweistufigen Kompressors (2) einspritzt, wobei die Gas-Flüssigkeits-Abscheidevorrichtung (6) oder der interne Wärmetauscher einen Vorwärmer bildet, der stromabwärts vom Gaskühler (4) am Kühlmittelkreislauf (10) vorhanden ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ölrücklaufleitung (13) und die Gaseinspritzleitung (14) einzeln mit einem Raumabschnitt (20A) zwischen dem Niederdruckkompressor (21) und dem Elektromotor (23) im geschlossenen Gehäuse (20) in Verbindung stehen.
- Zweistufige Kompressionskälteanlage (1) nach Anspruch 1, die ferner eine Saugleitung (9B) umfasst, wobei die Ölrücklaufleitung (13) mit dem geschlossenen Gehäuse (20) in einer gegenüberliegenden Position in Verbindung steht, die einer Anschlussposition der Saugleitung (9B) mit dem Niederdruckkompressor (21) zugewandt ist, und die Gaseinspritzleitung (14) mit dem geschlossenen Gehäuse (20) in einer gegenüberliegenden Position in Verbindung steht, die einer Verbindungsposition der Ölrücklaufleitung (13) zugewandt ist.
- Zweistufige Kompressionskälteanlage nach Anspruch 1, die ferner eine Saugleitung (9B) und eine Entladungskammer (41) umfasst, oder nach Anspruch 2, die ferner eine Entladungskammer (41) umfasst, wobei der Niederdruckkompressor (21) des zweistufigen Kompressors (2) ein Rotationskompressor ist, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er ein Niederdruck-Kältemittelgas direkt durch die Saugleitung (9B) saugt und
ein verdichtetes Mitteldruck-Kältemittelgas in das geschlossene Gehäuse (20) entlädt, und der Hochdruckkompressor (22) ein Scroll-Verdichter ist, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er das Mitteldruck-Kältemittelgas in das geschlossene Gehäuse (20) ansaugt und verdichtet, ein Hochdruck-Kältemittelgas in die Entladungskammer (41) leitet und das Hochdruck-Kältemittelgas direkt aus dem Kompressor (2) entlädt.
