Claims (11)
- Dispositif (1) pour l'enduction de pièces (2), de préférence constituées au moins par sections en bois, en un matériau à base de bois, en plastique, en aluminium ou analogues, comprenant :un dispositif d'alimentation (10) pour fournir un matériau de revêtement (12),un dispositif de presse (20) pour presser le matériau de revêtement (12) sur une surface (2a) d'une pièce (2),un dispositif de transport (4) pour provoquer un déplacement relatif entre le dispositif de presse (20) et la pièce (2) respective, etau moins une source d'énergie (30) pour appliquer de l'énergie sur un agent adhésif ou un moyen apte à être adhésif (14), qui peut être prévu indépendant et/ou en tant que partie du matériau de revêtement (12) et/ou en tant que partie de la pièce (2), caractérisé en ce quel'au moins une source d'énergie (30) est une source de micro-ondes, etle dispositif de presse (20) est conçu de manière à appliquer le matériau de revêtement (12) sur une surface étroite de la pièce (2),dans lequel le dispositif présente en outre un dispositif de commande et des capteurs, qui surveillent le fonctionnement du dispositif d'enduction, dans lequel le dispositif de commande est conçu pour commander un fonctionnement de la source d'énergie (30) et est conçu pour exploiter des informations des capteurs, et le dispositif de commande est conçu en outre pour commander la source d'énergie (30) sur la base des informations des capteurs.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (10) contient un stock de matériau de revêtement (12), dont le matériau est choisi parmi le groupe consistant en du plastique, du placage, du papier, du carton, du métal et des combinaisons de ceux-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de revêtement (12) présente au moins par sections une couche (14) intégrale ou discrète qui dispose de propriétés adhésives lorsque de l'énergie lui est fournie.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente en outre au moins un dispositif administrant un agent adhésif (40, 42) qui est conçu pour appliquer, sur le matériau de revêtement (12) et/ou la pièce (2), un agent qui est déjà adhésif ou un moyen apte à être adhésif (14) avec l'application d'énergie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins deux dispositifs administrant un agent adhésif (40, 42) qui administrent des agents adhésifs (14) ou des moyens aptes à être adhésifs (14) différents l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une source d'énergie (30) est montée mobile, et ce de manière davantage préférée transversalement à la direction de déplacement relatif réalisé par le dispositif de transport (4) entre le dispositif de presse (20) et la pièce (2) respective.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transport (4) est conçu pour transporter les pièces (2) dans le sens de la sortie.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente en outre un dispositif de focalisation (32), qui est conçu pour diriger l'énergie administrée par la source d'énergie (30) en direction de zones choisies de l'agent adhésif (14) à activer ou à produire.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la source d'énergie (30) et/ou le dispositif de focalisation (32) sont conçus pour osciller.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la source d'énergie (30) et/ou le dispositif de focalisation (32) sont conçus pour osciller d'autant plus rapidement que le déplacement relatif par rapport à la pièce (2) est rapide.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des capteurs sont agencés au niveau de la zone de pression (22) et détectent en particulier la température du matériau de revêtement (12) appliqué.
