Claims (8)
- Procédé pour remplir et sceller par soudage des sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), procédé d'après lequel plusieurs sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) accueillis successivement par un plateau rotatif ou carrousel rotatif (2) sont remplis au moyen de plusieurs postes de remplissage (3) agencés sur le carrousel rotatif (2), et les sachets en film (9, 10) remplis sont ensuite amenés successivement, au moyen du carrousel rotatif (2), à passer au-devant d'un poste de scellage par soudage (4) associé au carrousel rotatif (2) et agencé de manière fixe au niveau du carrousel rotatif (2), en vue de sceller par soudage, les sachets en film (9, 10) remplis,
caractérisé en ce que le poste de scellage par soudage (4) comprend plusieurs dispositifs de soudage (17, 18), et lesdits plusieurs dispositifs de soudage (17, 18) sont agencés à des hauteurs différentes du poste de scellage par soudage (4). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- prélèvement (100) des sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) à l'aide de pinces (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) associées aux postes de remplissage (3), et ouverture (101) par rapprochement des pinces (11, 12, 13, 14, 15), des sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) ayant été prélevés, et- ensuite remplissage (102) des sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) au moyen des postes de remplissage (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- fermeture (103) des sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) ayant été remplis, par écartement des pinces (11, 12, 13, 14, 15), ce qui conduit à l'application réciproque respective des deux bords supérieurs des sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) remplis, et- ensuite, scellage par soudage (104) des bords supérieurs respectivement appliqués l'un contre l'autre, au moyen du poste de scellage par soudage (4) associé au carrousel rotatif (2).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de scellage par soudage pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un carrousel rotatif (2) sur lequel sont agencés plusieurs postes de remplissage (3) pour le remplissage de sachets en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), et un poste de scellage par soudage (4) associé au carrousel (2) et agencé de manière fixe au niveau du carrousel rotatif, en vue de sceller par soudage les sachets en film (9, 10) remplis, caractérisé en ce que le poste de scellage par soudage (4) comprend plusieurs dispositifs de soudage (17, 18), qui sont agencés à des hauteurs différentes du poste de scellage par soudage (4).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de scellage par soudage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le poste de scellage par soudage (4) comprend un ou plusieurs générateurs d'ultrasons.
- Dispositif de remplissage et de scellage par soudage selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, dans lequel chacun des plusieurs postes de remplissage (3) comprend une vanne de remplissage et une pince (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) pour prélever et ouvrir par rapprochement des pinces, un sachet en film (6, 7, 8, 9, 10).
- Dispositif de remplissage et de scellage par soudage selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la pince (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) est conçue pour, après un processus de remplissage, étirer par écartement des pinces, un sachet en film rempli (9, 10), en produisant ainsi l'application réciproque respective des deux bords supérieurs du sachet en film (9, 10) rempli.
- Dispositif de remplissage et de scellage par soudage selon l'une des revendication 4 à 7, dans lequel le poste de scellage par soudage (4) associé au carrousel (2), est conçu pour assurer le scellage par soudage de deux bords supérieurs d'un sachet en film rempli (9, 10).
