  12. Guide d'extraction selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de ressort (80) des dispositifs d'enclenchement est fixé sur le rail de glissement (2) et un élément de ressort (80) sur le rail de guidage (4).
  13. Guide d'extraction selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de ressort (80) sont décalés dans le sens de la longueur du rail de glissement (2) mais peuvent être enclenchés sensiblement en même temps.
  14. Four de cuisson avec un moufle de four de cuisson, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposé sur des côtés opposés du moufle de four au moins un guide d'extraction selon l'une des revendications précédentes, en particulier fixé à une grille latérale.
  15. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif d'enclenchement est disposé sur chaque côté intérieur par rapport à la position de montage des guides d'extraction (1).
