Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Bodenablaufrinne, insbesondere Duschrinne, mit einer länglichen Mulde, in deren Boden eine Ablauföffnung ausgebildet ist, und einer an der Ablauföffnung festlegbaren Ablaufgarnitur der oben genannten Art.Furthermore, the invention relates to a floor drainage channel, in particular shower channel, with an elongated trough, in the bottom of which an outlet opening is formed, and a drainage opening of the abovementioned type which can be fixed to the outlet opening.
The available installation space, in particular the available height for a waste fitting, which is arranged below a floor drainage channel (shower channel) is generally very limited. The required height is determined in particular by the required for a reliable odor trap sealing water level. The sealing water level should be such that the odor trap is effective even after a certain period of time, in which the sealing water level decreases without new water supply by evaporation. Furthermore, the space required for such a drain set, in particular the height, determined by the required drainage capacity to sufficiently fast and reliable drainage of the wet cell, e.g. to ensure a shower. In particular, in connection with high-performance shower systems floor-level shower channels is required a safe drainage performance.
Based on this, the present invention seeks to provide a drain fitting of the type mentioned above, which has a reliable odor trap, a high drainage capacity allows and can be realized in compact circumferential dimensions, so that in combination with the floor drainage trough overall results in a low overall height.
This object is achieved by a pop-up waste with the features specified in
The waste fitting according to the invention is characterized in that in the upper housing part a pocket-like recess is formed, which is arranged outside of the inlet opening surrounding the seal and the upper edge of the inlet opening projects beyond the bulge and an upper edge of the cup or cup-shaped container Overflow channel, part of which extends above the upper edge of the inlet opening, the cup-shaped or cup-shaped container having inside at least two horizontally spaced projections, and wherein the dip tube has on its outer side at least one projection which cooperates with the projections of the container, to lock the container against rotation and horizontal displacement.
The waste set according to the invention allows use of space directly under the flange, the gutter body of a floor drainage channel usually identifies. As a result, reduced circumferential dimensions for a generic waste set can be achieved while maintaining a reliable odor trap and a safe drainage performance, the required height for the system composed of gutter body and waste set is comparatively low.
In addition, the drain fitting according to the invention is characterized by a reliable locking of the cup or cup-shaped container in the housing cavity.
An advantageous embodiment of the drain assembly according to the invention provides that the cup or cup-shaped container after removal of the dip tube is rotatable in the housing and is locked in a predetermined position in relation to the upper-side bulge of the housing by means of the inserted into the inlet opening dip tube. With this configuration, the drainage performance of the drain set can be further optimized for compact or reduced housing dimensions. In addition, this can be safely prevented by reducing the drainage performance due to an unwanted displacement of the cup or cup-shaped container in the direction of the outlet opening.
A further advantageous embodiment of the drain fitting according to the invention is characterized in that the lower housing part has an annular wall portion which is rotatably and watertightly connected to an annular wall portion of the upper housing part. This embodiment allows the lower housing part to be rotated relative to the upper housing part about a vertical axis by up to 360 °. The outlet opening of the lower housing part, which is preferably formed in the form of a pipe socket formed on the lower housing part, can thus be aligned very easy to install with regard to a favorable or predetermined course of the sewage pipe. In practice, if necessary, usually a rotation of the lower housing part relative to the upper housing part by a maximum of 180 ° sufficient.
A further advantageous embodiment of the waste fitting according to the invention is characterized in that the cup-shaped or cup-shaped container on the bottom side has a wave-shaped projection which projects in the direction of dip tube and extending from an inner wall side of the container to an opposite inner wall side of the container. The wave-shaped projection has a favorable effect on the deflection of the running through the dip tube water and thus contributes to increasing the drainage performance of the drain set.
Furthermore, the problem underlying the invention is achieved by a floor drainage channel, in particular shower channel, with the features of
The floor drainage channel has an elongated trough, in the bottom of which a discharge opening is formed. At the drain opening is a pop-up with a fixable at the drain opening housing can be fixed, which is formed from a pot-like housing lower part and a lid-like housing upper part, wherein the upper housing part has an inlet opening and the lower housing part has an outlet opening, wherein the inlet opening is surrounded by an annular seal. In the housing, a smell trap is arranged, which has a separately manufactured cup or cup-shaped container and a projecting into the container dip tube, wherein the dip tube is removably held at the inlet opening of the housing. In the upper housing part, a pocket-like recess is formed, which is arranged outside of the seal surrounding the inlet opening and the upper edge of the inlet opening projects beyond the bulge and an upper edge of the cup or cup-shaped container defining an overflow channel, of which a part above the upper edge of the inlet opening extends. On the circumferential wall of the trough, a circumferential flange connects to the upper side, wherein the upper-side bulge of the upper housing part of the drain fitting is arranged in a space bounded by the wall of the trough and the flange space.
Preferably, the cup or cup-shaped container has an elongated, for example, substantially oval ground plan shape and is rotatably disposed or insertable in the housing or housing lower part of the drain assembly. By a corresponding rotation of the container (cup) or positioning thereof relative to the pocket-like bulge of the upper housing part, the bulge can be optimally used as an overflow space.
The cup or cup-shaped container is preferably made of rigid material, for example made of rigid plastic or metal.
An advantageous embodiment of the drain fitting of the floor drainage channel is characterized in that the cup-shaped or cup-shaped container is shaped such that it can be removed without destruction and removed again after removal of the dip tube via the inlet opening from the housing. The dip tube and the container can thus be removed for cleaning purposes. In particular, this design provides, after removal of the two odor trap components, free access to the outlet opening of the housing and the sewer line connected thereto.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the inlet opening of the drain fitting of the floor drainage channel is elongate, preferably formed as an elongated oval or oblong hole. As a result, a cup-shaped or cup-shaped container designed in accordance with the ground plan can be inserted into the housing via the inlet opening and thus increase the drainage capacity, in particular in the case of very narrow shower channels with a correspondingly elongated channel drain opening.
In this context, it is also advantageous if the cup or cup-shaped container according to a preferred embodiment has a substantially elongated round, preferably substantially oval ground plan shape. As a result, the volume of sealing water can be increased, thereby lengthening the time to a loss of the sealing water function caused by evaporation.
The length of the inlet opening or of the cup-shaped or cup-shaped container is for example at least twice the width of the inlet opening or of the container.
A further advantageous embodiment of the drain fitting of the floor drainage channel is characterized in that the bottom of the housing base has a substantially centrally disposed, wart or dome-shaped elevation projecting into the housing cavity, and that the bottom of the cup or cup-shaped container on the outside a recess or Denting has, in which the wart or dome-shaped elevation of the bottom of the housing base engages positively in the proper operating condition of the drain fitting. This configuration contributes with simple means for locking the container in the housing cavity.
In order to use a relatively large cup or cup-shaped container in the housing on the inlet opening of the lid-like housing upper part and to remove it from the same if necessary, and yet to ensure the odor trap function, provides a further embodiment of the drain assembly according to the invention that the dip tube on the top a funnel-shaped flange whose peripheral shape corresponds to the shape of the inlet opening of the lid-like housing upper part.
The vertical longitudinal central axis of the inlet opening and / or the dip tube inserted into the housing preferably runs parallel and spaced from the vertical axis of rotation of the housing base and / or the cup or cup-shaped container arranged in the housing. The distance of the axis of rotation from the vertical longitudinal center axis of the inlet opening is for example in the range of quarter to one third of the immersion tube inner diameter.
A further advantageous embodiment of the drain fitting of the floor drainage channel is characterized in that the lower housing part is frictionally connected with the upper housing part with the interposition of a sealing ring. This embodiment simplifies the manufacture and assembly of lower housing part and upper housing part. In particular, in this case, in the case in which the lower housing part is rotatable relative to the upper housing part, the liquid-tightness of the rotary joint is ensured.
With regard to a simple installation of the drain fitting of the floor drainage channel, it is advantageous if, according to a further embodiment, the housing upper part is provided on the outside with ear-shaped holders which have through holes for the passage of threaded bolts fastened or fastened to the drainage channel.
In order to fix the waste fitting on the floor drainage channel, fastening means in the form of threaded bolts or nuts may preferably be fastened to the underside of the groove base body, on opposite edge regions of the drainage opening.

The embodiment of the invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawing. Rather, numerous variants are conceivable, which make use of the invention specified in the appended claims, even with a different design. Thus, the pipe socket 3.17, for example, with height offset above the outer bottom surface (bottom) 3.18 of the housing base 3.1 may be arranged. Furthermore, the outlet opening 3.11 with the pipe socket 3.17 does not necessarily have to be arranged laterally on the housing lower part 3.1; it can also be formed in the bottom 3.15 of the housing base 3.1, wherein the pipe socket 3.17 then extends substantially vertically.
