Abstract

The invention relates to a transport container made of a trough-like lower part (1) which is open towards the top and an upper part (2) which is arranged on the lower part (1) and closes the open upper side of the lower part (1). The upper part (2) can be removed or pivoted in order to open the lower part (1), and the lower part (1) and the upper part (2) preferably consist of a dimensionally stable plastic material. The invention relates to a transport container for transport-sensitive goods with the features of the preamble of claim 1 and 8, 9 and / or 10.

The transport of transport-sensitive goods, in particular temperature-sensitive goods, has been an issue for decades. Thus, DE 695 12 750 T2 generally describes a wealth of container constructions made of polymer materials alone or in combination with cardboard or wooden boxes. A common embodiment of a cardboard box filled with foam particles surrounding a second cardboard box, which then contains the transport-sensitive material of interest, is also mentioned, as are plastic containers filled with open-cell or closed-cell plastic. Also on transport containers with evacuated walls is noted.

The prior art also mentions cooling units in the transport container which are filled with phase change material and capable of maintaining a predetermined target temperature for a long time. In the present case, the invention concerns the handling of a transport container of the kind in question. Such transport containers have been known per se for decades.

The transport container for canned blood container, which forms the starting point for the teaching of the present patent application, has been described in 1960 (DE 1 820 935 A). This transport container has a lower part and an upper part made of styrofoam or other isolierfähigem plastic. In the lower part, receiving chambers are provided for the blood bank bottles in view, while the upper part has formations which correspond to the bottle heads. The blood bottles are placed in the lower part. The teaching of the invention is based on the object of supplying one or more of the problems indicated above for a transport container of the type in question to a solution.

In a first variant, a first problem with a transport container having the features of the preamble of claim 1 is solved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.

Lower part and upper part of the transport container are provided at least on the longitudinal sides or longitudinal walls, preferably also on the floor and on the ceiling, with transverse, flat embedded Banderolenausnehmungen. Preferably, the band is obvious and reclosable. The banderole is therefore a reusable part.
