Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportbehälter gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a transport container according to the preamble of claim 1.

A transport container, for example, is made from the DE 10 2008 039 461 A1 known. Has a base and side walls extending from the base to the top of the container and surrounding the interior of the container. In the interior of the container there is a removable compartment that has interconnected partitions that extend from the bottom to the top of the container and delimit compartments that are used to hold objects and are open to the top of the container. The objects to be picked up can be placed into the compartments from the top of the container and are then separated from the objects in the other receiving compartments by the partitions so that they cannot touch each other. The compartment is provided with Velcro fasteners sewn onto the dividers, while the side walls and floor are provided with Velcro so that the compartment can be releasably attached to the floor and side walls. The Velcro is glued to the side walls or the floor, although the process of gluing is difficult and dependent on environmental influences. In addition, from the DE 20 2005 018 712 U1 a transport container of the type mentioned with a compartment is known, which is removably attached to rails attached to the inside of a side wall.

From the FR 2 303 722 A1 A transport container is known, the compartments of which are held in the interior of the container and are articulated to one another wall sections. From the DE 19 16 934 U a transport container of the type mentioned at the beginning is known in the form of a suitcase, which has a compartment made of a sheet of flexible material, which is attached to additional shafts or eyelets on the side walls using hairpin-shaped collar nails. Further transport containers with inserts for dividing the interior of the container are available from the US 2014/0124406 A1 , the WO 2015/107438 A1 and the DE 103 47 279 A1 known.

It is therefore the object of the invention to develop a transport container of the type mentioned in such a way that it is easier to handle.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a transport container with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

The invention is based on the idea of providing receiving grooves in the side walls that preferably run vertically in the direction of the floor and are open to the top of the container, into which fastening elements attached to the partition walls engage with their engagement parts, in particular in a form-fitting manner. The bottom and the side walls can be designed in one piece or in several pieces and made from different materials, for example from particle foam or hard plastic. The receiving channels are incorporated into the side walls in one piece during production and thus form cavities in the side walls that are open to the edge at least towards the top of the container, so that no additional counterparts to the fastening elements attached to the partition walls have to be attached to the side walls or to the bottom, which may possibly consist of one Different material than the side walls and the floor and therefore have to be attached with great effort. The fastening elements are expediently sewn onto the partition walls, which are made of a flexible and preferably foldable web material, in particular textile synthetic fiber material, textile natural fiber material, PVC, plastic film or tarpaulin material made of other components and are preferably sewn together to form the compartment.

The receiving channels are open towards the top of the container. The engagement parts can thus be inserted into the receiving channels from the top of the container. It is preferred that the receiving channels extend downwards starting from the top of the container. In order to be able to better attach the compartment to the side walls, each of the side walls advantageously has several receiving channels that are open at the edge. In addition, it is possible for an at least partially circumferential stacking edge to protrude from the side walls on the top of the container, which is complementary to a contour on the underside of the base facing away from the interior of the container. The receiving channels then expediently open into the top of the container on the side of the stack edge facing the interior of the container. In this way, several transport containers can be stacked on top of each other, with the container interior of a transport container being covered by the next upper transport container. The stacking edge prevents the upper transport container from slipping relative to the lower transport container. If the upper transport container covers the mouths of the receiving channels in the top of the container, the engagement parts accommodated in the receiving channels cannot slip out of them, so that the compartment is securely accommodated in the transport container. This also applies to stacking several transport containers that do not have a stacking edge. In addition, it can be provided that the stack edge protrudes a little way beyond the mouths of the receiving channels into the top of the container at a distance from the top of the container. This measure makes it more difficult for the engagement elements to be unintentionally pulled out of the mouths of the receiving channels, even if they are not covered by another transport container. According to an advantageous development, teeth arranged at a distance from one another and preferably between the mouths of the receiving channels in the top of the container protrude from the edge of the stack in the direction of the interior of the container, and the underside of the base has recesses that are complementary to the teeth. This measure effects The interlocking of teeth and recesses in stacked transport containers further improves the stability of a container stack by preventing the stacked transport containers from slipping not only from the surrounding edge of the stack, but also through the interlocking of the teeth and recesses. The teeth and the stack edge also stabilize each other by expediently being firmly and preferably connected to one another in one piece. The stacking edge also has a sealing effect and prevents liquid or dirt from penetrating from the side when several transport containers are stacked on top of each other. It can be provided with a circumferential chamfer, which forms a circumferential surface that rises from its outer surfaces towards the receiving space, so that it acts as a drip edge for liquid such as rainwater running off the outer surface of a container stack.

According to the invention it is provided that the receiving channels are open to the interior of the container. The engagement parts have a cross section that is larger than the width of the openings of the receiving channels to the interior of the container, so that the engaging parts cannot slip out of the receiving channels through the openings. It is possible for the engagement parts to be inserted into the receiving channels from above, since these are also open to the top of the container.

According to the invention it is provided that the engagement parts are elastically deformable to reduce their cross section. This enables the engagement parts to be pushed in from the interior of the container through the openings into the receiving troughs when the receiving troughs are open to the container interior. According to a preferred embodiment, the engagement parts then have an arrow-shaped cross section and their free edges rest against inner surfaces of the receiving troughs, which extend on both sides from the openings of the receiving troughs. The free edges then act like barbs, which counteract the pulling out of the engagement parts from the receiving channels through their openings.

The invention is explained in more detail below using two exemplary embodiments shown schematically in the drawing. Show it Fig. 1a to d a transport container according to an embodiment not according to the invention in a perspective view, the transport container with the compartment partially pulled out, the transport container with the compartment removed and the compartment of the transport container and Fig. 2a to d Detailed representations of a transport container according to an embodiment of the invention,

The transport container 10 shown in the drawing has a container part 12 which is made in one piece from a particle foam. The container part 12 has a bottom 14 and side walls 18 which extend from the bottom 14 upwards to a container top 16, which are connected to one another at four container edges 20 and enclose a container interior 22 which is open towards the container top 16. A compartment 24 is accommodated in the container interior 22, which has several partitions 26 made of a foldable web material. The partitions 26 are sewn together and delimit compartments 28 for holding objects that are open to the top of the container 16. The compartment 24 also has a bottom wall 30, which is made of the same material as the partitions 26 and closes the compartments 28 at the bottom.

The compartment 24 is attached to the container part 12 by means of fastening elements 32. For this purpose, there are several receiving channels 34 formed into the side walls 18, each of which extends a little vertically from an opening 36 in the container top 16 towards the bottom 14 and to an opening 38 in the relevant side wall 18 on the insides of which facing the container interior 22 are open. For releasably attaching the compartment 24 to the container part 12, the fastening elements 32 each have an engagement part 40 which engages in one of the receiving channels 34. The engagement parts 40 each have a first part in the form of a piping 42 received in the respective receiving groove 34 and a second part in the form of a piping flag 44 which projects out of the relevant opening 38 and is firmly sewn to one of the partitions 26. The piping 42 has a cylindrical shape with a cross section that is larger than the width of the openings 38 measured in the horizontal direction, so that they cannot slip out of the receiving channels 34 through the openings 38.

The container part 12 further has a circumferential stacking edge 46 which projects upwards from the top of the container 16 and which is aligned on the outside with the outer sides 48 of the side walls 18, but is offset outwards relative to the container interior 22 and thus also runs around the mouths 36 on the outside. Accordingly, the bottom 14 has a contour 52 that is complementary to the stack edge 46 on its underside 50. From the stack edge 46, teeth 54 protrude in the direction of the container interior 22 at a distance from one another and between the mouths 36 and extending from the top of the container 16 to the same height as the stack edge 46, while the bottom 14 in its underside 50 is not shown in detail in the drawing , has recesses complementary to the teeth 54. Several identical transport containers 10 can be stacked one on top of the other in this way by the stacking edge 46 engaging in a form-fitting manner in the contour 52 of the next upper transport container 10, and by the teeth 54 engaging in a form-fitting manner in the recesses of the next upper transport container 10. The mouths 36 are then through the Bottom 14 of the next upper transport container 10 is covered and closed so that the engagement parts 40 cannot slip out of the receiving channels 34.

The transport container 10 'according to an embodiment of the invention differs from the transport container 10 only in the shape of the engagement parts 40 and the receiving channels 34.

The same features are therefore provided with the same reference numbers.

The engagement parts 40 according to one embodiment of the invention have an arrow shape with a central rib 56, from which two transverse ribs 58 protrude at an acute angle towards the container interior 22 on opposite sides. The central rib 56 is adjoined by an extension 60, which protrudes through the respective opening 38 from the receiving channel 34 and is firmly connected to one of the partition walls 26. The transverse ribs 58 rest with their free edges 62 on inner surfaces 64 of the receiving channels 34, with one of the inner surfaces 64 extending away from the opening 38 on each side of the openings 38. The engagement parts 40 according to the second exemplary embodiment can be inserted through the openings 38 into the receiving channels 64 by elastically bending the transverse ribs 58 until their free edges 62 rest on the central rib 56. When the receiving trough 34 is reached, the transverse ribs 58 spread open again, so that their free edges 62 act like barbs by resting against the inner surfaces 64, which prevent them from being pulled out of the receiving trough 34.

In the embodiment according to the invention, the stacking edge 46 is arranged so that it protrudes a little beyond the mouths 36 at a distance above the top of the container 16, as exemplified in Fig. 2d shown. In this area, the stack edge 46 forms a slope 66 and provides resistance to the pulling out of the respective engagement part 40 from the receiving groove 34, which prevents it from slipping out unintentionally.
