Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Transportbehälter für transportempfindliche Güter mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a transport container for transport-sensitive goods having the features of the preamble of
The prior art also mentions cooling units in the transport container which are filled with phase change material and capable of maintaining a predetermined target temperature for a long time.
In the present case, the invention concerns the handling of a transport container of the kind in question. Such transport containers have been known per se for decades.
During transport of the transport-sensitive goods, the transport container must be securely closed. For this purpose, the upper part and the lower part are closed at the contact edge with an adhesive strip. This adhesive strip can also be designed as a kind of seal to identify damage and, consequently, unauthorized opening.
Lower part and upper part of the known transport container may be provided externally with a coat of hard plastic. The data of the transport-sensitive goods in the transport container can be recorded on the top of the top.
The well-known transport container must be taken during transport with both hands right and left and worn as a block individually. Incidentally, it would be expedient for the transport of several transport containers if these could be safely stacked.
Finally, the upper part of the transport container is frictionally pushed onto the lower part and it is therefore not easy to loosen the upper part for opening the transport container from the lower part again.
The teaching of the invention is based on the object, the transport container mentioned above in such a way and further, that it can be closed in a particularly advantageous manner.
The above-indicated object is achieved in a transport container having the features of the preamble of
Lower part and upper part of the transport container are provided at least on the longitudinal sides or longitudinal walls, preferably also on the floor and on the ceiling, with transverse, flat embedded Banderolenausnehmungen. These are aligned with each other and aligned. Consequently, the Transport container prepared to receive one or more in the Banderolenausnehmungen to the upper part and lower part of the transport container encircling bands. The Banderolenausnehmungen the condition is created that the band or bands can not slip off to the side of the transport container. They lie in the flat recessed Banderolenausnehmungen.
If several narrow banderoles are provided, then for example two banderoles can be provided with upper-side carrying handles with which the transport container can be carried. The third, central band can serve, for example, as a closure band with a turnbuckle or a seal.
According to the invention, the design of the transport container with only one Banderolenausnehmung on the respective longitudinal wall, the floor or the ceiling, wherein the respective Banderolenausnehmung occupies approximately the full width of the respective longitudinal wall, the floor or the ceiling. Except for margins of narrow width, the substantially full width is thus occupied by the Banderolenausnehmung on the respective longitudinal wall, the floor or the ceiling.
It is important that the transport container as such is initially configured accordingly to create the conditions for a purposeful handling of the transport container.
The transport container is inventively designed so that the lower part extending to the transverse walls substantially parallel to the ground, reaching into the Banderolenausnehmungen, flat recessed Verbindungsausnehmungen and also extending perpendicular to the ground, reaching into the Verbindungsausnehmungen on the transverse walls and in the Banderolenausnehmung on the ground , has flat recessed Zwischenausnehmungen.
It has already been pointed out in the prior art that particularly expediently thick-walled foamed plastic material is suitable for the transport container. Of particular advantage from today's perspective, in addition to the already known styrofoam in particular expanded polypropylene (EPP), which can be resistant and dense foamed.
According to a preferred teaching, the transport container according to the invention is provided from the outset with a corresponding band. It is recommended that the lower part and the upper part are tightly enclosed together by a band arranged in the Banderolenausnehmungen.
The term "tightly enclosed" is intended to represent that the band is placed so tightly around the lower part and upper part in the Banderolenausnehmungen that they can not be pulled off the side and that the upper part of the lower part can not be significantly lifted. The inside of the transport container should be protected by the band safe from access.
In the embodiment of the transport container according to the invention, in which the flush mounted Banderolenausnehmungen occupy approximately the full width of the respective longitudinal wall, floor or ceiling, it is advisable to provide correspondingly exactly a large-scale circumferential band whose width is slightly less than the width of Banderolenausnehmungen , The large, wide band encloses the transport container as a strip, which is almost as wide as the transport container as a whole. Thus, the broad band also provides good protection for the surface of the transport container in the banderole recesses and in the intermediate surface areas of the transport container.
Preferably, the band is openable and resealable. The banderole is therefore a reusable part. But it is also possible to realize a disposable banderole, so destroy the banderole when opening the transport container. If the banderole can be opened and closed again, it is recommended for the band a typical spring-style buckle as it is found in harnesses of all kinds.
If the band is arranged as such only in the Banderolenausnehmungen, so they can theoretically move on the transport container in the Banderolenausnehmungen. If you want to ensure a stable position of the band, it is recommended that the band is provided with in the Verbindungsausnehmungen and, if present, also in the Zwischenausnehmungen connecting straps, so that the band and the connecting straps together holding and carrying harnesses of the transport container form. Preferably, the connecting straps running in the intermediate recesses are connected together at the bottom of the lower part or executed as a single continuous connecting belt.
In the prior art, the transport containers initially described have occasionally been placed in transport bags, these transport bags closed and the transport containers transported in the transport bag. This is on the one hand impractical, because you get the transport container only laboriously in the transport bag, on the other hand is expensive because the material of the transport bag is expensive overall, and finally is not purposeful, because you can not stack well, for example, the transport bags.
According to the invention creates with the transport container now the basis to be surrounded by a kind of harness with only the connecting straps, which are required for fixing the band on the transport container and for uniform carrying the transport container.
In the particularly preferred embodiment, in particular the connection belt running on the floor is what securely fixes the band on the transport container.
Incidentally, the connecting straps can expediently serve to be provided with carrying straps with which the transport container can then be carried.
For the material design of the band and the connecting straps applies that the band from a fabric, a knitted fabric, a foil or a tarpaulin, preferably made of plastic, and / or that the connecting straps of a woven or a knitted fabric, possibly also from a Foil or a tarp consist, also preferably made of plastic.
Another special feature of the inventively designed transport container is that provided on the top of the ceiling, in particular laterally next to the Banderolenausnehmung, upstanding stacking projections and the lower part at the bottom, in particular laterally next to the Banderolenausnehmung upwardly directed to the stacking projections Stapelausnehmungen are. Since the transport container on the outside has no shell, but only carries the outward but not applying dishes, the transport container can be excellent stack, if you set up appropriate stacking projections and Stapelausnehmungen.
Es reicht hier aus, wenn man vorsieht, dass das Unterteil am Boden mit einer Bodenwanne aus Hartkunststoff oder Metall versehen ist (die natürlich entsprechende Ausnehmungen wie der Grundkörper des Unterteils haben muss).Already in the prior art has been pointed to the outer coating of the lower part and the upper part with a hard plastic to keep the outside of the transport container as insensitive. However, modern expanded plastics are already relatively resistant to this extent. It is sufficient here if you provide that the bottom part is provided on the ground with a base tray made of hard plastic or metal (of course, must have corresponding recesses as the body of the base).
Already at the beginning of the prior art has also been noted that the frictional connection of the upper part with the lower part is indeed appropriate that you can deduct the upper part of the lower part but only with considerable effort.
According to the invention it has been recognized that it is easier to separate the upper part of the lower part, if one brings the force effect targeted from a corner. Accordingly, it is further provided that the upper part and the lower part at the mutually facing edges exactly matching paragraphs, recesses o. The like. Have and that the upper part is frictionally pushed onto the lower part, that at the transition from lower part to upper part at least one corner between Longitudinal wall and transverse wall an engagement recess for manual lifting of the upper part of the lower part is formed at this corner.
In addition, on the upper part right and left on the respective transverse side also be provided a handle molding to the upper part, if it is then removed, easy to wear.

The
In principle, it would be sufficient to arrange
The illustrated and preferred embodiment shows, insofar as a preferred embodiment is provided, that the banding recesses 9 arranged in alignment with each other occupy approximately the full width of the respective
On the outside of the transport container is reflected by the local shape, the arrangement of the transport container at a given time attributable holding harness again, which does not or only slightly outwardly because of the recessed recesses.
Incidentally, in the illustrated and preferred exemplary embodiment,

The term "tightly enclosing" should make it clear that by means of the
