Claims (4)

  1. Paquet de cigarettes comprenant un emballage extérieur (12) constitué d'un matériau d'emballage pliable, en particulier de carton mince ("Rigid Soft") et un emballage intérieur (13), à savoir un groupe de cigarettes (11) enveloppé par une pièce découpée intérieure (32) en papier, en papier aluminium ou en film, l'emballage extérieur (12) présentant une ouverture de prélèvement (40) qui est ou peut être fermée par une languette d'ouverture (41) limitée par des lignes d'affaiblissement (42) en tant que partie de l'emballage extérieur (12) et qui peut être détachée de l'emballage extérieur (12) en formant l'ouverture de prélèvement (40), en entraînant une languette de déchirure (46) de l'emballage intérieur (13) du fait de lignes d'affaiblissement correspondantes (47) de la pièce découpée intérieure (32), une étiquette de fermeture (43) recouvrant la languette d'ouverture (41) étant montée sur l'emballage extérieur (12) et étant connectée à la languette d'ouverture (41) ainsi que le long de bandes de bord (44) à l'emballage extérieur (12) par collage, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) l'ouverture de prélèvement (40) de l'emballage extérieur (12) s'étend exclusivement dans la région de la paroi frontale extérieure (18), à savoir depuis une arête de pliage avant (50) de la paroi frontale extérieure (18) jusqu'à la paroi arrière extérieure (16),
    b) la ligne d'affaiblissement (42) pour limiter la languette d'ouverture (41) dans la région de la paroi frontale extérieure (18) forme une arête de déchirure (49) s'étendant le long de l'arête de pliage (50) de la pièce découpée extérieure (14),
    c) la pièce découpée intérieure (32) est pourvue d'une languette de déchirure (46) limitée par des lignes d'affaiblissement (47), qui présente une ligne de déchirure du côté avant (51) le long d'une ligne de pliage (52) de la pièce découpée intérieure (32) pour limiter la paroi frontale intérieure (35),
    d) l'étiquette de fermeture (43) s'étend avec une branche présentant une patte de préhension (45) jusque dans la région de la paroi avant extérieure (15).
  2. Paquet de cigarettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la languette de déchirure (46) de la pièce découpée intérieure (32) est connectée à la languette d'ouverture (41) de l'emballage extérieur (12) au moyen de plusieurs points de colle répartis (48), en particulier dans des régions de coin de la languette de déchirure (46) .
  3. Paquet de cigarettes selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la languette de déchirure (46) pouvant être séparée de la pièce découpée intérieure (32) est limitée par une ligne d'affaiblissement (47) fermée s'étendant sur tout le pourtour, de telle sorte que la languette de déchirure (46) s'étende jusque dans la région de la paroi arrière intérieure (34) du fait de l'agencement correspondant de la ligne d'affaiblissement (47), de telle sorte que lors de la séparation de la languette d'ouverture (41), une plus grande languette de déchirure (46) s'étendant au-delà de la languette d'ouverture (41) puisse être séparée.
  4. Paquet de cigarettes selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des points de colle (48) pour la connexion de la languette d'ouverture (41) à la languette de déchirure (46) sont disposés essentiellement centralement par rapport à une cigarette (10) d'un groupe de cigarettes formé de manière correspondante (11) afin de produire un effet de support des cigarettes (10).
