Claims (11)

  1. Machine à rouler pour former un filetage sur des corps cylindriques, comprenant :
    - une structure de support (2) ;
    - deux ou plusieurs rouleaux mouleurs (6), associés mécaniquement à ladite structure de support (2), chacun desquels est actionné pour rouler autour de son axe de rotation (Z) et il est équipé d'un filetage (8) ayant au moins un filet se développant autour dudit axe de rotation (Z), lesdits rouleaux mouleurs (6) étant susceptibles de déformer plastiquement un corps cylindrique disponible le long d'un axe central de travail (A) de ladite machine (1) ;
    - deux ou plusieurs moyens actionneurs (15) assemblés sur ladite structure de support (2), chacun mécaniquement relié audit rouleau mouleur (6) correspondant pour le déplacer le long d'un premier axe transversal (R) perpendiculaire respectif audit axe de travail (A) ;
    - des moyens moteurs (16) ménagés sur ladite structure de support (2), reliés mécaniquement auxdits rouleaux mouleurs (6) et aptes à actionner en rotation lesdits rouleaux mouleurs (6) sur ledit corps cylindrique pour le déformer plastiquement ;
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte également :
    - des moyens capteurs (30) assemblés mécaniquement sur ladite structure de support (2) et mobiles entre au moins une position non opérationnelle (P1), dans laquelle ils sont en position distale par rapport auxdits rouleaux mouleurs (6), et au moins une position opérationnelle (P2), dans laquelle ils sont susceptibles de se placer en proximité d'au moins un dit rouleau mouleur (6), et ils détectent la coordonnée axiale d'au moins un filet dudit rouleau mouleur (6) ;
    - des moyens de manutention (35) assemblés sur ladite structure de support (2) et reliés mécaniquement auxdits moyens capteurs (30), pour les déplacer entre ladite position non opérationnelle (P1) et ladite positon opérationnelle (P2), le long d'un deuxième axe transversal (R') perpendiculaire audit axe de travail (A).
  2. Machine à rouler selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens capteurs (30) comportent :
    - un dispositif palpeur (31) relié mécaniquement auxdits moyens de manutention (35) et susceptibles de produire un signal électrique ;
    - un disque (32) relié mécaniquement audit dispositif palpeur (31) et susceptible de se déplacer au contact dudit filet (8) pour actionner ledit dispositif palpeurs (31).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité de contrôle logique reliée électriquement auxdits moyens capteurs (30), auxdits moyens actionneurs (15), auxdits moyens moteurs (16) et auxdits moyens de manutention (35) pour caler les filetages (8) desdits rouleaux mouleurs (6).
  4. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de manutention (35) comportent un actionneur linéaire équipé d'un bras mobile (37) qui se développe sensiblement le long dudit deuxième axe transversal (R') et qui supporte lesdits moyens capteurs (30).
  5. Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit actionneur linéaire est un piston pneumatique sans tige, dont sa course est définie entre deux positions d'extrémité correspondantes aux positions non opérationnelle (P1) et opérationnelle (P2) desdits moyens capteurs (30).
  6. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux mouleurs (6) sont en nombre de trois et positionnés angulairement à 120° l'un de l'autre.
  7. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit deuxième axe transversal (R') intercepte ledit axe de travail (A).
  8. Procédé pour caler les rouleaux mouleurs d'une machine à rouler selon la revendication 1, lequel ménage les étapes suivantes à se répéter pour chaque rouleau mouleur (6) :
    - une étape de positionnement desdits moyens capteurs (30) par rapport à un desdits rouleaux mouleurs (6), dans lesquels lesdits moyens capteurs (30) sont insérés entre un premier profil (12) et un deuxième profil (12) adjacent au premier dudit au moins un filet (8) dudit rouleau mouleur (6) ;
    - au moins une première étape de rotation dudit rouleau mouleur (6) avec déplacement axial conséquent dudit au moins un filet (8), jusqu'à ce que ledit premier profil (12) intercepte lesdits moyens capteurs (30) en correspondance d'une de leurs coordonnées axiales de référence.
  9. Procédé pour caler les rouleaux mouleurs d'une machine à rouler selon les revendications 3 et 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de calage desdits rouleaux mouleurs (6) à l'aide de leurs rotations prescrites par ladite unité de contrôle logique à partir des coordonnées axiales dudit au moins un premier filet (8) de chacun desdits rouleaux mouleurs (6).
  10. Procédé pour caler les rouleaux mouleurs d'une machine à rouler selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également :
    - une deuxième rotation dudit rouleau mouleur (6) dans le sens opposé par rapport à ladite première rotation jusqu'à amener le deuxième profil (12) du filet (8) dudit rouleau mouleur (6) à l'interception desdits moyens capteurs (30) en correspondance de leur coordonnée axiale de référence,
    - une étape de calcul dans laquelle ladite unité de contrôle logique définit au moins une première position intermédiaire parmi lesdits profils (12), et elle prescrit la rotation dudit rouleau mouleurs (6) tant que lesdits moyens capteurs (30) se disposent en correspondance de ladite position intermédiaire,
    - une étape de positionnement soigné suivante, dans laquelle lesdits moyens capteurs (30) sont insérés entre lesdits premier et deuxième profils (12) à une profondeur d'au moins le 30% de la hauteur (L) du filetage (8) en correspondance de ladite première position intermédiaire ;
    - au moins une troisième étape de rotation dudit rouleau mouleur (6) tant que ledit au moins un profil (12) intercepte lesdits moyens capteurs (30) en correspondance de ladite coordonnée axiale de référence.
  11. Procédé pour caler les rouleaux mouleurs d'une machine à rouler selon les revendications 2 et 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit disque (32) active ledit dispositif palpeur (31) à la suite de la butée contre ledit au moins un profil (12) dudit au moins un filet (8) dudit rouleau mouleur (6), en envoyant un signal électrique à ladite unité de contrôle logique pour l'acquisition de la position axiale dudit profil (8).
