The stretchable film 12 is then sealed below the packaging tray 15 on a sealing station (not illustrated) in order to produce a film covered packaging tray 15 e.g. for packaging fresh food.

Claims (8)

  1. Verpackungsmaschine, umfassend:
    - eine Verpackungsstation zum Einhüllen von Verpackungsschalen (15) mit einer streckbaren Folie,
    - einen Tisch, der aus mehreren Hebepfosten (16) besteht, die an einer Bodenplatte (19) angebracht sind, wobei der Tisch zum Tragen einer Verpackungsschale (15) dient, die einzuhüllen ist,
    wobei mindestens ein Hebepfosten (16) aus einem fixierten Element (17) besteht, das an einer Seite der Bodenplatte (19) angebracht ist, und ferner aus einem Trägerkopf (18) auf der anderen Seite besteht,
    wobei der Trägerkopf (18) an dem fixierten Element (17) durch eine Feder (27) angebracht ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (27) eine flexible Verbindung bildet, die in jede Richtung in einer Ebene orthogonal zum Hebepfosten (16) gebogen werden kann,
    wobei der Trägerkopf (18) ein erstes Halteelement (25) zum Halten eines Endes der Feder (27) umfasst, und das fixierte Element (17) ein zweites Halteelement (26) zum Halten des anderen Endes der Feder (27) umfasst,
    und dadurch, dass das fixierte Element (17) an einem Ende eine ebene Seite aufweist, und der Trägerkopf (18) an einem Ende eine ebene Seite aufweist, die beiden ebenen Seiten Seite an Seite in dem Hebepfosten (16) angeordnet sind, und die Feder (27) zum Drücken der ebenen Seiten gegeneinander dient.
  2. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens einige Hebepfosten an der Bodenplatte durch Anschrauben und Abschrauben einer Schraube angebracht und gelöst werden können.
  3. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens einige Hebepfosten an der Bodenplatte durch einen Schnappmechanismus angebracht und gelöst werden können.
  4. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens eine Säule von Hebepfosten gleichzeitig angebracht und gelöst werden kann durch Anbringen oder Lösen eines Hebepfostenhalters an der oder von der Bodenplatte.
  5. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Verpackungsvorrichtung ferner mindestens eine erste seitliche Faltvorrichtung zum Einhüllen einer ersten Seite unter der Verpackungsschale mit einer Folie umfasst, indem ein erstes Einhüllelement, das einen Teil der Folie trägt, von der ersten Seite unter der Verpackungsschale bewegt wird, wobei das erste Einhüllelement die Trägerköpfe, welche die Verpackungsschale tragen, auf der ersten Seite nach unten in der Bewegungsrichtung des ersten Einhüllelements biegt.
  6. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Verpackungsvorrichtung ferner mindestens eine zweite seitliche Faltvorrichtung zum Einhüllen einer zweiten Seite unter der Verpackungsschale mit einer Folie umfasst, indem ein zweites Einhüllelement, das einen Teil der Folie trägt, von der zweiten Seite unter der Verpackungsschale bewegt wird, wobei das zweite Einhüllelement die Trägerköpfe, welche die Verpackungsschale tragen, auf der zweiten Seite nach unten in der Bewegungsrichtung des zweiten Einhüllelements biegt.
  7. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Verpackungsvorrichtung ferner mindestens eine hintere Faltvorrichtung zum Einhüllen einer hinteren Seite unter der Verpackungsschale mit einer Folie umfasst, indem ein drittes Einhüllelement, das einen Teil der Folie trägt, von der hinteren Seite unter der Verpackungsschale bewegt wird, wobei das dritte Einhüllelement die Trägerköpfe, welche die Verpackungsschale tragen, auf der hinteren Seite in der Bewegungsrichtung des dritten Einhüllelements nach unten biegt.
  8. Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste Halteelement und das zweite Halteelement in einer Weise orientiert sind, dass die Feder entlang einer gemeinsamen Achse des fixierten Elements und des Trägerkopfs angeordnet ist.
