Claims (17)

  1. Procédé pour protéger des documents stockés dans des cassettes verrouillables de destructeurs de documents contre un accès non autorisé, comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - remplissage de la cassette avec des documents,
    - déclenchement d'un verrouillage mécanique à commande électronique de la cassette par activation d'une commande de verrouillage électronique,
    - génération d'une clé électronique par la commande de verrouillage,
    - enregistrement de la clé électronique dans la commande de verrouillage et sur un support de données transportable relié temporairement à la commande de verrouillage,
    - libération du support de données de la liaison avec la commande de verrouillage et conservation par un utilisateur autorisé,
    - déclenchement de la destruction des documents,
    - détection de la destruction complète des documents et ensuite
    - suppression de la clé électronique pour le verrouillage de cassette actuel dans la commande de verrouillage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la commande de verrouillage est activée automatiquement lors de la liaison du support de données mobile avec la commande de verrouillage.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 dans lequel la clé électronique est générée par nouvelle création ou par sélection aléatoire parmi une pluralité de clés stockées.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un verrouillage de cassette déjà effectué est annulé au besoin en reliant à nouveau le support de données mobile à la commande de verrouillage.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la destruction des documents est déclenchée manuellement ou de manière commandée dans le temps.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une nouvelle clé est générée pour chaque nouvelle destruction de documents et enregistrée à la fois dans la commande de verrouillage et sur un support de données mobile.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'ouverture de la cassette est déclenchée par la commande de verrouillage après chaque destruction complète des documents.
  8. Agencement pour protéger des documents stockés dans des cassettes de destructeurs de documents contre un accès non autorisé, comprenant :
    - une cassette comportant une ouverture de remplissage de documents qui est munie d'un système de verrouillage électromécanique,
    - une commande de verrouillage conçue pour le verrouillage à commande électronique de l'ouverture de remplissage de documents et pour la génération simultanée d'une clé électronique,
    - des moyens pour enregistrer la clé électronique dans la commande de verrouillage et sur un support de données transportable, séparable de la commande de verrouillage,
    - un dispositif pour le déclenchement manuel ou commandé dans le temps de la destruction des documents et pour supprimer la clé électronique enregistrée dans la commande de verrouillage après destruction complète des documents.
  9. Agencement selon la revendication 8, dans lequel une clé USB ou un transpondeur RFID est prévu(e) comme support de données mobile.
  10. Agencement selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans lequel la commande de verrouillage comprend des moyens sous la forme d'au moins un circuit qui est conçu de telle sorte que la commande de verrouillage est activée automatiquement lorsque le support de données mobile est relié à la commande de verrouillage.
  11. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel la commande de verrouillage comprend des moyens sous la forme d'au moins un circuit qui est conçu de telle sorte que la clé électronique est générée par nouvelle création ou par sélection aléatoire parmi une pluralité de clés stockées.
  12. Agencement selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, dans lequel la commande de verrouillage comprend des moyens sous la forme d'au moins un circuit qui est conçu de telle sorte qu'un verrouillage de cassette déjà effectué est annulé au besoin en reliant à nouveau le support de données mobile, qui contient la clé actuelle, à la commande de verrouillage.

  16. Procédé pour protéger des documents stockés dans des cassettes verrouillables de destructeurs de documents contre un accès non autorisé, comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - remplissage de la cassette avec des documents,
    - déclenchement d'un verrouillage mécanique à commande électronique de la cassette par activation d'une commande de verrouillage électronique,
    - lecture d'une clé électronique par la commande de verrouillage à partir d'un support de données transportable d'un utilisateur autorisé,
    - enregistrement de la clé électronique dans la commande de verrouillage,
    - déclenchement de la destruction des documents,
    - détection de la destruction complète des documents et ensuite
    - suppression de la clé électronique pour le verrouillage de cassette actuel dans la commande de verrouillage.
  17. Agencement pour protéger des documents stockés dans des cassettes de destructeurs de documents contre un accès non autorisé, comprenant :
    - une cassette comportant une ouverture de remplissage de documents qui est munie d'un système de verrouillage électromécanique,
    - une commande de verrouillage conçue pour le verrouillage à commande électronique de l'ouverture de remplissage de documents,
    - des moyens pour lire une clé électronique par la commande de verrouillage à partir d'un support de données transportable d'un utilisateur autorisé,
    - des moyens pour enregistrer la clé électronique dans la commande de verrouillage,
    - un dispositif pour le déclenchement manuel ou commandé dans le temps de la destruction des documents et pour supprimer la clé électronique enregistrée dans la commande de verrouillage après destruction complète des documents.
