Abstract

L'invention concerne un rétracteur médical (1) comprenant une partie poignée (2) et une partie crochet (3). La partie poignée (2) est réalisée au moins sur certaines parties sous la forme d'un corps creux, lequel comporte une cavité (4). La partie crochet (3) comprend au moins un guide de lumière (5) pourvu d'une surface d'entrée de lumière et d'une surface de sortie de lumière. La partie poignée (2), la partie crochet (3) et le guide de lumière (5) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce. La surface d'entrée de lumière (51) du ou des guides de lumière (5) est située dans la cavité (4) formée dans la partie poignée (2), ou dans l'alignement d'une paroi intérieure de la cavité (4) formée dans la partie poignée (2). La surface de sortie de lumière (52) du ou des guides de lumière (5) est orientée en éloignement de la partie poignée (2). Le guide de lumière (5) présente une section transversale (D), laquelle est constante ou augmente dans la zone de la surface de sortie de lumière (52) en direction de la surface de sortie de lumière (52). L'invention concerne en outre un éclairage pour le rétracteur médical, ledit éclairage étant situé dans la cavité qui est formée dans la partie poignée.
