Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an actuating handle for opening and / or closing a door or a flap of a motor vehicle.
  • actuating handles mostly comprise grip elements which are designed to be movable between an initial position and an actuating position.
  • Actuating handles for opening and / or closing motor vehicle doors are often equipped with safety devices in order to prevent the actuating handle or the motor vehicle door from opening automatically in the event of an accident.
  • the publication GB1343267 discloses a door handle assembly for a motor vehicle in which both a rotary and a translational movement are necessary in order to convert a door handle from a first locking state to a second unlocking state.
  • a disadvantage of the known prior art is that the mechanical components of the safety device are virtually permanently engaged with one another. As a result, the safety device is exposed to both moisture and temperature influences. As a consequence, manufacturing tolerances must be observed because the safety device is exposed to corrosion. This can lead to malfunctions in the safety device and thus to loss of accident safety.
  • an operating handle is known. which comprises a grip element. which is spaced from a cap member.
  • the EP 1985784A 1 also discloses an actuation handle having a grip element and a lifting button. wherein the lifting button is arranged spaced from the handle element.
  • the US3544148A a generic actuation handle.
  • an actuating handle for opening and / or closing a door or a flap of a motor vehicle is provided with a handle element which is designed to be movable between a locking position and an actuating position for opening and / or closing a door or a flap, with a locking element, which is designed to be movable between a release position and a locking position, the locking element in the release position allowing the handle element to be transferred into the actuating position and blocking the handle element in the locking position, the actuating handle having a panel element which is operatively connected to the locking element in this way that the locking element can be transferred from the locking position into the release position by actuating the panel element and thus enables actuation of the grip element.
  • the panel element is pivotally connected to the handle element according to the invention.
  • the locking element is transferred from the locking position into the release position and a user does not necessarily have the feeling of unlocking a mechanical locking device.
  • the locking element can be formed in the locking position without contact with the screen element. This also enables the manufacturing tolerances required to manufacture the actuating handle to reduce manufacturing costs. In other words, reduced standards can be applied to the precision of the production, since the contactless design of the blocking element with the diaphragm element in the locking position permits increased scope. In any case, this prevents hooking or even a blocking of the locking element making it difficult to actuate the actuating handle for opening and / or closing a door or a flap of a motor vehicle.
  • the actuating handle has a pivoting lever which is operatively connected to the panel element and the handle element in such a way as to transfer the handle element from the locking position into the actuating position by actuating the panel element. Without the swivel lever, a user or an operator of the actuating handle would first have to transfer the blocking element from the locking position into the release position by actuating the panel element, in order to then bring the grip element from the locking position into the actuating position. By using the pivot lever, both the locking element and the grip element are actuated simultaneously or in one operation.
  • the actuating handle can have a first bearing which supports the pivoting lever on a carrier of a door or a flap of a motor vehicle. This further increases the stability and quality of the operating handle.
  • the actuating handle has a drive which is designed to transfer the locking element from the locking position into the release position.
  • a drive which is designed to transfer the locking element from the locking position into the release position.
  • the drive can also be designed to transfer the locking element from the release position into the locking position.
  • the drive is designed to transfer the grip element from the locking position into the actuation position.
  • the handle element can also be transferred from the locking position to the actuating position by the drive.
  • This has the advantage in particular for an operator that either by actuating a Remote control or with an ID transmitter when approaching a motor vehicle, both the locking element from the locking position to the release position and the handle element is transferred by the drive from the locking position to the actuating position.
  • the drive can also be designed to transfer the grip element from the locking position into the actuation position.
  • the actuating handle has a pulling means, in particular a Bowden cable, to move the handle element from the locking position to the actuating position and the locking lever from the locking position to the release position convict.
  • the grip element can have a setting.
  • the drive can delay the transfer of the locking element from the locking position to the release position.
  • the grip element can then be transferred from the locking position to the actuation position.
  • the delay is realized in that the power transmission to the locking element takes place directly with the Bowden cable, while the power transmission to the handle element only takes place when a connecting element of the Bowden cable has reached the end of the link of the handle element and this from the locking position in transferred the operating position.
  • Both the locking element and the grip element can be actuated with only one drive. Alternatively, the force can be transmitted to the locking element and the grip element, but also simultaneously.
  • the locking element is designed as a pivotably mounted locking lever.
  • the actuating handle can have a second bearing, which supports the locking element on a carrier of a door or a flap of a motor vehicle.
  • the operating handle gains additional stability and can compensate, for example, an operator pulling too hard or at an angle.
  • the blocking element comprises a blocking contour which is designed to be actuated when the grip element is actuated in the Arriage position to engage with the handle member and release the handle member in the release position.
  • the blocking contour enables a contactless design of the blocking element with the diaphragm element in the locking position. This enables the manufacturing tolerances required in the manufacture of the actuating handle to result in a reduction in manufacturing costs.
  • the locking element is prevented from snagging or even blocking.
  • the handle element can be actuated particularly easily and comfortably for an operator, the handle element is designed to be pivotable between the locking position and the actuating position.
  • the actuating handle can have a guide device.
  • the actuating handle has a locking cylinder which is arranged so that it can be completely covered by the panel element.
  • This has the technical advantage, for example, that the locking cylinder below the cover element is protected from external influences such as moisture or dirt. If, for example in the case of an empty battery, it is not possible to automatically open the door or flap of the motor vehicle, an operator can first manually actuate the panel element in order to then gain access to the locking cylinder with a key.
  • the actuation handle has a first spring element in order to support the grip element in a resilient manner.
  • This also has the technical advantage that the grip element can be transferred from the actuating position into the locking position by a restoring force.
  • the aperture element has a second spring element in order to resiliently mount the diaphragm element with respect to the grip element. Consequently, the diaphragm element is also transferred from the actuating position to the locking position by a restoring force. Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings and are described in more detail below.
  • the Fig. 1 shows a schematic illustration of an actuation handle 100.
  • the illustration shows the actuation handle 100 from an inside view and has a grip element 101, a locking element 105 and a locking cylinder 123.
  • the sections AA, BB, CC and DD are shown, which are provided for better illustration in the following figures to explain the actuating handle 100.
  • the actuating handle 100 is shown in an embodiment in which the grip element 101 is actuated between a locking position and an actuating position by means of an electric drive 111.
  • the actuating handle 100 is shown in an embodiment in which the actuating handle 100 is actuated mechanically via an aperture element 103.
  • the Fig. 2a shows a schematic sectional illustration of the actuating handle 100 Fig. 1 in section AA with a locking element 105 in the locking position.
  • the actuating handle 100 comprises the handle element 101 arranged in a locking position, which cannot be moved into the actuating position due to the blocking element 105 arranged in the locking position.
  • On an outside of the handle element 101 there is a panel element 103 which is pivotally connected to the handle element 101.
  • the panel element 103 is operatively connected at a front end via a projection to a blocking contour 119 of the locking element 105 in order to transfer the locking element 105 from the locking position into a release position by actuating the panel element 103.
  • a pivot lever 107 is arranged on the handle 100, which is in operative connection with the panel element 103 and the handle element 101.
  • the handle element 101 can thus be transferred from the locking position into the actuating position by actuating the diaphragm element 103, the pivot lever 107 additionally supporting the transfer (see also 10a, 10b ).
  • the grip element 101 is between the locking position and the actuation position pivoted and resiliently mounted by means of a first spring element 125.
  • the diaphragm element 103 which is designed to be pivotable relative to the handle element 101, is spring-mounted by means of a second spring element 127.
  • the actuating handle 100 has a locking cylinder 123 or a preparation for a locking cylinder, which is arranged below the diaphragm element 103.
  • a user or an operator In order to gain access to the locking cylinder, a user or an operator must pivot the panel element 103. This is necessary, for example, when the voltage of a motor vehicle battery is insufficient to transfer the locking element 105 from the locking position into the release position.
  • the actuating handle 100 has a guide device 121. The guide device 121 ensures that when the handle element 101 is transferred from the locking position into the actuation position, there is a sufficient degree of guidance and stability of the actuation handle 100.
