    caractérisé en ce que le premier élément étanche (7) est prévu entre la section de boîtier (3.1) et le moyen de commande (6, 6'), dans lequel l'élément de remplissage (1) comporte une première zone d'élément de remplissage (1a) qui est prévue pour un agencement en dehors d'un espace pur (R) d'une machine de remplissage, et une seconde zone d'élément de remplissage (1b) présentant la tulipe d'étanchéité (5) et l'ouverture de sortie (13), qui est prévue pour l'agencement dans un espace pur (R) d'une machine de remplissage, et en ce qu'un second élément étanche (8) est prévu, lequel est relié sur une première extrémité libre à la tulipe d'étanchéité (5), entoure radialement à l'extérieur du moyen de commande (6, 6') le premier élément étanche (7) côté périphérie extérieure et rend étanche le passage entre la tulipe d'étanchéité (5) et un point de séparation (T) formé par un dispositif de séparation entre la première et seconde zone d'élément de remplissage (1a, 1b).
  2. Elément de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tulipe d'étanchéité (5) et le premier élément étanche (7) entourent la section de boîtier (3.1) sur sa surface extérieure ou enveloppe en réalisant une fente annulaire (9) entre la surface extérieure de la section de boîtier (3.1) et une surface intérieure de la tulipe d'étanchéité (5) ainsi que du premier élément étanche (7).
  3. Elément de remplissage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le second élément étanche (8) entoure concentriquement ou sensiblement concentriquement le premier élément étanche (7).
  4. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une longueur partielle de l'au moins un moyen de commande (6, 6') est prévue dans un espace intermédiaire (10) se trouvant entre le premier et second élément étanche (7, 8).
  5. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire (10) se trouvant entre le premier et second élément étanche (7, 8) peut être alimenté en une surpression ou une dépression.
  6. Elément de remplissage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur de pression est prévu pour la surveillance de la surpression dans l'espace intermédiaire (10) entre le premier et second élément étanche (7, 8).
  7. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un moyen de commande (6, 6') est guidé au moins par sections dans le boîtier d'élément de remplissage (3).
  8. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le second élément étanche (8) est relié sur la seconde extrémité libre éloignée de la tulipe d'étanchéité (5) au boîtier d'élément de remplissage (3).
  9. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux moyens de commande (6, 6') sont agencés par répartition autour de l'axe d'élément de remplissage (FA).
  10. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier et/ou second élément étanche (7, 8) est un soufflet.
  11. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section de boîtier (3.1) est réalisée sur sa surface extérieure ou enveloppe en forme de cylindre circulaire ou sensiblement en forme de cylindre circulaire.
  12. Elément de remplissage selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal (11) pour l'introduction d'un moyen de nettoyage débouche dans la fente annulaire (9).
  13. Elément de remplissage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le canal (11) débouche sur une extrémité de canal éloignée de la tulipe d'étanchéité (5) dans la fente annulaire (9).
  14. Machine de remplissage pour le remplissage de boîtes ou récipients similaires (2) avec un produit de remplissage liquide avec plusieurs éléments de remplissage prévus sur un élément de transport tournant, par exemple sur un rotor tournant autour d'un axe de machine vertical, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de remplissage sont réalisés selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
