- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage (1) servant à remplir par jet libre sans pression ou sous l'action d'une pression des contenants (3) d'un produit de remplissage liquide, comprenant au moins un élément de remplissage (2) avec au moins un boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16), qui présente au moins une ouverture de distribution (17) servant à distribuer le produit de remplissage dans le contenant (3) respectif, avec une soupape de liquide (6) servant à commander la distribution du produit de remplissage, dans lequel la soupape de liquide (6) présente au moins un boîtier de soupape (7), qui présente au niveau du côté tourné vers l'ouverture de distribution (17) une ouverture d'embouchure (8), dans lequel au moins un canal de liquide (9) traversé par le produit de remplissage liquide lors du remplissage ainsi qu'un corps de soupape (12) sont prévus dans le boîtier de soupape (7), et dans lequel le corps de soupape (12) peut être déplacé entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture pour commander la distribution du produit de remplissage à l'intérieur du boîtier de soupape (7), dans lequel au moins un canal de retour de gaz (33) est réalisé entre le boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16) et le boîtier de soupape (7), le boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16) présentant une première section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.1) disposée de manière stationnaire ainsi qu'une deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) pouvant être déplacée par rapport à celle-ci le long d'un axe d'élément de remplissage (FA) entre une position relevée (ANP) et une position abaissée (ABP), dans lequel une section de paroi de boîtier (16.3) réalisée de manière à entourer de manière étanche aux gaz le boîtier de soupape (7) en laissant l'au moins un canal de retour de gaz (33) le long de l'axe d'élément de remplissage (FA) est prévue entre la première et la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.1, 16.2), et dans lequel la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) forme l'ouverture de distribution (17), avec au moins un dispositif d'étanchéité (18), dans lequel le dispositif d'étanchéité (18) repose en position étanche au niveau du boîtier de soupape (7) au moins dans la position relevée (ANP) tout autour de l'ouverture d'embouchure (8) du boîtier de soupape (7) et ferme ainsi de manière étanche aux gaz et/ou aux liquides le canal de retour de gaz (33), dans lequel la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) présente un premier côté d'appui (16.2.1) tourné vers l'ouverture d'embouchure (8) ainsi qu'un deuxième côté d'appui (16.2.2) tourné vers une embouchure de contenant (3.1), caractérisé en ce que la section de paroi de boîtier (16.3) est réalisée de manière expansible, et que le dispositif d'étanchéité (18) est prévu à la fois au niveau du premier et deuxième côté d'appui (16.2.1, 16.2.2) et est mis au point pour reposer en position étanche dans la position relevée (ANP) tout autour de l'ouverture d'embouchure (8) et en position étanche dans la position abaissée (ABP) avec l'embouchure de contenant (3.1).
- Elément formant élément de remplissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (18) disposé au niveau du premier côté d'appui (16.2.1) entoure de manière étanche aux gaz et/ou aux liquides l'ouverture d'embouchure (8) dans la position relevée (ANP).
- Elément formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième côté d'appui (16.2.2) est réalisé pour recevoir de manière centrée dans la position abaissée (ABP) l'embouchure de contenant (3.1).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier côté d'appui (16.2.1) et/ou le deuxième côté d'appui (16.2.2) est réalisé au moins par endroits à partir d'un matériau étanche et forme l'au moins un dispositif d'étanchéité (18).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (18) est réalisé en une seule partie.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (18) est réalisé en plusieurs parties, en particulier en deux parties, dans lequel une première partie est disposée en position étanche tout autour de l'ouverture d'embouchure (8) dans la position relevée (ANP) et une deuxième partie est disposée en position étanche avec l'embouchure de contenant (3.1) dans la position abaissée (ABP).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) présente au niveau de son côté extérieur un évidement (38) au moins en partie périphérique radialement.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce de liaison (37) disposée de manière solidaire au niveau d'une tige de levage (36) est logée par complémentarité de forme dans l'évidement (38), si bien qu'un guidage forcé mécanique peut être établi entre la tige de levage (36) et la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) au moyen de la pièce de liaison (37).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) est réalisée sous la forme d'un corps annulaire de type conique avec une section transversale en forme de V.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) présente, dans la zone de transition entre le premier et le deuxième côté d'appui (16.2.1 et 16.2.2) un joint d'étanchéité (41) périphérique de type collerette, qui dépasse, par son côté frontal (41.1) périphérique libre, dans la position abaissée (ABP) depuis le haut dans l'embouchure de contenant (3.1).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de soupape (7) présente, dans la zone de l'ouverture d'embouchure (8), un prolongement de boîtier de soupape (7.2) de forme tubulaire.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) présente au moins un ajour (42) traversant en totalité le premier et le deuxième côté d'appui (16.2.1, 16.2.2).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2) présente au niveau de son côté inférieur pointant vers l'embouchure de contenant (3.1) un joint d'étanchéité (45) de type bourrelet périphérique.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la section de paroi de boîtier (16.3) expansible est réalisée sous la forme d'un soufflet à plis ou d'une membrane déroulante.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la section de paroi de boîtier (16.3) est reliée de manière étanche aux gaz et/ou aux liquides à la fois à la première section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.1) et à la deuxième section de boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16.2).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'élément de remplissage (16) est réalisé en une partie.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un support de contenant (34) est prévu pour recevoir au moins un contenant (3).
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un support de contenant (34) est prévu au niveau d'une tige de guidage (35) mobile en rotation, en particulier pouvant pivoter.
- Ensemble formant élément de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un capuchon de rinçage (44) est prévu au niveau de la tige de guidage (35).
- Machine de remplissage servant à remplir des contenants (3) avec un produit de remplissage liquide avec une pluralité d'ensembles formant éléments de remplissage (1) de préférence au niveau de la périphérie d'un rotor pouvant être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de machine vertical, caractérisée en ce que les ensembles formant éléments de remplissage (1) sont réalisés selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
