Definitions
- the present invention relates to an arrangement comprising a mounting device and a sanitary article mounted on the mounting device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a mounting device of this type is known from the prior art EP 1 936 052 known.
- This mounting device comprises a mounting frame to be attached to a building wall and has only a single footrest with which the mounting device stands on the floor.
- the mounting frame is connected to the building wall via wall anchors in the upper area, while a fastening plate is also provided in the lower area.
- the assembly device after the EP 1 936 052 is therefore supported via the wall anchor, the mounting plate and the only footrest.
- the mounting device after EP 1 936 052 is usually used for wall-mounted sanitary articles. Consequently, the components of the mounting device must be dimensioned accordingly.
- the area of the pipe penetration is between the supports up to a height of approx. 70 cm if a toilet is installed or up to approx. 120 cm if a washbasin is installed.
- the invention has for its object to provide an arrangement which allows a more flexible pipe penetration, in particular without impairing the stability of the mounting device.
- an arrangement comprises a mounting device and a sanitary article mounted on the mounting device.
- the mounting device for positioning or fastening a sanitary article, in particular a toilet bowl, a frame carrying the sanitary article with at least two or exactly two vertical struts running at a distance from one another and at least one or exactly one crossbar which is firmly connected to the vertical struts and connects the vertical struts to one another .
- the crossmember also includes fastening elements, via which the sanitary article can be fastened to the mounting device.
- the mounting device or the frame comprises at least one support element which is firmly connected to the cross member and firmly to one of the vertical struts.
- the support element is a hollow body.
- the hollow body has a front wall and a rear wall which is arranged at a distance from the front wall and which front wall and rear wall are connected to the respective vertical strut and the respective cross member via the side edges thereof facing the vertical strut and the cross member. Furthermore, the front wall and the rear wall are connected via at least one reinforcement profile and / or at least one reinforcement rib.
- the support element is arranged in the installed position of the mounting device below the cross member.
- the sanitary article has a support surface which overlaps at least parts of the crossmember and parts of the at least one support element.
- the projection is at right angles to the front plane spanned by the front surfaces of the vertical strut see.
- the sanitary article can be supported on the crossmember or the support element directly or via a pretext lying between the sanitary article and the hollow body.
- Such an arrangement is advantageous in terms of good support and in terms of flexibility in the pipe leadthrough. In this context, one can also speak of a box-shaped or hollow-shaped sanitary article support.
- the sanitary body In operation, apart from its weight, the sanitary body essentially causes a bending moment on the crossbar.
- the support element supports the crossmember in such a way that the said bending moment can be introduced into the vertical struts through the support elements. In other words, parts of the force of the sanitary article acting on the crossbar are introduced into the vertical strut via the support element.
- the arrangement of the support element makes it possible to dispense with a further crossmember which would be arranged at a distance from the existing crossmember, which leaves the space underneath the existing crossmember, apart from the at least one support element. This free space allows, for example, a drain pipe to be placed with greater freedom.
- the term “firmly connected” means that there is a fixed or non-separable connection between the corresponding elements, via which forces can be transmitted.
- the corresponding parts are directly connected to each other.
- the crossmember is preferably spaced apart from the upper end of the vertical strut and the lower end of the vertical strut.
- the frame In the fully assembled state, the frame is essentially made in one piece. This means that the traverse, the vertical struts and the support elements form a single component.
- a supporting element is preferably arranged for each vertical strut, which connects the traverse to the vertical strut, the supporting elements being spaced apart from one another are arranged so that there is a free space between the support elements.
- a free space is understood to mean that the area between the support elements remains free, that is to say is not blocked by elements of the frame located in this area.
- the free space has the advantage that a pipeline, which is connected to the sanitary article, can be easily passed through the assembly device and can be adapted to the local conditions.
- the support element is arranged below the crossbar in the installed position of the mounting device. Above the crossbar, the frame between the vertical struts offers a receiving space for receiving a cistern or other fittings.
- the vertical struts preferably have mutually facing inner surfaces, the support element being connected to the respective vertical strut via these surfaces.
- the support element is thus connected to the vertical strut via the inner surfaces of the vertical struts.
- the fastening element is preferably located in the cross member between the connection point between the support element and the cross member and the vertical strut which is connected to the support element. Seen in the installed position, the fastening element therefore lies above the support element or in an area in which the support element is connected to the crossmember. As a result, the force from the crossmember can be applied to the support element in a particularly good and precise manner.
- each support element There is preferably one fastening element for each support element.
- the front surfaces of the vertical struts preferably span a front plane, the support element being flush with the said front plane.
- the front surface of the traverse spans a front plane, the support element being flush with the front plane. Due to the flush arrangement of the support elements with the said front plane, not only can a compact assembly device be specified, but also an optimal contacting of the cross member and the support element by the Sanitary fittings are created.
- the sanitary fitting can be supported on the support element.
- the front plane of the cross member is particularly preferably equal to the front plane of the support elements, the front surface of the cross member then being flush with the front surface of the vertical struts.
- the support element preferably extends from a connection point with the cross member at an angle to the vertical strut, so that the distance between the support element and the vertical strut becomes smaller as the distance from the vertical strut increases.
- the connection point is the point which is furthest away from the vertical strut with which the support element is connected.
- the support element can run from a connection point with the vertical strut essentially at right angles to the vertical strut to a kink point, from which the support element then extends at an angle to the vertical strut.
- the hollow body is a body which is bounded by walls, the walls being firmly connected to the vertical strut and the cross member. The forces are then introduced into the vertical strut via the walls, which can also be referred to as flat elements.
- the traverse can be an integral part of the hollow body.
- the reinforcement profile and / or the reinforcement rib preferably run along the side edges arranged at a distance from the crossmember or the vertical strut. Additionally or alternatively, reinforcement profiles or reinforcement ribs can also be arranged in other areas of the front wall and the rear wall. For example in the flat areas.
- the front wall and the rear wall are connected to one another via a first reinforcing rib and a second reinforcing rib.
- the front wall, the rear wall, the first reinforcing flu and the second reinforcing rib thus delimit said hollow body.
- the front wall, rear wall and the reinforcing ribs form a kind of hollow profile.
- the first reinforcing rib and the second reinforcing rib are preferably arranged at a distance from one another and in each case connect the side edges of the front wall and the rear wall to one another. Consequently, the reinforcing ribs limit said hollow body.
- the first reinforcing rib, the vertical strut and the crossmember preferably delimit a further free space.
- the further free space is between the vertical strut, the cross member and the hollow body and is an additional space to the one that lies between two support elements. Connection lines to the sanitary articles could be led through the further free space.
- the provision of said further space reduces weight and favors manufacture.
- the first reinforcing rib preferably has a vertical section and an adjoining horizontal section, the vertical section running parallel and spaced apart from the vertical strut and the horizontal section being inclined at an angle, in particular at right angles, to the vertical strut, and wherein the vertical section with the crossmember and the horizontal section with the vertical strut communicates.
- the vertical section and the horizontal section limit said further free space.
- the second reinforcing rib preferably has a vertical section and a horizontal section adjoining it, the vertical section running parallel and spaced apart from the vertical strut and the horizontal section being inclined at an angle, in particular at right angles, to the vertical strut, and wherein the vertical section with the crossmember and the horizontal section with the vertical strut communicates.
- the second reinforcing rib is arranged in relation to the free space between the support elements and forms a boundary therefor.
- the vertical section of the second reinforcing rib is preferably at a greater distance from the vertical strut, seen transversely to the vertical strut, than the first reinforcing rib.
- parts of the hollow body are guided through a recess through the cross member and the cross member has a reinforcing section extending from the cross member opposite the hollow body, to which said parts of the hollow body are connected.
- the front surface of the vertical struts or the front surface of the cross member spans a front plane and the rear surface of the vertical struts or the rear surface of the cross member spans a back plane, the hollow body lying between these two planes or being congruent with these planes, or wherein the hollow body is flush with the front level on one side or lies between the front level and the rear level and protrudes beyond the rear level on the other side.
- the support element and the frame made of metal are particularly preferred.
- the support element is then cohesively connected, in particular via a welded connection, to the crossmember and the metal strut.
- the support element can also be connected to the crossmember and the metal strut in a positive or non-positive manner.

- the support element 6 When the crossbar 5 is loaded via the fastening elements 23 to which the sanitary article 2 is fastened, forces result which are greater than the at least one Support element 6 are introduced into the vertical struts 4 by the cross member 5.
- the support element 6 thus supports the cross member 5 with respect to the support element 6 accordingly.
- the arrangement of the at least one support element 6 means that there is no need to arrange a further cross member, which absorbs significant forces, between the two vertical struts. In other words, the support element 6 allows the arrangement of only one cross member 5, which absorbs essential forces resulting from the sanitary article and the user.
- a support element 6 is particularly preferably arranged per vertical strut 4, which connects the cross member 5 to the respective vertical strut 4.

Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide an arrangement which allows a more flexible pipe penetration, in particular without impairing the stability of the mounting device.
The object according to
The sanitary article has a support surface which overlaps at least parts of the crossmember and parts of the at least one support element. The projection is at right angles to the front plane spanned by the front surfaces of the vertical strut see. As a result of the overlay, the sanitary article can be supported on the crossmember or the support element directly or via a pretext lying between the sanitary article and the hollow body. Such an arrangement is advantageous in terms of good support and in terms of flexibility in the pipe leadthrough. In this context, one can also speak of a box-shaped or hollow-shaped sanitary article support.
In operation, apart from its weight, the sanitary body essentially causes a bending moment on the crossbar. The support element supports the crossmember in such a way that the said bending moment can be introduced into the vertical struts through the support elements. In other words, parts of the force of the sanitary article acting on the crossbar are introduced into the vertical strut via the support element. The arrangement of the support element makes it possible to dispense with a further crossmember which would be arranged at a distance from the existing crossmember, which leaves the space underneath the existing crossmember, apart from the at least one support element. This free space allows, for example, a drain pipe to be placed with greater freedom.
The term “firmly connected” means that there is a fixed or non-separable connection between the corresponding elements, via which forces can be transmitted. The corresponding parts are directly connected to each other.
The crossmember is preferably spaced apart from the upper end of the vertical strut and the lower end of the vertical strut.
In the fully assembled state, the frame is essentially made in one piece. This means that the traverse, the vertical struts and the support elements form a single component.
A supporting element is preferably arranged for each vertical strut, which connects the traverse to the vertical strut, the supporting elements being spaced apart from one another are arranged so that there is a free space between the support elements. A free space is understood to mean that the area between the support elements remains free, that is to say is not blocked by elements of the frame located in this area. The free space has the advantage that a pipeline, which is connected to the sanitary article, can be easily passed through the assembly device and can be adapted to the local conditions. As mentioned, the support element is arranged below the crossbar in the installed position of the mounting device. Above the crossbar, the frame between the vertical struts offers a receiving space for receiving a cistern or other fittings.
The vertical struts preferably have mutually facing inner surfaces, the support element being connected to the respective vertical strut via these surfaces. The support element is thus connected to the vertical strut via the inner surfaces of the vertical struts.
The fastening element is preferably located in the cross member between the connection point between the support element and the cross member and the vertical strut which is connected to the support element. Seen in the installed position, the fastening element therefore lies above the support element or in an area in which the support element is connected to the crossmember. As a result, the force from the crossmember can be applied to the support element in a particularly good and precise manner.
There is preferably one fastening element for each support element.
The front surfaces of the vertical struts preferably span a front plane, the support element being flush with the said front plane. Alternatively, the front surface of the traverse spans a front plane, the support element being flush with the front plane. Due to the flush arrangement of the support elements with the said front plane, not only can a compact assembly device be specified, but also an optimal contacting of the cross member and the support element by the Sanitary fittings are created. The sanitary fitting can be supported on the support element.
The front plane of the cross member is particularly preferably equal to the front plane of the support elements, the front surface of the cross member then being flush with the front surface of the vertical struts.
The support element preferably extends from a connection point with the cross member at an angle to the vertical strut, so that the distance between the support element and the vertical strut becomes smaller as the distance from the vertical strut increases. The connection point is the point which is furthest away from the vertical strut with which the support element is connected. Furthermore, the support element can run from a connection point with the vertical strut essentially at right angles to the vertical strut to a kink point, from which the support element then extends at an angle to the vertical strut.
The hollow body is a body which is bounded by walls, the walls being firmly connected to the vertical strut and the cross member. The forces are then introduced into the vertical strut via the walls, which can also be referred to as flat elements. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the traverse can be an integral part of the hollow body.
The reinforcement profile and / or the reinforcement rib preferably run along the side edges arranged at a distance from the crossmember or the vertical strut. Additionally or alternatively, reinforcement profiles or reinforcement ribs can also be arranged in other areas of the front wall and the rear wall. For example in the flat areas.
In the hollow body according to the invention, the front wall and the rear wall are connected to one another via a first reinforcing rib and a second reinforcing rib. The front wall, the rear wall, the first reinforcing flu and the second reinforcing rib thus delimit said hollow body. In other words, the front wall, rear wall and the reinforcing ribs form a kind of hollow profile.
The first reinforcing rib and the second reinforcing rib are preferably arranged at a distance from one another and in each case connect the side edges of the front wall and the rear wall to one another. Consequently, the reinforcing ribs limit said hollow body.
The first reinforcing rib, the vertical strut and the crossmember preferably delimit a further free space. The further free space is between the vertical strut, the cross member and the hollow body and is an additional space to the one that lies between two support elements. Connection lines to the sanitary articles could be led through the further free space. In addition, the provision of said further space reduces weight and favors manufacture.
The first reinforcing rib preferably has a vertical section and an adjoining horizontal section, the vertical section running parallel and spaced apart from the vertical strut and the horizontal section being inclined at an angle, in particular at right angles, to the vertical strut, and wherein the vertical section with the crossmember and the horizontal section with the vertical strut communicates. The vertical section and the horizontal section limit said further free space.
The second reinforcing rib preferably has a vertical section and a horizontal section adjoining it, the vertical section running parallel and spaced apart from the vertical strut and the horizontal section being inclined at an angle, in particular at right angles, to the vertical strut, and wherein the vertical section with the crossmember and the horizontal section with the vertical strut communicates. The second reinforcing rib is arranged in relation to the free space between the support elements and forms a boundary therefor.
The vertical section of the second reinforcing rib is preferably at a greater distance from the vertical strut, seen transversely to the vertical strut, than the first reinforcing rib.
Preferably, parts of the hollow body, in particular parts of the first and second reinforcing ribs, are guided through a recess through the cross member and the cross member has a reinforcing section extending from the cross member opposite the hollow body, to which said parts of the hollow body are connected.
Preferably, the front surface of the vertical struts or the front surface of the cross member spans a front plane and the rear surface of the vertical struts or the rear surface of the cross member spans a back plane, the hollow body lying between these two planes or being congruent with these planes, or wherein the hollow body is flush with the front level on one side or lies between the front level and the rear level and protrudes beyond the rear level on the other side.
The support element and the frame made of metal are particularly preferred. The support element is then cohesively connected, in particular via a welded connection, to the crossmember and the metal strut. As an alternative or in addition, the support element can also be connected to the crossmember and the metal strut in a positive or non-positive manner. In an alternative embodiment, the support element is made of plastic and is positively or non-positively connected to the crossmember and the vertical strut. In this alternative, the frame is preferably made of metal.
The at least one fastening element is preferably in contact with a threaded rod which projects substantially perpendicular to the frame and the vertical strut and can be brought into contact with the sanitary article. The fastening element has a corresponding internal thread for receiving the threaded rod.
Preferably, at least one, preferably each, of the vertical struts is connected to a footrest, via which footrest the mounting device stands on a floor, the footrest preferably being designed to be displaceable relative to the vertical strut and lockable to the vertical strut.
The vertical struts are preferably designed as square tubes with a square or rectangular cross section. The traverse is preferably a U-profile.
In addition to the said crossbeam, the vertical struts are connected to a connecting rod at the upper end. The connecting rod does not take up any significant loads.
Besonders bevorzugt ist die Ausdehnung bei 250 mm.The maximum extension of the support element in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the vertical struts is preferably in the range from 150 mm to 400 mm, in particular in the range from 200 mm to 300 mm. The expansion at 250 mm is particularly preferred.
In the particularly preferred embodiment, the frame of the mounting device consists of exactly two spaced-apart vertical struts, which are connected to one another via precise one cross-piece with fastening elements and exactly one connecting rod, and from exactly two support elements as described above, which are connected to the cross-piece and one vertical strut each are connected, the cross-member is spaced between an upper end and a lower end of the vertical struts and the connecting rod is placed at the upper end.
Furthermore, the arrangement preferably comprises a cistern, which lies above the crossbar between the vertical struts.
Further embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

In all the embodiments according to the invention, the

In all embodiments of the assembly device according to the present invention, the outer geometry of the
