- The mounting device (1) as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the openings (5) are arranged in such a way that they provide a passage through the hollow body (10).
- The mounting device (1) as claimed in one of claims, characterized in that two securing elements (23) are arranged at a distance from one another, which two securing elements (23) are arranged to the side of the aperture.
- The mounting device (1) as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one, preferably each, of the vertical struts (4) is connected to a foot pad (24), via which foot pad (24) the mounting device rests on a floor, wherein the foot pad (24) is preferably designed in such a way that it can be moved relative to the vertical strut (4) and can be locked relative to the vertical strut (4).
- The mounting device (1) as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front wall (11) and/or the rear wall (12) of the hollow body (10) have bends and/or beads, which reinforce the hollow body.
- An arrangement comprising a mounting device as claimed in one of the preceding claims and a sanitary appliance mounted on the mounting device and having a supporting surface, wherein the supporting surface overlaps parts of the at least one hollow body (10).
