Claims (8)

dans laquelle l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) est soit fixée au châssis de battant (1) et cintrée en direction de la surface frontale (20) du vitrage (2), soit fixée au côté frontal (20) du vitrage (2) et cintrée en direction du châssis de battant (1) périphérique, et
dans laquelle l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) est déformée élastiquement entre le châssis de battant (1) et le vitrage (2) de telle sorte qu'elle exerce une force de précontrainte correspondante entre le châssis de battant (1) et le vitrage (2),
caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) est réalisée en forme de segment de cylindre, l'axe du cylindre imaginaire du segment de cylindre étant parallèle au plan principal du vitrage (2). - Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) est fixée au châssis de battant (1) par un assemblage serré, enfiché ou vissé.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) présente un cintrage avec une hauteur libre (H) de 2 à 10 mm.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) est en plastique avec une épaisseur de 2 à 8 mm.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le vitrage (2) est collé au châssis de battant (1).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte avec un châssis de battant (1) ayant un côté dormant (11) et un côté poignée (10) ainsi qu'avec un vitrage (2) placé dans le châssis de battant (1) en intercalant des cales de vitrage,
comprenant les étapes :1. mise à disposition du châssis de battant (1) et du vitrage (2) ;2. mise en place de cales de vitrage entre le châssis de battant (1) et le vitrage (2) dans la zone d'un appui de vitrage (100), proche du côté frontal (20) du vitrage (2), du châssis de battant (1), au moins une cale de vitrage en tant que cale de contrainte (6) étant réalisée sous la forme d'un segment de cylindre et l'axe du cylindre imaginaire du segment de cylindre étant orienté parallèlement au plan principal du vitrage (2) ;3. enfoncement du vitrage (2) dans le châssis de battant (1) avec déformation élastique de l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) ;4. fixation du vitrage (2) dans le châssis de battant (1) au moyen de parcloses (7) et/ou mise en oeuvre d'un assemblage collé entre le châssis de battant (1) et le vitrage (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que des cales de contrainte (6) sont placées dans la zone du côté poignée (10) du châssis de battant (1) au niveau du tronçon de châssis de battant (12, 14) horizontal supérieur et/ou vertical côté poignée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une cale de contrainte (6) est fixée, avant l'enfoncement du vitrage (2), au niveau du châssis de battant (1) ou du côté frontal (20) du vitrage (2).
