Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fenster oder eine Tür mit einem Flügelrahmen und einer in dem Flügelrahmen unter bereichsweiser Zwischenlage von Verglasungsklötzen gehalterten Verglasung sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung derartiger Fenster.
Fenster oder Türen werden in an sich bekannter Weise hergestellt, indem nach Maßgabe der auszufüllenden Bauwerksöffnung ein Blendrahmen sowie ein darin an Bändern öffenbar gehalterter Flügelrahmen aus Profilabschnitten zusammengefügt wird und in den Flügelrahmen eine Verglasung eingebracht wird. Dabei muss die Verglasung im Bereich ihrer umlaufenden Stirnfläche zum Flügelrahmen hin einen gewissen Abstand aufweisen, um beispielsweise eine unabhängige thermische Ausdehnung zwischen Verglasung und Flügelrahmen zu ermöglichen. Zu diesem Zweck werden üblicherweise Verglasungsklötze zwischen dem Flügelrahmen und der Verglasung im Bereich der Stirnseiten derselben angeordnet, um diesen Abstand sicher zu stellen. Darüber hinaus wird über die Verglasungsklötze, die in unterschiedlichen Höhen vorgehalten werden, das Spaltmaß zwischen Verglasung und Flügelrahmen eingestellt, wobei nicht nur eine gleichmäßige Spaltbreite angestrebt wird, sondern auch eine gewünschte winklige Ausrichtung des Flügelrahmens zur Verglasung. Bei einem öffenbaren Flügelrahmen werden überdies die Verglasungsklötze häufig so ausgewählt, dass der Flügelrahmen im Bereich seiner Griffseite um ein gewisses Maß, beispielweise 1 bis 5 mm angehoben wird, so dass er sich im Laufe seiner Nutzungsdauer um dieses Maß setzen bzw. absenken kann, ohne dass die Funktionsfähigkeit des Fensters beeinträchtigt wird.
Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, Verglasungsklötze unterschiedlicher Höhe vorzuhalten, die auch unter Ausübung einer leichten Vorspannung auf die Verglasung einwirken, wozu beispielhaft auf die DE 42 07 108 C2 verwiesen wird.
Nachteilig beim bekannten Stand der Technik ist jedoch, dass das Einbringen der Verglasungsklötze in den gewünschten Höhen eine manuell aufwendige und Erfahrung des Fensterbauers bedingende Tätigkeit ist, die einer rationellen Produktion hinderlich gegenüberstehen.

The above-explained invention makes it possible to produce the desired diagonal dimension of the sash without the need for additional blocks of different heights by selecting the corresponding curvature of the cylinder blocks designed as clamping blocks when pressing the glazing. As a result, the assembly is significantly simplified and can be carried out in particular by robots.
Instead of the previously explained window doors of all kinds, such as French doors, entrance and interior doors and sliding doors can be formed with such clamping blocks 6.

Claims (8)

  1. Window or door with a casement frame (1) and a glazing (2) supported in the casement frame (1) by means of glazing chocks used in areas as an intermediate layer, wherein at least one of the glazing chocks is formed as a clamping block (6), wherein the at least one clamping block (6) is either fastened to the casement frame (1) and curved in the direction of the front side (20) of the glazing (2) or is fastened to the front side (20) of the glazing (2) and curved in the direction of the surrounding casement frame (1), and wherein the at least one clamping block (6) is elastically deformed between the casement frame (1) and the glazing (2) such that it exerts a corresponding preloading force between the casement frame (1) and the glazing (2), characterised in that the at least one clamping block (6) is formed as a cylinder segment, wherein the axis of the imaginary cylinder of the cylinder segment is parallel to the main plane of the glazing (2).
  2. Window or door according to claim 1, characterised in that the at least one clamping block (6) is fastened to the casement frame (1) via a clamping connection, a plug connection or a screw connection.
  3. Window or door according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the at least one clamping block (6) comprises a curvature with a clear height (H) of 2 to 10 mm.
  4. Window or door according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the at least one clamping block (6) is made of a plastic material with a wall thickness of 2 to 8 mm.
  5. Window or door according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the glazing (2) is glued to the casement frame (1).
  6. Method for manufacturing a window or door with a casement frame (1) with a hinge side (11) and a handle side (10) and a glazing (2) inserted in the casement frame (1) by means of glazing chocks used as an intermediate layer, comprising the steps of:
    1. providing the casement frame (1) and the glazing (2);
    2. inserting glazing chocks between the casement frame (1) and the glazing (2) in the area of a glazing gap (100) of the casement frame (1) that is facing the front side (20) of the glazing (2), wherein at least one glazing chock is formed as a clamping block (6) in the shape of a cylinder segment and the axis of the imaginary cylinder of the cylinder segment is aligned parallel to the main plane of the glazing (2);
    3. pressing the glazing (2) into the casement frame (1), elastically deforming the at least one clamping block (6);
    4. fixing the glazing (2) in the casement frame (1) via glass holding bars (7) and/or inserting an adhesive bond between the casement frame (1) and the glazing (2).
  7. Method according to claim 6, characterised in that clamping blocks (6) are inserted in the area of the handle side (10) of the casement frame (1) at the upper horizontal and/or the handle side vertical casement frame section (12, 14).
  8. Method according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the at least one clamping block (6) is fixed to the casement frame (1) or the front side (20) of the glazing (2) before pressing of the glazing (2).
