Claims (23)
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage (10) für einen Flügel (2) relativ zu einem Rahmen (1) eines Fensters, aufweisend:einen Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) mit einer Innenseite, die dazu angepasst ist, eine Ventilationsöffnung (50) zu verschließen, und mit einer entgegengesetzt liegenden Außenseite, einem ersten Endrand (19) mit einem Scharnierteil (19a) zur Verbindung mit dem Flügel und einem entgegengesetzt liegenden zweiten Endrand (15),einen Griffabschnitt (11) mit einer Innenseite und einer Außenseite, undeinen Abschnitt (12), der den Griffabschnitt (11) mit dem Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) verbindet,wobei die Anlage eine Breitenrichtung von dem ersten Endrand (19) zu dem zweiten Endrand (15) definiert, und eine Höhenrichtung von der Innenseite des Verschlussabschnitts (14, 18) zu der Außenseite des Griffabschnitts,wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) mit dem Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) verbunden ist und der Griffabschnitt (11) sich von dem Verbindungsabschnitt (12) in der Breitenrichtung nach unten erstreckt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Verbindungsabschnitt (12) nahe dem zweiten Rand (15) in einem Abstand (a) zum zweiten Endrand (15) mit dem Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) verbunden ist, wobei der Abstand (a) nicht mehr als 30% der Abmessung (w) des Verschlussabschnitts in der Breitenrichtung beträgt.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) in einer Position angeordnet ist, die in einem Abstand von 0 - 20 mm zum zweiten Endrand (15) des Verschlussabschnitts liegt, vorzugsweise in einem Abstand von 10 - 15 mm.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Breite (w) im Bereich von 40 - 60 mm, vorzugsweise 45 - 55 mm, liegt.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Abmessung (h) in der Höhenrichtung der Anlage im Bereich von 25 - 45 mm, vorzugsweise 30 - 40 mm, besonders bevorzugt ungefähr 35 mm, liegt.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) und der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) eine im Wesentlichen L-förmige Struktur ausbilden.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Griffabschnitt (11) sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) erstreckt, um eine im Wesentlichen U-förmige Gesamtstruktur auszubilden.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) dazu angepasst ist, einen Winkel mit der Flügelstruktur zu bilden, wobei der Winkel vorzugsweise im Bereich von 5 - 15°, besonders bevorzugt 8 - 12°, liegt.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Verriegelungsmechanismus (30) mit dem Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) verbunden ist.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) auf seiner Innenseite mit einer Dichtung (31) versehen ist.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18), der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) und der Griffabschnitt (11) integral ausgebildet sind.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18), der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) und der Griffabschnitt (11) als extrudiertes Profil aus einem Metallmaterial ausgebildet sind.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) mit wenigstens einem sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Kanal (16a, 17a), der der Innenseite zugewandt ist, versehen ist.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach Anspruch 10, 11 oder 12, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) ein integral ausgebildetes Scharnierteil in Form eines Kanals (19b) aufweist, der durch einen aufrecht stehenden Rand (19a) an dem ersten Endrand (19) gebildet ist.
- Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 10 - 13, wobei der Griffabschnitt (11) einen abgerundeten Rand (11a) aufweist.
- Fenster mit einem Rahmen (1) und einem Flügel (2), das wenigstens eine Ventilationsöffnung (50) und eine Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14 aufweist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 15, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) mit dem Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) in einem Abstand (a) zum zweiten Endrand (15) verbunden ist, wobei der Abstand (a) nicht mehr als 30% der Abmessung (w) des Verschlussabschnitts in der Breitenrichtung beträgt, wobei die Breite (w) die entsprechenden Abmessungen der Ventilationsöffnung (50) leicht übersteigt.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 16, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) in einer Position vorgesehen ist, die in einem Abstand von 0 - 20 mm zum zweiten Endrand (15) des Verschlussabschnitts liegt, vorzugsweise in einem Abstand von 10 - 15 mm.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, wobei die Breite (w) im Bereich von 40 - 60 mm, vorzugsweise 45 - 55 mm, liegt.
- Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, wobei die Abmessung (h) in der Höhenrichtung der Anlage im Bereich von 25 - 45 mm, vorzugsweise 30 - 40 mm, besonders bevorzugt ungefähr 35 mm, liegt.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 19, wobei die gesamte Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage (10) innerhalb des Perimeters des Fensterrahmens (1) liegt und sich nicht über die Rahmenbauteile hinaus erstreckt.
- Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) einen Winkel mit der Flügelstruktur bildet, wobei der Winkel vorzugsweise im Bereich von 5 - 15°, besonders bevorzugt 8 - 12°, liegt.
- Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21, wobei ein Verriegelungsmechanismus (30) mit dem Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) der Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage (1) und mit einem oberen Bauteil (2a) des Flügels (2) verbunden ist.
- Fenster nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 22, wobei der Verschlussabschnitt (14, 18) der Lüftungs- und Bedienanlage (1) auf seiner Innenseite mit einer Dichtung (31) versehen ist, die gegen den Flügel abdichtet und die Ventilationsöffnung (50) vollständig abdichtet.
