Claims (11)

  1. Assembly including a heating apparatus such as an insert or stove and a front glass door (1), the heating apparatus comprising a body having a front opening (3) and said glass door (1) being mounted on said body, in front of said opening (3); the glass door (1) is positioned outwards with respect to the front opening (3) and forms an external projection projecting from the wall of the body of the apparatus; the glass door (1) includes a frame (4) and a facade glass (5), and is pivotally mounted on the body of the apparatus by one of its sides;
    characterized in that the facade glass (5) is mounted on a chassis (13), the chassis (13) being pivotable on said frame (4), by one of its lateral sides, the pivoting of the glass (5) and the chassis (13) being between a closing position, in which the chassis (13) is in contact with the frame (4), and an opening position, in which the glass (5) and the chassis (13) form an angle of at least 90° with the plane in which the facade opening (3) generally extends.
  2. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the distance from the front face of the glass (5) to the front opening (3) varies by a minimum distance of four centimeters, up to a maximum distance of fourteen centimeters.
  3. Assembly according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the glass door (1) has a square or rectangular shape, with vertical lateral sides (7) and horizontal upper (8) and lower (9) sides.
  4. Assembly according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lateral sides (7) and the upper side (8) of the frame are perforated and are closed by means of glass panes, with the exception of the lower side (9) of the glass door (1).
  5. Assembly according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the lower side (9) of the frame (4) receives a metal plate (27) provided, on the side of this plate (27) intended, during operation, to be in the vicinity of said facade opening (3), with at least one upwardly oriented flange (28) intended, during operation, to extend along the lower edge of the facade opening (3).
  6. Assembly according to claim 5, characterized in that the metal plate (27) is positioned on the frame (4) in a removable manner, in particular being held on the frame (4) by means of screws (30).
  7. Assembly according to claim 5 or claim 6, characterized in that said longitudinal edge (28) extends over the entire periphery of said metal plate (27), giving this metal plate the shape of a tray.
  8. Assembly according to claim 4, characterized in that the different panes closing the openings of the frame (4) are immobilized on the frame (4) by means of glass fiber braided joints having fire-resistant properties.
  9. Assembly according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that spaces for air passages towards the inside of the body of the apparatus are provided on the periphery of the frame, between the chassis and said frame.
  10. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the glass (5) is curved and in that the upper and lower sides of the frame (4) have curved free edges, the curvatures of which follow the curvature developed by the glass (5).
  11. Assembly according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the chassis (13) extends over the entire periphery of the glass (5).
