Description

The main subject of the present invention is a advanced gas stove.

The evolution of technology in the cookers has been very minimal in recent years.

In general, cookers have always only one function for cooking from above, at know how to cook food in containers of various shapes on open fires or discovered.

Therefore, we are always confronted with the problem cleaning the top of the stove when the containers overflow. In addition, the heating is located on the bottom of the container, so that the food it contains cannot be cooked homogeneously, that is to say by heating taking place over the entire bottom and peripheral surface of the container.

Furthermore, if we refer for example to the document FR-A-2 004 693, cookers have already been proposed the top face of which has an opening defining a housing capable of receiving a cooking tray forming a deep fryer.

However the electric heating resistance fixed on the outside face of the bottom of the tank does not allow consider this bin as constituting a container immediately removable, i.e. as a container can be at will and easily placed in the opening of the stove and out of this opening, just like a usual kitchen container such as a pan that is simply placed on the stove and remove after cooking.

This container is conventionally placed on a plate which is suspended at the edge of this opening. Furthermore, under this burner plate, is mounted a gas burner supported by a bowl retained on the lower part of a duct, itself located under the edge of the opening.

This document therefore describes a stove ensuring a conventional heating of foodstuffs contained in a container, which is placed on the burner plate.

The present invention therefore aims to remedy to the above drawbacks by offering a stove perfected in the sense that it allows to integrate into the top part of the stove a usable container as simple as a classic kitchen container, such as a pan or even a dish for serving cooked food, with the added benefit that food will be heated and cooked evenly, and that the overflow problems are practically deleted.

To this end, the subject of the invention is a improved gas stove with upper side has at least one opening forming a housing suitable for receive a cooking container under which is mounted inside the stove, at least one gas burner supported by a bowl interposed between a housing and the bottom of container, characterized in that the bowl is retained on the edge of the opening forming a housing for the container which is placed by simple removal in said housing and whose upper edge is flush substantially the plane of the upper face of the cooker, the bottom wall of the container forming with the bowl a combustion chamber and the upper edge of the container forming with the edge of the bowl a space free for the exhaust of combustion gases.

The aforementioned free space may be created with the support of the container on stops or the like secured to the bowl.

The aforementioned free space may also communicate with a chamber extending under the upper face of the stove to form a warming zone for the container.

According to yet another characteristic of the invention, the housing and bowl have inlet openings combustion air.

The openings on the bowl are made in the sides thereof and / or on bosses or the like provided in the bottom of the bowl to prevent the flow of commodity overflows through said bowl.

We will also specify here that between the sides of the bowl and the casing is arranged a wall forming a heat shield and defining with the housing a chamber receiving the gas burner control elements.

The casing will advantageously be provided in part upper window for viewing the flame emitted by the burner.

The burner has a circular head mounted through the bottom wall of the bowl or else constitutes a ramp fixed to said bottom wall.

  • la figure 1 est une vue schématique et en perspective d'une cuisinière à gaz équipée des perfectionnements selon l'invention ;
However, other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear better in the detailed description which follows and refers to the attached drawings, given solely by way of example, and in which:
  • Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of a gas stove equipped with improvements according to the invention;
  • Figure 2 is a sectional view along line II-II of Figure 1; and
  • Figure 3 is a view similar to 1 Figure 2, but illustrating another embodiment of the invention.

Referring first to Figure 1, we see a gas stove, which, according to an exemplary embodiment, forms a parallelepipedic block 1 whose front face is provided with a door 2 for access to an oven and with a plurality of buttons 3 for controlling gas supply and extinction fueling the stove fires.

According to the embodiment shown, the face upper 4 of the stove is equipped with two heads of conventional burners 5 whose discovered flame may heat any cooking vessels placed on said heads.

As best seen in Figure 2, the face upper 4 of the stove 1 has an opening forming housing 6 capable of receiving a container 7 allowing the cooking of any food and under which is mounted, inside the stove, a gas burner generally identified at 8.

It is important to observe already here that the container 7 which, according to the embodiment shown, has the shape of a rectangular tank, is mounted easily removable in the housing 6 so that will described in detail below, and this in order to allow handling as simple as a container classic kitchen that is placed on a gas burner uncovered, such as the burner 5.

On observera encore que le bord supérieur 9 du récipient ou bac 7 affleure sensiblement le plan de la face 4 de dessus de la cuisinière 1.It will also be observed that the upper edge 9 of the container or tray 7 is substantially flush with the plane of face 4 of top of stove 1.

The gas burner 8 located under the container 7 is, as we can see it in Figure 2, supported by a bowl or the like 10 retained on the edge 1 of the opening forming housing 6 for said container.

More specifically, the burner 8 has a head circular 12 which is mounted through through the wall of bottom 13 of bowl 10, said bowl being interposed between the bottom wall 14 of the container 7 and a casing 15 secured to the underside of the upper face 4 of the stove, as seen in 16.

Thus, when the container 7 is placed, by simple deposits, in the housing 6, the bottom wall 14 of this container forms with the bowl 10 the housing 6 which constitutes a combustion chamber. Advantageously, the combustion gases will be distributed in the room or housing 6 to evenly heat the entire surface outside of container 7, so that food contained in this container will be heated and cooked homogeneously, which is not the case with open flame burners, such as burners visible in 5 in Figure 1.

We have shown in 17 in Figure 2 a free space created between the upper edge 9 of the container 7 and the edge 18 of the bowl 10, which edge 18 cooperates with the edge 11 of the opening in the upper face 4 of the cooker, thus retaining the bowl 10.

The free space 17 left between the edges 9 and 18 allows combustion gases in the housing or chamber 6 of escape to the outside atmosphere as materialized by arrows in Figure 2.

We see in this figure that free space or exhaust 17 is created by the fact that the wall of bottom 14 of the container or tray 7 rests on stops or the like 19 integral with the bowl 10 and making protruding towards the inside thereof.

We could perfectly imagine, without going outside the framework of the invention, that the stops 19 are provided on the below the bottom wall 14 of the container 7 and cooperate with the side wall 20 of the bowl 10. In the latter case, the stops could be shaped so as to form feet for the container 7 which could therefore constitute a deep dish or a vegetable dish that can be placed directly on a table. The stops could also be an integral part of the burner 8, in which case the container 7 would rest on this burner by means of said stops. House could perfectly, without departing from the framework of the invention, rest the container directly on the burner 8 which would then play the role of a burner self-supporting.

According to another embodiment, and as we see clearly in FIG. 3, the free space 17 communicates with a chamber 21 which extends under the upper face 4 from the stove and which opens towards the rear of the latter as seen in 22 so as to allow the evacuation of hot gases. Thus, the chamber 21 formed by the upper side 4 of the stove and a lateral extension 15a of the casing 15 constitute advantageously an area allowing the heating of containers usually used for cooking, being understood that the container (s) to be heated must simply be placed on the upper side 4 of the stove above room 21.

The casing 15 has in its bottom openings 23 combustion air inlet. Bowl 10 includes also openings 24 forming inlets for the air oxidizer.

In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the openings 24 are formed at the top of a boss 25 provided on the bottom 13 of the bowl 10, while in the embodiment of Figure 3, the air inlets oxidizer 24 are provided on at least one of the sides 20 bowl 10 which, as explained above, allows to collect food overflows.

In either case, the air inlets 24 will prevent flow to the housing 15 of the overflows of food retained by the bowl 10. In the embodiment of Figure 2, it will be noted that the combustion air will be distributed around the head 12 of the through 8 burner the bottom 13 of the bowl 10 at the level of the boss 25 having the openings 24.

We have shown at 26 in Figures 2 and 3 a wall forming a heat shield with respect to the housing 6 forming hot gas distribution chamber around the container 7. This wall 26 defines with the casing 15 a chamber 27 receiving the control elements of the gas burner 8. These control elements are essentially made up by a thermostatic valve 28. The latter is provided on a pipe 29 connected to an assembly 30 forming venturi system and gas injector, which is connected to the burner 8, as is clearly visible in FIGS. 2 and 3.

In the upper part of the casing 15, a window 31 is provided. that we see in Figures 1, 2 and 3 and which allows advantageously to visualize the flame emitted by the burner 8.

In the embodiment of Figure 3, we used the same references to designate the elements common to those of figure 2.

This embodiment of FIG. 3 differs from that of Figure 2 by the presence of the warming 21 already described, and also by the arrangement air inlet openings 24 in the bowl 10, the path followed by the combustion air being materialized by arrows in Figures 2 and 3.

Also, the embodiment of Figure 3 differs from that of Figure 2, in that the burner 8 is here a ramp gas 32 located inside the bowl 10 and fixed by screwing or any other appropriate means on its wall background 13. We have also shown in FIG. 3 a system of ignition of the ramp 32 which consists of an electrode 33 and a remote control 34. Security is ensured by a thermocouple 35 which controls the cutting of the gas at tap 28. It will be observed that the ramp to gas 32 allows a construction of the assembly reduced in height and ensuring good heat distribution in the combustion chamber 6 around the container 7.

It will also be noted that the edge 9 of the container 7 takes directly support on top 4 of the stove.

Revenant à la figure 2, on voit en 36 un palpeur de contact pouvant coopérer avec le fond 14 du récipient ou bac amovible 7 et agissant sur le débit gaz du robinet thermostatique 28.Returning to FIG. 2, we see at 36 a feeler of contact able to cooperate with the bottom 14 of the container or removable tank 7 and acting on the gas flow from the tap thermostatic 28.

We will also observe here that the upper edge 9 of the container 7 is folded outwards to constitute advantageously an anti-drip means which, moreover, closely cooperates with the folded upper edge 18 of the bowl 10 supporting the burner 8.

According to the invention, a cooker was therefore produced. gas equipped with a compact unit with easily tray removable and can be heated evenly over its entire surface, cleaning problems being limited to the bin itself, as would be the case with a container usual cooking. In addition, the heat source heating the tank is somehow locked up and there has no safety issues at the flame, as it there is no risk of the container overturning. Finally, in case overflows, just clean the top of the stove around the tank, it being understood that the overflows reaching the interior of the range will be recovered by the bowl supporting the burner, and this without risk of blocking the openings or gills of combustion air passage.

Of course, the invention is nowhere limited to described and illustrated embodiments which have not been given as an example.

Egalement, la cuisinière pourrait tout simplement constituer un bloc de cuisson réduit à sa plus simple expression, c'est-à-dire tel qu'on le voit sur les figures 2 et 3.This is how the gas burner could be fixed on the housing instead of being on the bowl. Also, the stove could simply constitute a block of cooking reduced to its simplest expression, that is to say as seen in Figures 2 and 3.
