Claims (7)

  1. Moule de coulée (1) servant à couler un piston (2) d'un moteur à combustion interne, dans lequel le moule de coulée (1) présente, dans la zone d'une surface intérieure (3) ultérieure d'une jupe de piston, une texture de surface (5) formée par des rainures (4) et dans lequel les rainures (4) présentent les dimensions qui suivent,
    - une profondeur de 0,2 mm < p < 0,5 mm,
    - une largeur de 0,02 mm < l < 0,05 mm, ainsi que
    - des parois de rainure (6), qui sont inclinées vers l'extérieur à 0° < α < 10°.
  2. Moule de coulée selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les rainures (4) forment une structure quadrangulaire.
  3. Moule de coulée selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'une distance d'environ 0,2 mm < d < 2,0 mm se situe entre deux rainures (4).
  4. Moule de coulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les rainures (4) sont pratiquées au moyen d'un laser.
  5. Moule de coulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un revêtement (8), en particulier un enduit, est appliqué sur la texture de surface (5).
  6. Moule de coulée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la texture de surface (5) est réalisée sous la forme d'un motif gaufré carré.
  7. Piston (2) coulé dans un moule de coulée (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, avec une texture de surface (5) formée par des rainures (4) dans la zone d'une surface intérieure (3) de la jupe de piston, dans lequel les rainures (4) présentent les dimensions qui suivent,
    - une profondeur de 0,2 mm < p < 0,5 mm,
    - une largeur de 0,02 mm < l < 0,05 mm, ainsi que
    - des parois de rainure (6), qui sont inclinées vers l'extérieur à 0° < α < 10°.
