Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sound absorbing wall with vertical posts and a plurality of insulating elements of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
  • Sound insulation walls of prior art design are usually constructed of vertical posts that are placed at regular intervals, for example, along a road, an industrial plant or along a track and used between the plate-shaped insulation elements.
  • Such insulation elements comprise a sheet-metal housing, in particular of aluminum, in the interior of which an insulating insert is held.
  • the sheet metal housing has a transverse to its longitudinal axis hollow cross-section and that peripheral walls of the sheet metal housing are formed by at least one folded relative to this hollow cross-section sheet.
  • a soundproofing element whose housing is formed by two lateral, vertically extending frame parts and two horizontal frame parts, namely an upper frame part and a lower frame part.
  • webs are attached to the vertically extending frame parts, which engage between the vertical posts and on which laterally outwardly projecting rubber-elastic seals are arranged, via which the soundproofing element is supported on the vertical post.
  • the DE 20 2010 010 416 U1 , the DE 20 2008 016 451 U1 , the DE 10 2011 051 342 A1 and the EP 1 455 018 A1 show noise barrier elements in different designs.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a sound-absorbing wall of the type mentioned, which is less expensive to produce.
  • the end-side design of the insulating elements is easier and cheaper, since fewer items are necessary and material and installation costs omitted.
  • the design of the noise protection elements with ends open at the ends leads to a reduction of the sound propagation around the edge of the noise protection element, because there is no more metal there. Sound that makes the metal vibrate is therefore no longer passed through metal around this edge.
  • Another positive aspect is that the distance from the end face of the Dämmelements to the opposite portion of the vertical post in addition to a reduction in noise, because no exactly defined node for a sound wave is more available.
  • the upper holder and the lower holder are preferably extruded aluminum profiles. They can be designed as open or closed profiles. Such profiles can be easily manufactured in the desired shape and have a low weight. These components are preferably made without sharp edges, so that the risk of injury is not given.
  • the lower holder with respect to the cross section between lateral profiles a receiving space and under this a center wall, wherein in the middle wall an increase to the formation of lateral channels is provided.
  • the formation of the channels has the advantage that moisture, which is reflected on the insulating body, runs down and thus enters the channels and is discharged in these in the longitudinal direction of the insulating element.
  • the upper holder and / or lower holder end-side stopper which support the insulation elements in their longitudinal direction on the vertical posts. This ensures that the insulation elements do not move in their longitudinal direction.
  • the opening for receiving the attachment portion is formed in the trapezoidal portion of the upper holder.
  • the stoppers consist of an EPDM.
  • the stoppers are designed as a substantially T-shaped or L-shaped body, whereby it is possible to attach the stopper to the insulating member by a leg of the body is inserted into one of the frontal openings of the holder.
  • the stoppers are preferably applied to a web of the vertical post.
  • the vertical posts have opposite legs between which the ends of the insulating elements are received and supported against them by means of coupling elements.
  • Such an arrangement has the advantage that the coupling elements in any load condition (full compression and full relief) always have contact with the insulating element or to the sheets of the housing and in this way, even with strong exposure to sound waves on the insulating a good damping effect is achieved.
  • a coupling element comprises an extruded profile with a receiving groove and a damper element with a foot, wherein the foot of the damper element is held in the receiving groove.
  • the extruded profile comprises a holding section and a stop bar arranged at a distance therefrom, which serves as an anti-twist device for screws.
  • the damper element preferably consists of an EPDM profile which comprises an inner damping body and an outer damping body and an intermediate cavity.
  • an embodiment of the damper element offers different damping effects, since the damping characteristic first by the outer damping body is determined and only upon impact of the outer damping body on the inner damping body, a different characteristic of the elastic properties is effected.
  • a major advantage of the coupling elements is their interchangeability, namely by the screw on the post and the insertion of the damper element in the receiving groove.
  • the Fig. 1 shows a side view of an inventively designed sound insulating wall 1, which is formed by a number of vertical posts 2 with plate-shaped insulating elements 3 arranged therebetween.
  • the vertical posts 2 have in the embodiment shown at its lower end depending on a screw 4, with which they are attached to a base, not shown. It may also be expedient to drive the vertical posts 2 into the ground, to embed them or to fix them in some other way.
  • the individual insulating elements 3 are formed as elongated plates which extend along a longitudinal axis which extends horizontally between the individual vertical posts 2. Between two adjacent vertical posts a plurality of insulating elements 3 are stacked one above the other. For installation, first the vertical posts 2 are set up and then the insulation elements 3 are inserted from above and stacked one above the other between the vertical posts 2.
  • Fig. 2 is a vertical section through the sound insulating wall 1 is shown.
  • the vertically upwardly projecting from the screw flange 4 vertical post 2 has lateral legs 5 between which the ends of the insulating elements 3 are held.
  • the insulating elements 3 have a hollow cross-section, in each of which a total height of the insulating element 3 engaging insulating body 7 is arranged.
  • a vertical section through an insulating element 3 is shown, which comprises a housing 6 and an insulating body 7 located therein.
  • the housing 6 consists of two folded sheets 8 and 9, which overlap positively in the ceiling and bottom portion of the housing 6.
  • the bottom region of the housing 6 is designed as a groove 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of the insulating element 3, whereas the ceiling region is shaped as a spring 11.
  • This shaping makes it possible for the insulating elements 3 'and the insulating element 3 respectively disposed above and below to engage in one another in a form-fitting manner.
  • the sound source and thus, for example, the tracks facing sheet 8 is designed in the vertical section as a perforated plate, so the pressure or sound waves can enter the housing 6 and be absorbed by the insulating body 7.
  • Both sheets 8, 9 are preferably made of aluminum with a sheet thickness of about 1.5 mm. Of course, depending on the requirements and conditions of use, other sheet thicknesses are possible, for example in the range of 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm.
  • an upper holder 12 is arranged in the housing 6, which is designed so that a trapezoidal section 13 corresponds to the shape of the spring of the housing 6 and between side profiles 14, a receiving space 15 is formed for the upper portion of the Dämmstoff stresses 7, wherein the trapezoidal section 13 has an intermediate wall 13 '.
  • the trapezoidal section 13 and the lateral profiles 14 are hollow, so that in the upper holder 12 at the end end openings 16 and 16 'are present.
  • a lower holder 17 is provided in the housing 6, which is designed so that between the side profiles 18 of the groove 10 of the housing 6 adapted shape is given, with a center wall 18 'is disposed between the profiles 18 and above a receiving space 19 is formed for the lower portion of the insulating body 7.
  • the middle wall 18 ' is provided with an elevation 21 directed towards the insulating body 7, so that lateral channels 20 are formed, which possibly dissipate dampening on the insulating body 7 and thus downwardly running drops in the longitudinal direction of the insulating element 3.
  • the Fig. 4 shows a side view of a stopper 22, which in the exemplary embodiment comprises a T-shaped body 23 having a stop region 24 and extending from this leg 25. At the outer edges of the stop portion 24, this may be flattened.
  • Fig. 4 is a view of the stopper 22 in the direction of arrow V in Fig. 4 shown.
  • This in Fig. 4 shown measure h corresponds to the height of the opening in the trapezoidal section 13, and the in Fig. 5 shown dimension b corresponds to the lower Width of the trapezoidal shape of this opening, so that the leg 25 can be inserted into this opening 16 and in this way the stopper 22 is attached.
  • the Fig. 6 shows a section of a horizontal section through a sound insulating wall 1 in the region of the ends of the insulating elements 3 holding vertical post 2.
  • the vertical post 2 consists of a carrier profile, the opposite leg 5 and 5 'and a connecting web 26 includes this.
  • On the mutually facing sides of the legs 5 and 5 'coupling elements 27 are arranged, which are fastened by means of screws 28 and nuts 29 to the legs 5 and 5'.
  • the coupling element 27 is preferably made of an aluminum extruded profile 31 and a damper element 32, preferably made of EPDM.
  • the extruded profile has in a holding portion 33 a receiving groove for a foot 34 of the damper element 32.
  • the coupling elements 27 may have different heights, so that insulation elements of different thickness can be fixed in the vertical post.
  • an insulating element 3 used external damping body 30 are biased to the sheets 8, 9, so that a constant contact with the insulating element 3 is given. Up to a certain size and dimensional tolerances of Dämmelements 3 and / or the vertical post 2 are compensated.
  • Fig. 6 shows that the ends or end faces of the insulating elements 3 are open.
  • the distance between the insulating elements 3 to the web 26 of the vertical post 2 is maintained by the stopper 22 arranged at the end, as by Fig. 7 becomes clear.
  • the Fig. 7 In the plane of the insulating elements 3 are located on both sides of the web 26, the ends of the superimposed insulating elements 3.
  • In the openings 16 are the ends of the legs 25 of the respective body 23rd used so that the stoppers 22 are fixed in this way.
  • the stop regions 24 the insulating elements 3 are supported on the web 26 of the vertical post 2.
  • the design according to the invention with open end faces of the ends of the insulating elements leads to a reduction of the propagation of sound, as compared to the known arrangements metallic parts are omitted, so that the vibrations are reduced in this area. Due to the open end of the insulating elements, there is no defined sonic vibration node developing there, but instead a blurred sound reflection surface is formed, namely a superposition of vibration nodes and antinodes. As has surprisingly been found, this improves the sound absorption in the edge region of the Dämmelements.
