Definitions
- the invention relates to a climbing bracket and a casing part, in which the climbing bracket can be suspended, for use in a wall, as well as a combination of the climbing bracket with the casing part according to the independent claims.
- the consoles typically have a triangular frame, one side of which rests against the wall when the console is suspended and the second side of which protrudes perpendicular to the wall to form a walkway and / or serves to support the wall formwork.
- the catwalk is normally formed by boards placed on adjacent consoles.
- the wall formwork is usually placed directly on the wall on several brackets.
- a post for the formation of a fall protection can usually be inserted.
- CH 705 227 describes a climbing bracket with a hook on a frame, wherein the hook can be hung in a casing part.
- the hook has widening means by means of which it can be widened within the cladding part, so that after hooking the hook cannot be detached from the cladding part due to a permanent non-positive connection
- DE 3840761 A1 , GB 1360002 A and CH 66066 A also describe a climbing bracket for hanging in a formwork part.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an even safer and more user-friendly climbing console.
- the hook can be suspended in a wall recess formed by the cladding part and inside the cladding part against detachment from the cladding part securable.
- the casing part and the hook each comprise at least one passive securing element.
- a securing element of the casing part engages with a securing element of the hook during a force acting on the hook in a vertical or oblique direction upwards in such a way that detachment of the hook from the casing part can be prevented.
- the hook has a projection on a first surface which cooperates with a second surface of the casing part when the hook is subjected to tensile load.
- the cladding part has an indentation as a securing element on the second surface.
- a first surface of the hook and a second surface of the cladding part which interact when the hook is subjected to tensile load, are inclined in the insertion direction of the hook such that a lower area of the first and the second area in the insertion direction is further away from a rear side of the cladding part as an upper area of the first and second surfaces.
- the climbing bracket according to the invention is used in particular when building structures made of concrete for hanging in at least one wall recess provided with a cladding part according to the invention.
- the casing part according to the invention is used as a lost element in a wall recess.
- passive is to be understood to the effect that a passive safety element only “secures” when an external force is exerted.
- end face or “end face” relates to a side of the relevant element facing the cladding part. Accordingly, the term “rear” refers to the side opposite the front side.
- Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of a first embodiment of a climbing bracket 1.
- the climbing bracket 1 is suspended in a wall (not shown here) in a recess provided for this purpose and serves as a Platform and formwork for the ongoing construction work.
- the climbing bracket 1 comprises a frame 14.
- Such a frame 14 is in the document CH 705 227 is adequately described and is therefore not explained in more detail here.
- the frame 14 is only in Fig. 1 , 2 , 14th , 15 and 16 shown, but it should be assumed to be present for all other embodiments of the climbing bracket 1.
- a hook 2 is provided, which can be suspended in the not shown recess in the wall.
- the hook 2 is preferably captively attached to the frame 14, which applies to all embodiments of the invention.
- the climbing bracket 1 on the frame 14 has a panel (not shown here) with an opening on the end face, the panel being in particular a rubber lip. The rubber lip is used to prevent dirt, such as concrete milk, from getting into the wall recess. This is also detailed in the document CH 705 227 described.
- the climbing bracket 1 further comprises a tensioning means 16a, in the present examples designed as a transverse wedge, which is used to fasten or brace the hook 2 on the frame 14. This fastening is achieved in that after the hook 2 has been inserted into the frame 14, the wedge 16a can be inserted through a side opening of the frame 14 and a side opening 16 of the hook 2.
- the climbing bracket 1 is attached to the wall as described below.
- a locking pin 6 is attached to the shuttering elements set up for the construction of the wall piece in such a way that an opening 31 of the shuttering part 3 can be pushed onto the locking pin 6 until the end face of the shuttering part 3 rests on the locking pin 6 and the opening 31 is closed. This prevents the opening 31 from being closed during the subsequent filling of concrete between the formwork elements.
- the cladding part 3 has a closed rear side 5 and, in the lower part, a depression 5a for receiving part of the hook 2.
- the cladding part 3 is firmly anchored in the concrete as a lost element and forms a recess therein, which is accessible through the opening 31.
- the climbing bracket 1 can now be inserted into the recess formed by the cladding part 3 by first inserting the hook 2 of the climbing bracket 1 through the opening 31 and then hooking it into the cladding part 3. The hook 2 is then secured in it against loosening or unhinging by means of security elements. Then any other elements of the climbing bracket 1 are set up, such as boards that serve as a platform for further work.
- Fig. 2 shows a side view of a first embodiment of the console 1 in the suspended state and Fig. 3 the console off Fig. 2 in a secured state.
- the hook 2 has a projection 4a as a securing element on a first surface, which interacts with a second surface of the cladding part 3 when the hook 2 is subjected to tensile load.
- the cladding part 3 has an indentation 4b as a securing element on the second surface.
- Fig. 3 the securing of the hook 2 is shown. As soon as the hook 2 has been hooked into the lower formation of the cladding part 3, it is opposite to the insertion direction x (which for reasons of clarity is only shown in FIG Fig. 1 and 2 is shown but should be assumed as given for all embodiments) until the projection 4a enters the indentation 4b.
- the climbing bracket 1 is then secured by means of the cross wedge 16a ( Fig. 1 ) firmly clamped to the cladding part 3 or to the wall, in that the transverse wedge 16a is driven or pushed into the aligned holes 16 of the frame 14 and the hook 2.
- Figures 4 and 5 each show a side view of a second, not claimed embodiment of FIG Climbing console, with in Fig. 4 the hook 2 is suspended in the cladding part 3 and in Fig. 5 the hook 2 is secured in the casing part 3.
- This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that other securing elements are provided.
- the cladding part 3 has a securing flap 8b as a securing element, and the hook 2 has a counter surface 8a to the securing flap 8b on an upper edge.
- the securing flap 8b is attached to a side of the cladding part 3 facing the upper edge of the hook 2.
- the safety flap 8b is pivotable between a vertical position and an inclined or horizontal position.
- the securing flap 8b prevents the hook 2 from being unhooked in that it hits the opposite surface 8a of the hook 2 when the hook 2 is displaced upwards.
- the securing flap 8b is flexible due to its shape and the elastic material and can be brought into the horizontal or inclined position when the hook 2 is inserted, whereby it springs back into the vertical position when the hook 2 is suspended or secured.
- the counter surface 8 a is formed here by a groove in the upper edge of the hook 2. Alternatively, it can also be just a section of the upper edge of the hook 2.
- the groove 8a limits the safety flap 8b from slipping sideways when the external force acts.
- the leeway is given or adjustable by the length of the groove 8a.
- the safety flap in each of the in connection with Figures 1 to 7 and 14th named embodiments are used as an additional securing element.
- Figures 6 and 7 each show a side view of a third embodiment of the climbing bracket 1, wherein in Fig. 6 the hook 2 is suspended in the cladding part 3 and in Fig. 7 the hook 2 is secured in the casing part 3.
- the first surface 4c of the hook 2 and the second surface 4d of the cladding part 3, which interact when the hook 2 is subjected to tensile load, are inclined in the insertion direction x of the hook 2.
- a lower region of the two surfaces 4c, 4d is further away from the rear side 5 of the casing part 3 in the insertion direction x than an upper region of both surfaces 4c, 4d.
- the securing effect is similar to that of the first embodiment of the climbing bracket 1 and the cladding part 3 and is therefore not explained again.
- a combination of the first and third embodiments is also possible.
- only the securing flap 8b and the groove 8a or the area 8a of the upper edge of the hook 2 can also be used.
- Figures 8, 9 and 10 each show a side view of a fourth, unclaimed embodiment of the climbing bracket 1 with a securing lever 7, with FIG Fig. 8 the hook 2 is in an intermediate position between the inserted position and the hung position, in Fig. 9 the hook 2 is suspended in the cladding part 3 and in Fig. 10 the hook 2 is secured in the casing part 3.
- the securing lever 7 acts as a securing element of the hook 2 and the "ceiling" 15 of the cladding part 3 acts as a securing element of the same.
- This variant can also be used on its own or in addition to those in connection with Figs. 1 to 3 , 6 to 7 and 14th named embodiments are used.
- the hook 2 thus has the securing lever 7 as a securing element and the cladding part 3 has the ceiling 15 as a counter surface to the securing lever 7 as a securing element on.
- the safety lever 7 is pivotable between a vertical position and an inclined or horizontal position.
- the securing lever 7 is arranged in the inclined or horizontal position during the introduction of the hook 2 into the cladding part 3 and in the vertical position after it has been suspended. In the vertical position, it prevents the hook 2 from becoming detached in that, when the hook 2 is displaced upwards, it hits the opposing surface 15 of the cladding part 3.
- the securing lever 7 is rounded on a rear lower edge facing the inlet opening 31 of the cladding part 3 in such a way that the securing lever 7 rolls on this rounded edge during the pivoting, which is shown in FIG Fig. 8 can be seen.
- the securing lever 7 When the hook 2 is inserted into the casing part 3, the securing lever 7 is inclined against the insertion direction x, which can be done manually. This is not necessary, however, since the safety lever 7 inclines by itself as soon as its upper section hits the upper edge of the opening 31. As soon as the hook 2 is inserted and lowered into the suspended position, the securing lever 7 stands up because its lower edge is pressed onto the support of the casing part 3. The movement of the safety lever 7 is brought about on the one hand by means of the rounded lower edge corner of the safety lever 7 facing the opening 31 and on the other hand by means of the fastening 7a, 7b.
- the securing lever 7 is attached to the hook 2 by means of a pin 7a which is attached to the side or in the middle of the hook 2 and which can be displaced in an elongated hole 7b of the securing lever 7.
- the rounded corner enables the safety lever 7 to be pivoted into the inclined position (cf. Fig. 8 ). If the hook 2 is now pressed down into the suspended position, the front area of the safety lever 7 is also pressed down via the pin 7a, the safety lever 7 being on the rounded corner unrolls and comes to rest with its lower edge on the support surface of the cladding part 3.
- the hook 2 preferably rests in all embodiments of the climbing bracket 1 on the support surface of the cladding part 3 when it is resting in the secured position.
- Fig. 11 shows the side view Fig. 10 wherein the hook 2 is suspended in the cladding part 3.
- the securing lever 7 has a first spring 12 which is designed in such a way that it pivots the securing lever 7 into the vertical position as soon as the hook 2 is attached.
- the first spring 12 is wound around the pin 7a and fastened at one end to the body of the hook 2 and at the other end to the securing lever 7.
- the first spring 12 is designed in such a way that it is tensioned in the inclined position of the safety lever 7 and supports its pivoting into the upright position.
- the securing lever 7 has a suitable height so that it can pivot within the casing part 3. In other words, it is at a certain distance from the mating surface 15 in the upright position.
- Figures 12 and 13 each show a side view of a fifth embodiment of the climbing bracket that is not claimed, with FIG Fig. 12 the hook 2 is inserted in the cladding part 3 and in Fig. 13 the hook 2 is secured in the casing part 3.
- the hook 2 has at least one projection 17 on the side as a securing element and the cladding part 3 has a guide channel 17a as a securing element.
- the guide channel 17a is designed in such a way that it receives the projection 17 of the hook 2 and the hook 2 from an insertion position leads to the secured position of the hook 2 in the cladding part 3, in which it strikes against a wall of the guide channel 17a in a vertical or oblique direction when a force is applied to the hook 2.
- Figure 14 shows a perspective view of a sixth, unclaimed embodiment of the climbing bracket 1 after the hook 2 has been secured in the casing part 3.
- the hook 2 or the frame 14 has at least one sliding rail 18 on the side as a securing element and the casing part 3 has an elongated channel 18a as a security element.
- the sliding rail 18 is designed in such a way that, after hooking the hook 2 in the casing part 3 into the elongated channel 18a, it can be pushed into an end position in which, when a force is applied to the hook 2, it can be pushed in a vertical or inclined direction against a wall of the elongated channel 18a.
- the procedure for securing the hook 2 in the casing part 3 for the sixth embodiment is explained below.
- the hook 2 is inserted into the inlet opening 31 as described above.
- the sliding rail 18, which is slidably attached to the hook 2 or the frame 14 by means of a holder 18b, remains outside the casing part 3.
- the hook 2 is then brought into the suspended position, as already described for other embodiments.
- the sliding rail 18 is still outside the casing part 3, but the sliding rail 18 is now aligned with the elongated channel 18 a, since it has moved downwards with the hook 2.
- the sliding rail 18 is now pushed in the insertion direction x and penetrates into the channel 18a, so that the hook 2 is secured in the cladding part 3.
- the wedge 16a is shown, which the hook 2 on the frame 14 (cf. Fig. 2 ) fixed.
- FIG. 15 and Figure 16 show a side view of a seventh, not claimed embodiment of FIG Climbing bracket 1, a bolt 9 being used here as a securing element.
- the hook 2 is suspended in the cladding part 3 and the bolt 9 is pushed into the climbing bracket 1.
- the hook 2 is secured in the casing part 3 and the bolt 9 is pushed into the casing part 3.
- the bolt 9 functions as a securing element above the hook 2 and the ceiling 15 of the cladding part 3 as a securing element of the same.
- This variant can also be used on its own or in addition to those in connection with Figs. 1 to 3 , 6 to 7 and 14th named embodiments are used.
- the procedure for securing the hook 2 in the casing part 3 for the seventh embodiment is explained below. Two variants of the design of the bolt 9 are provided. First, the hook 2 is inserted into the inlet opening 31 and brought into the suspended position.
- the latch comprises a foot 9a on which it rests on the hook 2.
- the foot 9a is mounted on the hook 2 in the direction of the opening 31 and away from the opening 31.
- the foot is clamped between the top of the frame 14 and the hook.
- the bolt 9 initially remains outside the cladding part 3.
- the hook 2 is then suspended, as already described for other embodiments, and the bolt 9 is pushed into the inlet opening 31.
- the bolt 9 can already be inserted in the suspended position, or only when the hook is in the end position corresponding to the secured position.
- the hook 2 is secured in the cladding part 3.
- the bolt 9 is manually moved backwards so that it comes out of the cladding part 3, and the hook 2 is pulled out of the cladding part 3 in the manner already explained.
- a second spring (not shown) is provided for the bolt 9, which connects the bolt 9 to the hook 2 or to the foot 9a and in the in Figures 15 and 16 positions shown.
- the bolt 9 When the hook 2 is pushed into the inlet opening 31, the bolt 9 is pushed back as soon as it comes into contact with the ceiling 15.
- the second spring moves the bolt 9 back into its upright position and thus secures the hook 2 in the cladding part 3, which is shown in FIG Fig. 16 is shown.
- the bolt 9 is swiveled manually and the hook 2 is pulled out of the cladding part 3 in the manner already explained.
- the climbing bracket described here in conjunction with the cladding part offers secure attachment to a wall.
- the focus is on the occurrence of an upward external force on the console.
- This direction of the force vertically or obliquely upwards represents the only direction of action of a force which is particularly critical for a detachment or detachment of the climbing bracket from the cladding part.
- Such a force can arise on a construction site when material is lifted by a crane to / from the platform supported by the climbing console.
- the material or parts of the crane can get stuck on the climbing bracket while the crane motor is still active and the material that has got stuck tries to lift it further upwards.
- the present invention counteracts such a problem in an effective manner through the improved climbing bracket and the improved casing part.
- the two parts can be connected to one another very easily and in a user-friendly manner.
Description
The invention relates to a climbing bracket and a casing part, in which the climbing bracket can be suspended, for use in a wall, as well as a combination of the climbing bracket with the casing part according to the independent claims.
When concreting high walls, so-called climbing brackets are usually used, which can be hung in specially provided wall recesses. The consoles typically have a triangular frame, one side of which rests against the wall when the console is suspended and the second side of which protrudes perpendicular to the wall to form a walkway and / or serves to support the wall formwork. The catwalk is normally formed by boards placed on adjacent consoles. The wall formwork is usually placed directly on the wall on several brackets. At the outer end of the frame, a post for the formation of a fall protection can usually be inserted.

In the context of this document, the term “passive” is to be understood to the effect that a passive safety element only “secures” when an external force is exerted. In the context of this document, we are talking about an external force that acts vertically upwards or diagonally upwards on a hook of the climbing bracket or on another element of the climbing bracket through which the external force can be transmitted to the hook in the above-mentioned direction .
Throughout the following text, the term “end face” or “end face” relates to a side of the relevant element facing the cladding part. Accordingly, the term "rear" refers to the side opposite the front side.
The

After the concrete has hardened, the
- "inserted" means that the front part of the
hook 2 is positioned in the recess of thecladding part 3, but it can be pulled out again essentially horizontally, - "Suspended" means that the front part of the
hook 2 was first inserted into thecladding part 3 and then pushed down so that it can no longer be removed by pulling it horizontally from thecladding part 3, but only by pulling the hook upwards and then horizontally (see e.g.Fig. 2 ), and - "Secured" means that the securing elements of the
hook 2 and thecladding part 3, which are yet to be described, are positioned relative to one another and cooperate in such a way that they prevent the hook from loosening or knocking out of the cladding part when an external force acts vertically or diagonally upwards.

If an external force acts from below on the
The securing

In this embodiment, the
The

In this embodiment, the

The climbing bracket described here in conjunction with the cladding part offers secure attachment to a wall. The focus is on the occurrence of an upward external force on the console. This direction of the force vertically or obliquely upwards represents the only direction of action of a force which is particularly critical for a detachment or detachment of the climbing bracket from the cladding part. Such a force can arise on a construction site when material is lifted by a crane to / from the platform supported by the climbing console. The material or parts of the crane can get stuck on the climbing bracket while the crane motor is still active and the material that has got stuck tries to lift it further upwards. The present invention counteracts such a problem in an effective manner through the improved climbing bracket and the improved casing part. Despite additional elements, the two parts can be connected to one another very easily and in a user-friendly manner.
Although preferred embodiments of the invention have been described, it is pointed out that the invention can be implemented in other ways within the scope of the following claims. Thereby relate Terms used in the description such as “preferred”, “in particular”, “advantageous”, etc. apply only to optional and exemplary embodiments.
