Claims (32)

  1. Corps de plaque frontale (10) pour un raccord (1), ayant une plaque frontale (20) servant au moins d'élément décoratif et d'élément de support de type cadre (40), sur lequel est fixé la plaque frontale (20), dans lequel le corps de plaque frontale (10) est formé avec au moins un moyen de fixation (41) pour la fixation sur le raccord (1),
    caractérisé en, ce que la plaque frontale (20) est formée en tant qu'élément de plaque plat (23) avec un côté avant (21) et un côté arrière (22), dans lequel le côté arrière (22) fait face à l'élément de support (40), et dans lequel l'élément de support (40) a une paroi (43) et une base (44), dans lequel le côté arrière (22) de la plaque frontale (20) vient en butée sur la base (44) et dans lequel la paroi (43) et la base (44) forment un composant commun en tant qu'élément de support (40), et dans lequel le parcours de l'élément de support (40) est adapté au contour externe de la plaque frontale (20), dans lequel le parcours de l'élément de support (40), au moins d'un côté, est interrompu.
  2. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de support (40) est formé à partir d'une matière plastique.
  3. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en
    ce que la plaque frontale (20) est connectée à l'élément de support (40) de manière positive et/ou non positive et/ou liée matériellement, dans lequel en particulier au moins un élément de connexion (60) non visible de l'extérieur garantit qu'il y a une fixation fiable entre la plaque frontale (20) et l'élément de support (40), en particulier que la connexion entre la plaque frontale (20) et l'élément de support (40) est une connexion par encliquetage.
  4. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en
    ce que la plaque frontale (20) et/ou l'élément de support (40) incluent l'élément de connexion (60), en particulier en ce que le parcours de l'élément de support (40), au moins d'un côté, est interrompu.
  5. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en
    ce que la plaque frontale (20) est formée à partir d'un matériau qui est configurée à partir de métal ou de verre ou de bois ou de cuir ou de plastique.
  6. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en
    ce que la plaque frontale (20) et l'élément de support (40) sont fixés ensemble par un milieu adhésif (50).
  7. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en
    ce que la base (44) est formée avec un creux (49), à l'intérieur duquel peut être introduit le milieu adhésif (50) afin de réaliser une fixation entre la base (44) et la plaque frontale (20), dans lequel en particulier la base (44) a un côté interne (47) et un côté externe (48), dans lequel le côté externe (48) est conçu avec le creux (49).
  8. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de plaque (23) est configuré à partir de métal de sorte à être sans pli, en particulier en ce que l'élément de plaque (23) est une pièce emboutie en métal et la plaque frontale (20) a une pièce emboutie en métal.
  9. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de support (40) a au moins un élément de connexion (60) et la plaque frontale (20) a au moins un élément de connexion (60), dans lequel en particulier l'élément de connexion (60) de l'élément de support (40) est fonctionnellement connecté à l'élément de connexion (60) de la plaque frontale (20).
  10. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon la revendication 3 ou 9, et éventuellement en outre selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 4 à 8,
    caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de connexion (60) est fixé, en particulier soudé, à la face arrière (22) de la plaque frontale (20), dans lequel en particulier l'élément de connexion (60) de la plaque frontale (20) a au moins un élément d'encliquetage (61), qui est fonctionnellement connecté à un élément à encliquetage antagoniste (63) qui inclut l'élément de support (40).
  11. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en
    ce que le rapport V de l'épaisseur de matériau M de la plaque frontale (20) et de la profondeur M+T du corps de plaque frontale (10) est d'environ 5 % ≤ V ≤ 35 %, en particulier d'environ 10 % ≤ V ≤ 30 %.
  12. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de support (40) a des évidements (51), en particulier la base (44) a des évidements (51) et/ou les évidements (51) sont comme un segment d'un cercle.
  13. Corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en
    ce que le rapport V de l'épaisseur de matériau M de la plaque frontale (20), qui est configuré à partir d'un métal, et de la profondeur M+T du corps de plaque frontale (10) est d'environ 10 % ≤ V ≤ 25 %, en particulier d'environ 15 % ≤ V ≤ 20 % ou le rapport V de l'épaisseur de matériau M de la plaque frontale (20), qui est configuré à partir d'un verre, et de la profondeur M+T du corps de plaque frontale (10) est d'environ 15 % ≤ V ≤ 35 %, en particulier d'environ 20 % ≤ V ≤ 30 %.
  14. Dispositif avec au moins un corps de plaque frontale (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps de plaque frontale (10) est agencé sur un élément de raccord (2) du raccord (1), dans lequel le raccord (1) est masqué au moins partiellement par le corps de plaque frontale (10).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en
    ce que le raccord (1) a un creux (8) à l'intérieur duquel s'étend l'élément de support (40) avec sa base (44).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 14 ou 15,
    caractérisé en
    ce que le raccord (1) a deux éléments de raccord (2), qui sont connectés l'un à l'autre, dans lequel chaque élément de raccord (2) a un corps de plaque frontale (10) sur son côté externe.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en
    ce qu'au moins un élément de fixation (3) connecte l'un et l'autre des éléments de raccord (2), dans lequel en particulier si le corps de plaque frontale (10) est formé selon la revendication 12, l'élément de fixation (3) est au moins partiellement agencé dans l'un des évidements (51) de l'élément de support (40).
  18. Agencement de plaque frontale ayant au moins deux corps de plaque frontale (10a, 10a') disposés l'un sur l'autre, formé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel un premier des au moins deux corps de plaque frontale (10a) est agencé sur un premier raccord (1a) et recouvre au moins partiellement le premier raccord (1a), un deuxième des au moins deux corps de plaque frontale (10a') est agencé sur un deuxième raccord (1b) et recouvre au moins partiellement le deuxième raccord (1b), le premier corps de plaque frontale (10a) et le deuxième corps de plaque frontale (10a') ont une pluralité de régions de coin (11, 12), dans lequel les régions de coin (12) du premier corps de plaque frontale (10a), qui font face au deuxième raccord (1b), sont formées comme des régions de coin angulaire (12) et les régions de coin (11) du premier corps de plaque frontale (10a), qui sont tournées à l'opposé du deuxième raccord (1b), sont formées comme des régions de coin arrondi (11).
  19. Agencement de plaque frontale selon la revendication 18,
    caractérisé en
    ce que le premier corps de plaque (10a) est agencé sur une pièce fixe (4) et le deuxième corps de plaque (10a') est disposé sur une pièce mobile (5), dans lequel en particulier la pièce fixe (4) et la pièce mobile (5) sont formées à partir d'un matériau en verre.
  20. Procédé de fabrication d'un corps de plaque frontale (10), formé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel le corps de plaque frontale (10) a une plaque frontale (20) et un élément de support en forme de cadre (40) fabriqué séparément de celle-ci, dans lequel le procédé comprend au moins l'étape : -b) fixation de l'élément de support (40) à la plaque frontale (20), dans lequel l'élément de support (40) et/ou la plaque frontale (20) ont au moins un élément de connexion (60) afin de réaliser une fixation de l'élément de support (40) à la plaque frontale (20), dans lequel dans une étape a), qui précède l'étape b), l'au moins un élément de connexion (60) est agencé sur la plaque frontale (20), en particulier sur un élément de plaque frontale (23) de la plaque frontale (20), au moyen d'un processus de soudage.
  21. Procédé selon la revendication 20,
    caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de support (40) est fixé à la plaque frontale (20) par l'intermédiaire d'une connexion à encliquetage et/ou d'un collage.
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 20 ou 21,
    caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de connexion (60) est agencé sur l'élément de support (40) et/ou sur la plaque frontale (60) avant la fixation de l'élément de support (40) à la plaque frontale (20).
  23. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 22, caractérisé en
    ce que, à l'étape b), la plaque frontale (20) est fixée à l'élément de support (40) avec l'élément de connexion (60), en particulier l'élément de plaque (23) et l'élément de connexion (60) agencé sur l'élément de plaque (23) forment une plaque frontale (20).
  24. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 23, caractérisé en
    ce que, selon l'étape a), l'élément de connexion (60) et/ou l'élément de plaque (23) est/sont fondu(s) dans une étape c) et au moins une masse fondue (64) se développe sur l'élément de plaque (23), dans lequel d) l'élément de connexion (60) est guidé dans la masse fondue (64) de l'élément de plaque (23).
  25. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 24, caractérisé en
    ce que, à l'étape c), il y a une distance entre l'élément de connexion (60) et l'élément de plaque (23).
  26. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 25, caractérisé en
    ce que, selon l'étape d), un dispositif de levage (65) déplace l'élément de connexion (60) vers l'élément de plaque (23).
  27. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 26, caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de connexion (60) a des éléments d'encliquetage (61), dans lequel l'élément de connexion (60) a une extrémité libre (62) qui est configurée conique, dans lequel l'extrémité libre (62) est fondue selon l'étape a).
  28. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 27, caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de connexion (60) a un élément de collerette (66) au-dessus de l'extrémité libre (62), qui sert en particulier de support et/ou d'aide au positionnement à l'étape d).
  29. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 28, caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de connexion (60) et l'élément de plaque (23) sont formés à partir du même matériau, en particulier l'élément de connexion (60) et l'élément de plaque (23) contiennent de l'aluminium ou sont configurés à partir d'un acier inoxydable.
  30. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 29, caractérisé en
    ce que le rapport W entre l'épaisseur de l'élément de plaque (20) et le diamètre de l'élément de connexion (60) est de 0,5 ≤ W ≤ 1.
  31. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 20 à 30, caractérisé en
    ce que l'élément de plaque (23) est fabriqué de sorte à être sans pli.
  32. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 31, caractérisé en
    ce que, selon l'étape b), la plaque frontale (20) vient en appui sur l'élément de support (40) sans espacement, dans lequel en particulier une tension agit entre la plaque frontale (20) et l'élément de support (40), dans lequel en particulier la tension est provoquée au moins par un élément de connexion (60).
